Tidig socioemotionell hälsa har visat sig ha betydelse för barnets senare utveckling (Leuzinger-Bohleber, 2014). Om problem i denna uppstår kan det leda till psykisk ohälsa vilket gör det viktigt att tidigt undersöka barns socioemotionella hälsa. Syftet med studien var att undersöka socioemotionell hälsa hos treåringar i Västerbotten. Vidare, att undersöka om det finns könsskillnader samt om det finns ett samband med kostvanor. För att undersöka detta användes självskattningsinstrumentet Ages & Stages Questionnaire: Social Emotional (ASQ:SE) där föräldrar till treåringar (N = 878) skattade barnets  socioemotionella hälsa.

This thesis examines the Swedish Democrats relationship to an islamophobic worldview. The party developed from the racist party Bevara Sverige Svenskt (Keep Sweden Swedish) and is today the third largest party in Sweden, which gives them a powerful position in the society. It is therefore important to investigate their view on minorities, and in this case Muslims. In this thesis I examine the Swedish Democrat?s material during the election campaign the years of 2006, 2010 and 2014 using Ernesto Laclau?s and Chantal Mouffe?s discourse theory.

The purpose of this media scientific study is to contribute to a better understanding about how blind people?s empowerment and participation may affect their role in the digital society.Earlier international studies in this area have shown that blind people not only need more knowledge then the seeing population about the computer, but also about the technology behind their tools for using Internet. The results from these studies have also shown that Internet increases the blind people?s independents and that those who use Internet feel more involved in the society.A qualitative method was chosen to study the three most common categories from the earlier studies: knowledge of technology, empowerment and participation. Are there differences in the results compared to our study in Sweden 2014?Interviews with eight blind, experienced computer users have shown that knowledge of technology is essential for their use of Internet and that the Internet increases their empowerment and their participation.

This essay aimed to describe how social workers in Lund deal with biological mothers from investigation, to treatment. In this essay social workers whom meets biological mothers on an everyday basis have been interviewed about their experience in the field, to gather information.

Med en stor central hall på över fyra våningar skiljer sig byggnaden från det klassiska konstmuseet. Rummet ger med sina vita betongväggar och massiva skala inte bara plats åt konsten, utan förstärker den också. Det diffusa ljuset från takfönstret ger en sakral stämning och hallen kan hålla allt från en enskild tavla till enorma statyer, men också filmvisningar och teater. Samtidigt finns möjligheter till mer traditionella utställningar i de mindre omgivande hallarna. I övrigt finns möjlighet till föreläsningar och undervisning i anslutning till entrén och shoppen.     Byggnaden är också mer än bara en konsthall för Uppsala och årummet.

Den svenska bostadsmarknaden har under en längre tid varit ett hett diskussionsämne i media. Regelbundet beskrivs den svenska bostadsmarknaden som övervärderad. Ovissheten kring var marknaden befinner sig värderingsmässigt, väcker intresse att undersöka hur en bostadsrätts olika egenskaper påverkar dess värde, alltså vad individer är beredda att betala för i en bostadsrätt.?Hur mycket är konsumenten villig att betala för olika egenskaper hos en bostadsrätt, så som: boarea, våningsplan, hiss och antal rum??I studien utförs en empirisk tvärsnittsanalys, med observationer insamlade från och med första augusti till och med sista oktober 2014. Bostadsrätterna som är inkluderade i studien är geografiskt belägna i Stockholms innerstad (Kungsholmen, Norrmalm, Södermalm, Vasastan samt Östermalm).

Allt fler människor vårdas och dör i sina hem, vilket gör hemmet angeläget som forskningsobjekt. Syftet med föreliggande studie är att undersöka vilken eller vilka idémängd(er) relaterad(e) till begreppet hem som förmedlas i forskning om palliativ vård, samt att analysera resultatet utifrån kulturgeografiskt centrala rumsliga begrepp och perspektiv. Använd metod är Rodgers´evolutionary concept analysis, och materialet som analyserats 15 vetenskapliga artiklar inom palliativ vård publicerade 2009-2014. Resultatet av studien redovisas i fem attribut relaterade till begreppet hem; hem som aktör, hem som känsla, hem som plats, hem som rum och hem som bakgrund. Hem som aktör karaktäriseras av att det privata hemmets förmåga att agera så att det påverkar patient, närstående eller vårdpersonal.

Den 25 maj 2014 valde Sverige, likt resterande medlemsländer inom EU, parlamentariker till Europaparlamentet för perioden 2014-2019. Detta val tenderar att engagera långt färre väljare än nationella parlamentsval trots att det är ett av få reella verktyg en väljare har att påverka EU:s arbete och inriktning. Metoden var enskilda intervjuer. Frågeställningarna undersökte dramapedagogernas uppfattningar om genus betydelse, om vad genusmedvetenhet innebär för deras praktik samt om vilka svårigheter och styrkor det finns i att arbeta dramapedagogiskt med genus. Studien eftersökte utsagornas bredd.

To conduct the study, a case studyof the floods that hit Kristinehamn in the summer of 2014 was carried out,which gave us a good opportunity the achieve the aim of the study. Total amount of words: 15 269.In this essay, the purpose is to examine the personalization of Swedish national coaches during international championships in the Swedish tabloids. Research shows that a leader nowadays is representative for her organization. Therefore it could be assumed that the way the national coach is portrayed can have some kind of effect on the public opinion about the team as a unit and their sport federation in total. This essay is a quantitative study of the sport tabloids Sportbladet och SPORT-Expressen during three international championships: Euro 2012 in football, WC 2013 in ice hockey and Euro 2014 in handball. We have studied the coverage of the national coaches Erik Hamrén, Pär Mårts and Ola Lindgren/Staffan Olsson in contrast to the coverage of their teams in total.The main results are that the national coaches are mentioned in every second article that is written about the national teams during the championships. They are mainly portrayed in a neutral way, even though the coverage of them is affected by the results in the matches.
