One important aspect in this essay is integration of immigrants in the Swedish society as a possible effect of newspaper reading. The method used in this study is qualitative. Data is generated through semi-structured interviews.

Our purpose with this study was to look at the connection between social capital and integration. Particularly if meetings between people from different cultures can increase social capital and in that way affect integration. We start by identifying the social integration perspective we are going to use through out the study and then we introduce social capital theory as a way of narrowing down the field even more. The study was done through six semi structured interviews. We interviewed three women that was established in the Swedish society and three women that had immigration background.
GA-elevernas integration pÄ Elinebergsskolan
The purpose of this essay was to find out whether the students, which had moved from the school of Gustaf Adolf to the school of Elineberg, had been integrated into their new environment. We chose to analyze the degree of integration concerning their schoolwork, how they interacted with the students from the new school, the school of Elineberg, and their level of wellbeing in their new school. We have used two methods, surveys and interviews, to be able to obtain the general picture of how the integration of the students has succeeded.Our conclusions are that the student has adapted well in their new school despite many obstacles along the way. Our essay shows that the students get along well with their new school friends during class, but they donÂŽt socialise in their spear time. Although they seem to have accepted the closure of their old school some students express that they wish the school would be reopened.

This study is a qualitative study of two primary schoolteachers and two special teachers approach to children with special needs, and which procedures according to these teachers can be applied to support these children in their progress at school. Building on key concepts such as segregated integration, including integration, diagnostic and children with special needs. This was then analyzed with information collected from the four formal interviews.The study also sheds light on key concepts such as special support, diagnosis, segregated integration and including integration. The conclusion explains the concept of including integration as an approach that works well for both students with special needs in a short period of time yet also students with diagnoses. This is presented in the end of this study with different suggestions for a continued research on children with special needs..
Invandring och integration i det svenska samhÀllet : En studie av flyktingars upplevelse av integration i Sverige
Uppsatsen avhandlar begreppet integration utifrÄn flyktingars uppfattning, samtidigt lyfter jag fram deras upplevelse av integration i Sverige. Forskningen visar att utlÀnningar i Sverige har sÀmre levnadsvillkor jÀmfört med svenskar, blir diskriminerade och utsorterade pÄ arbetsmarknaden pÄ grund av sin etniska bakgrund. Jag har intervjuat fem flyktingar frÄn tvÄ olika lÀnder i Mellanöstern i mellersta Sverige för att skapa förstÄelse för problemomrÄdet.  Jag har valt att anvÀnda olika vetenskapliga synpunkter kring begreppen integration, segregation och diskriminering som utgÄngspunkt för nÀmnda problemomrÄde. Eftersom Syftet med min forskning Àr att fÄ en djupare förstÄelse av respondenternas förstÄelse och upplevelse av integration i det svenska samhÀllet, har jag anvÀnt mig av en kvalitativ metod med ett hermeneutiskt angreppssÀtt.

Today, there are no standardized ways to characterize SOA, many are talking about SOA and many say they are using SOA. One way that we have chosen to characterize this phenomenon is through an evaluation that will indicate whether SOA have been used in the development. Basedon a Service Oriented Architecture literature study, we have created an evaluation pattern resulting SOA principles of integration, architecture and services. This evaluation was applied to Logica's own integration system AgrCom through an empirical study to result in a response indicating whether AgrCom is SOA based. The results of the evaluation show that AgrCom is part of an SOA solution but not an SOA as a whole concept.
Integrering av Bild och Svenska : Att skapa sammanhang i undervisningen
The purpose of my essay is to see how teachers are working to integrate the two subjects Art and Swedish in their teaching, and to see how this integration is made. What do teachers think about subject-integration? What are the positive effects of it? Are there any difficulties involved? Do the teachers prioritize cooperation with other subjects?To answer my questions I have interviewed eight teachers, four of them in upper secondary school and four in lower secondary school. I have also studied literature about subject-integration and children?s learning, curriculum?s and syllabi in the subjects of Art and Swedish.The results of my study show that the interviewed teachers are positive when it comes to integrating Art and Swedish and other subjects.

Due to increasing regulations regarding new diesel vehicles particulate matteremissions the new Scania truck, Scania Euro 6, has been equipped with a particulatefilter. This component effectively stores the particles in the exhaust gas but must becleaned in order to prevent itself from clogging. The filter is cleaned through aprocess named regeneration which is a thermodynamic process in which thetemperature of the filter is raised through fuel supplied to the exhaust gas.The purpose of this thesis is to contribute to the development of improved controlstrategies of the temperature during the regeneration process through thedevelopment of model-based controllers. These controllers are designed in order tohave good performance in stationary as well as automatic regeneration.In order to develop these model-based controllers a model of the system isconstructed. The model is described as a linear thermodynamic grey-box model withflow varying parameters, showing good results in validation.The model provides a simulation environment during the controller design, which isfocused around the development of linear regulators with the exhaust gas mass flowas a scheduling variable whose size determines controllers? mode of operation.
Att bygga hus med matematik : Ăr det möjligt att integrera matematik med byggteori?
Denna uppsats handlar om integrationen mellan matematik och byggteori pÄ byggprogrammet pÄ Rönninge gymnasium. Den tar upp tidigare forskning och aktuella utredningar som fastslÄr att yrkesrÀkning och infÀrgning av matematik i praktiska gymnasieprogram gör att eleverna lÀr sig mycket bÀttre. Undersökningen Àr endast gjord pÄ Rönninge gymnasium och Àr dÀrför specifik för den skolan, andra gymnasieskolor som har byggprogrammet kan ha andra upplÀgg. FullstÀndig integration mellan matematik och byggteori finns inte idag pÄ Rönninge gymnasium, men visst samarbete förekommer i nÄgra byggkurser. Det jag vill visa pÄ Àr att integration mellan kÀrnÀmnet matematik och karaktÀrsÀmnet byggteori Àr fullt möjligt, men att det som saknas Àr kurslitteratur som knyter samman de bÄda. I dagslÀget Àr det upp till varje enskild gymnasieskola och varje enskild lÀrare att se till att infÀrgning av matematik i byggteorin genomförs.
