Problem. With the Swedish public sectors problem with efficiency in mind, several reforms have beeninitiated during the last decades. These reforms go, in academic contexts, under the name?New public management?. The reforms have resulted in, among other things, an increasedcompetition, privatization and goal-orientation in the public sector.

Ämnet för uppsatsen grundar sig i en ökad efterfrågan av att kunna införa teknik och informationsteknik (IT), som är testad och anpassad för en verksamhet redan innan införandet. Vidare finns det ett behov av att, genom nya innovationer, uppnå långsiktiga strategiska mål inom vård och omsorg. Därför har Sveriges innovationsmyndighet Vinnova startat en satsning på testbäddar inom vård och omsorg. En testbädd kan liknas vid en innovations- och testmiljö där samarbete mellan vårdpersonal, företag och forskning kan ske för att ta fram produkter, processer och tjänster som är anpassade till den miljö där dessa sedan ska tillämpas.Denna studie berör hur utveckling och organisering av en innovations- och testmiljö kan gå till och vilka utmaningar som finns. Vidare tar vi upp intressenters roller och behov i utvecklingen samt hur innovation kan stimuleras i en organisation.

Through the rulings RÅ 2010 ref. 11, HFD 2011 ref. 75 and HFD 2011 not 88 the Swedish Supreme Administrative Court have extended the concept of same or similar activities which can be found in section 57, clause 4 of the Swedish Income Tax Act. Through the ruling the Court has partly clarified the application area of the regulation but question marks still remains.In the statutory text there is no definition of what shall be regarded as same or similar activity and the preparatory work does not give any further direction on how the concept should be interpreted. Ever since the amendment in 1995 the general view has been that activities can be transferred between different companies without affecting the waiting period in the company of origin.

The technological progress of the world has had a massive effect on how we communicate with one and other, it also has had an big impact on how companies communicate with their customers and consumers. Today you cannot only communicate a ?promise to your costumers and consumers you also have to ?deliver? what it is you promise. Strategic communication is today not only to market your product but to ensure that your strategic communication is shown even in you innovation, design and product development.  This thesis is conducted in collaboration with No Picnic AB.The purpose of this study was to get an insight in how Swedish companies use their strategic communication. We aim on bringing a new point of view of strategic communication with innovation, design and product development also as a communication channel.

This report addresses the management innovation and how shared leadership is a form of it. The report is a compilation of what shared leadership means and how two municipal organizations works with shared leadership. The two minicipal organizations are Strängnäs and Vällingby. One municipality (Strängnäs) is meanwhile this report produced during insertion of shared leadership. The other (Vällingby) has about two years experience of working with this form of leadership.

This paper deals with Iraqis in the Swedish labour market. The main goal was to point out on positive aspects of the Swedish labour market integration. Previous studies were mostly problem oriented on immigrants? situation in finding a job, especially when related to immigrant from non-European countries. Instead this study is focused on the more positive aspects.

This thesis examines the legal boundaries of third-party use of trademarks in the European customized clothing market. The purpose is to determine under what circumstances third parties may legally modify and sell trademarked apparel without infringing on trademark rights. The study employs a legal dogmatic method, analyzing EU trademark law, case law, and legal doctrine to clarify the scope of exclusive rights and their limitations. By analyzing key EU case law, the study further illustrates how the legal framework has been interpreted and applied in cases concerning third-party trademark use. Given the increasing demand for customized fashion and the rise of new business models in the clothing industry, this topic holds significant legal and economic relevance. Additionally, Schumpeter?s theory of creative destruction provides a theoretical perspective on how trademark restrictions impact innovation and market competition.

Detta examensarbete har två huvudsakliga mål. Det ena är att utöka funktionaliteten i mjukvaran C3Loops för att underlätta för musiker som producerar elektronisk musik som vill använda mjukvaran i liveframträdanden. Det andra är att titta närmre på hur processmodeller för mjukvaruutveckling stödjer innovation. Denna rapport ger läsaren ett tvärvetenskapligt perspektiv. Tre för ämnet relevanta teoretiska områden, innovation, software-engineering och design tas upp.

Innovation är ett väl debatterat ämne inom företagsvärlden liksom för forskningsvärlden och beskrivs oftast som motorn för ett företags tillväxt. Dess betydelse är någonting som har forskats på långt bakåt i historien. Men på senare tid, har en kombination av olika faktorer, för att inte nämna de teknologiska framsteg som gjorts de senare decennierna, haft ett stor inflytande på hur innovation idag har förändrats. De närmaste åren har innovation och dess process blivit allt kortare och den aktiva konkurrens som sker i dagens marknad har lett fram till en ny sorts innovation, så kallad Öppen innovation (Chesbrough H. , 2003a), vilken tillför till dagens innovation nya sätt för företag och organisationer, inte bara att verka inom företagets ramar, utan att även interagera med sin näromgivning för att skapa innovation.

I denna uppsats studeras investeringsprocesser i det divisionaliserade företaget Södra Skogsägarna ekonomisk förening. Studiens syfte är att beskriva och förklara företagets investeringsprocesser och i vilken utsträckning dessa processer är standardiserade. I studien analyseras dessa investeringsprocesser utifrån befintlig teori. Studien visar att investeringsprocesser initieras i den operativa verksamheten för att sedan drivas fram i den operativa verksamheten och i ledningen på enhetsnivå. Beslut fattas på alla nivåer i företaget efter investeringars storlek.

The subject of this paper is to examine the view of diversity among ten teachers and three principals in the Swedish compulsory school. The purpose is to investigate how they relate to the diversity and in what ways it is involved in their work.The French sociologist Pierre Bourdieus basic ideas of habitus, capital and field are used as a theoretical starting point. The study is mainly based on interviews supported by literature in the subject area.The findings show that diversity is associated with ethnicity among all informants. The drawn conclusion is that this is partly due to the mediated picture but also since ethnicity mainly serves as a starting point in the literature..

Earth?s resources have been exploited unsustainably. If an entire conception of exploitationof natural resources does not change now, this will entail enormous costs in the future.This insight has lead to a recently increased interest in clean technologies among privateequity capitalists. In the fourth quarter of 2006 about 10 percent of all private equityinvestments made in the US market were placed in the cleantech industry. Despite a goodinvesting climate in Sweden, Swedish capitalists have shown little interest in cleantechinvestments.

För att utvecklingsarbete ska fungera bra på ett företag är det viktigt att företaget kan fångaupp och exploatera de idéer som finns hos medarbetarna, något som industriföretag ofta ärväl förtrogna med, men som en del tjänsteföretag idag inte har grepp om. Syftet med dennastudie är därmed att visa på de delar av arbete med forskning och utveckling inom industrinsom kan hjälpa tjänsteföretag förbättra möjligheterna att ta tillvara på sina medarbetaresinnovationskraft.Fallstudien är gjord på ett maltabaserat spelföretag, GameCo, och är ett exempel på hur detkan se ut i ett tjänsteföretag som förvisso arbetar med utveckling av idéer, men där detfortfarande finns en del hinder att överkomma, både medarbetarnas inställning och i hurorganisationen tar hand om medarbetarnas idéer. Det visade sig att innovation inte var särskiltprioriterat på företaget, att det rådde delade meningar om processer för utveckling och attkommunikationen inte alltid fungerade.De delarna av industrins forskning och utveckling som kan användas behandlar både självautvecklingsprocessen, dess utformning och vilka delar som anses speciellt viktiga i dettasammanhang, och hur arbetet med innovation och en utvecklingsprocess kan bedrivas, R&Dmanagement.Båda delarna har valts därför att de svarar mot en efterfrågan att förbättrainnovationsarbetet genom mer formella vägar, men där det också krävs kunskap om hurutvecklingen ska ledas och organiseras för att en formell process ska vara meningsfull.Slutsatserna av detta blir att tillvaratagandet av innovation kan förbättras närinnovationsprocessen formaliseras, när ledningen visar att innovation är ett prioriterat områdeför företaget och när kunskapsdelningen inom företaget fungerar bra. Dessa slutsatser innebärofta en stor omställning, och denna kan göras lättare och mer sammanhållen om den görsinom ramen för en arbetsfilosofi. In efforts to strengthen local economies, business development programs are often a way in which governmental organizations and state affiliates try to facilitate innovation and successful entrepreneurship. There is a mutual interest from both the public and private sector that these funds are put to good use. Extensive research has been conducted with the focus of the general effect of public support programs. However, not much research has been done on what external factors affect the situation for receiving businesses. This study attempts to examine whether one specific such factor, the level of maturity on the markets that the recipients operate in, has a discernible effect on the needs for different types of entrepreneurial support.
