Syftet med det här utvecklingsarbetet har varit att pröva olika metoder att arbeta med dansimprovisation på gymnasieskolans estetiska program dansinriktningen. Jag har upplevt att detofta har varit svårt i början för eleverna att släppa hämningar och krav och att våga utforskaegna rörelser i tid, rum och kraft. I det här utvecklingsarbetet prövades som metod tre olikauttryck: rörliga bilder, en text eller ett musikstycke. Därför var jag nyfiken på hur elevernaupplevde de olika estetiska inspirationskällorna och om någon kunde öka elevens motivationatt arbeta med dansimprovisation. Samtidigt ville jag knyta ihop några moment ur kursernascentrala innehåll med förhoppning om att eleverna skulle få en ökad förståelse för denskapande processen i dans.

In this thesis we have examined why the establishment process of travel destination is essential for the tour operators and how the process can be influenced by different conditions. The thesis is written from the perspective of the tour operators and with the tour operator Ving as our case study, we have been able to create a picture of how the establishment process of travel destination may look like.We have chosen to deal with some different areas in this thesis that all are important for the creation of a holistic picture of the process. The overall segments listed in this thesis are the process itself, the tourist, marketing, the product creation and demand. By connecting our theoretical framework to the collected empirical data from our case study, we have analyzed the establishment process and drawn our conclusions..

In today?s Europe, migration has become a security issue rather than a humanitarian issue. Previous research highlights how migrants have become prisoners of bureaucracy in Europe by their mobility being hindered. The present study critically analyses the migration governance in Europe by highlighting labour market integration in Sweden. The study highlights migrants with a specific focus on foreign-born women. The research questions chosen to examine this phenomenon is: How does migration governance in Europe affect member states' policies for labour market integration, with a particular focus on Sweden? How do foreign-born women in Sweden experience labour market integration processes within the framework of the governance mechanisms that exist in Europe? Foucault?s theory of power and the theoretical concept of choking composes a theoretical framework which is used to analyse focus group data and text analysis data.

User-centred acquisitions at three academic librariesA new way of developing collections has been adopted at a number of small academic libraries, user-centred acquisitions. The method implies that the main way of building the collection is by means of receiving suggestions of titles from library users. The main purpose of this thesis is to investigate changes in acquisitions of monographs. At a more detailed level it seeks a deeper understanding of what user-centred acquisitions is and how the method effects the acquisitions process. Changes in stock management and the reason why the libraries have chosen the method is investigated as well.

Detta examensarbete ämnar ta reda på hur gymnasielärare ser på sitt arbete för att motivera elever och hur deras arbete relaterar till de teorier som behandlas i bakgrunden. Arbetet kommer även granska vad elever anser om lärarnas och skolans arbete med motivation och om det är i linje med vad de intervjuade lärarna tror. I bakgrunden presenteras främst mekanisk och kognitiva synsätt på motivation. Dessutom innehåller bakgrunden forskning om skolans struktur, socio­ekonomiska aspekter på motivation för studier och genusteorier. Resultatet visar att lärarna inte hade något direkt svar på vad motivation är, men att de arbetar med det omedvetet.

Syftet med denna undersökning är att utröna vuxna elevers hälsosituation och hur den inverkar på deras motivation i skolan och på skolarbetet. Studien syftar även till att ta reda på vilken motivation som driver dem; är det inre, yttre eller båda typerna av motivation. Detta med utgångspunkt utifrån Maslows och andra teoretikers påståenden om motivation som presenteras i vår litteraturgenomgång. För att undersöka detta har vi gjort en studie i form av kvalitativa intervjuer, där vi låtit sju elever svara på frågor om hälsa, motivation och hur deras upplevda hälsosituation påverkar skolarbetet. Studien innehåller respondenternas berättelser om sin egen hälsa och deras intresse och motivation till utbildningen. Resultatet diskuteras bla utifrån Antonovsky´s teori om Kasam och utifrån Katie Erikssons hälsobegrepp.

We wanted to study if and how students become motivated and stimulated towards a permanent interest for regular physical activity, from a pedagogical perspective. Our goal was to examine how physical education teachers create motivation for the students and how you, as a physical education teacher, can motivate those students who are physically inactive due to obesity or other various kinds of problems. In the theoretical background, we have made a summary of sports and development of the physical education subject over the years. We also describe society´s perspective on public health. The motivation concept is definded and we explain different motivational theories.

Syftet med föreliggande kvalitativa studie var att undersöka hur ekonomiska och psykosociala faktorer kan påverka motivation på en avdelning i en statlig myndighet i Sverige. Avdelningen består av två filialer, benämnda filial A och filial B, vilka utgjorde studiens fokus. De ekonomiska och psykosociala faktorerna avgränsades till att enbart bestå av ersättning, trivsel, stöd och egenkontroll, eftersom dessa utpekats som problemområden av de aktuella filialerna som studien berör. Ämnet motivation avgränsades genom Vrooms (1964) perspektiv och undersökningen baserades på hans kognitiva processteori Expectany Theory.För att besvara studiens forskningsfråga utfördes nio stycken semistrukturerade intervjuer, fyra på filial A och fem på filial B. Resultatet visar att problemområdena trivsel, stöd och egenkontroll innehöll faktorer som bidrog till motivation och att problemområdena ersättning, trivsel och stöd bestod av komponenter som reducerade motivation..

Research and innovation are areas that have been evolving quickly during recent years. However, it has been difficult for individual countries to make progress on their own. To solve this problem the European union have launched the most expensive research and innovation program to this day. By combining national governments throughout Europe, the EU wants to create cutting edge technology that will strenghten the region and make the union able to compete on a worldwide stage. However, trying to combine national governments has not been easy, the programs struggle with byrocracy and member states of the European union are tentative about supranational institutions. By engaging in the program national governments have been afraid of how this will affect their sovereignty.

The aim of this M.A.-thesis in social work is to problematize the assimilatoric concept of integration and its discourses in a postcolonial perspective in relation to social work in Denmark.As a support theory I use symbolic interactionism. By using these theories I show how the concept of integration and its discourses, when its aim is assimilatoric, can be understood and problematized with concepts as binary oppositions and hegemony.It is shown that the construction of the discoursive other is a useful term as an instrument of interpretation of power in general. The relevance to social work in relation to the social workers double powered positions, professional and cultural power to define 'the other', in social work with ethnic minorities is shown in relation to the post colonial perspective with support of symbolic interactionism. The white western world hegemony and the social workers power positions in relation to the clients fits to the theoretic frame chosen in the thesis.A second aim in this thesis is to point to new ways for social work and to the necessity to reflect over a globalized world characterized by international migration, ethnic relations and diversity..

Our purpose with this paper has been to analyse and discuss how motivation of the personnel affects the service quality in service companies. This has been done through two studies; a literature study with existing theories and an empirical study on the divisions of Lyckohjul and Shopping at Liseberg. In the introduction of this paper we put the question of research; why is there a need for work of motivation in service companies. When collecting information we used literature briefing, a questionnaire study and depth interviews. The literature briefing focused on the well-tried and most dominating theories on the subject motivation.

Vårt syfte med studien var att undersöka om det fanns något samband mellan karismatiska lärare och motiverade studenter. Enligt våra hypoteser skulle vi finna ett positivt samband mellan karisma och motivation. Vi gjorde en enkätundersökning på ett universitet i en mellanstor stad i Sverige. Deltagarna bestod av 172 universitetsstudenter. Enkäten mätte lärarens karisma och studenternas motivation och engagemang.

By using a creative approach and utilizing creative processes new innovations emerges. An industry that has grown in recent years is the computer games industry. Competition is fierce and for the companies to succeed, the product need that extra something to make it stand out among all the produced games.The project manager's role in the creative process and the ability to be creative within a distance based company is not something highlighted by previous research.

Vi har gjort en studie om motivation och motivationsarbete i grundskolans specialundervisning och särskolans undervisning. Rapportens syfte är att beskriva hur pedagogerna arbetar med motivation i grundskolans specialundervisning och i särskolan. Studien är genomförd i en medelstor stad och alla informanter är verksamma på samma skola. Vi har utfört den här studien med hjälp av kvalitativ forskningsmetod och använt oss av semistrukturerade intervjuer. I dessa intervjuer framgick det att pedagogerna ansåg att det var viktigt att arbeta med motivation.
