This paper describes how files and information can be shared in organisations and workplaces. We studied and compared the traditional file sharing in Microsoft Active Directory and the Social file sharing that comes with Microsoft SharePoint Sites. We used qualitative studies based on interviews with system administrators, management and by our own observations to acquire the necessary data. Using independent research, we were able to analyze the data and show the general difference between the traditional and the social file sharing systems. Social file sharing enables the user to easily store and share files in a flexible online environment.

Att vårda döende patienter är en av de största och svåraste utmaningarna som sjuksköterskankan ställas inför. Palliativ vård är en aktiv vård av hela människan när sjukdomen inte längreär botbar. Målet med den palliativa vården är att minska obehag och lidande. Kontroll avsymtom och problem av fysisk, psykisk, andlig och social karaktär är av stor vikt. Vården gesmed grund utifrån patientens behov och önskemål oberoende av vårdgivare.

    The purpose of this essay is to examine trust, or lack of trust, in the social services. Previous research considering this topic is limited, which, in our point of view, implies the need of further studies. A quantative method was used, consisting of an online questionnaire containing statements about the social services. The statements were designed using a five level Likert-scale which required the respondent to rate their level of agreement. The questionnaire was published on five webcommunities directed to parents.

Det har börjat bli allt vanligare att organisationer ser över sina traditionella intranät och börjar titta på möjligheterna med sociala intranät (Ward, 2012). I den här uppsatsen presenteras en definition av ett socialt intranät och hur det främjar informationsdeltagande och socialt nätverkande. Genom att utföra en fallstudie på Medarbetarportalen på Uppsala universitet har det framkommit att det finns ett antal hinder som har en negativ effekt på införandet. Vi anser att en utförlig behovsanalys, där man inte haft överseende med någon organisatorisk eller informell grupp där samtliga intressenter är medvetna om vilka fördelar som finns med sociala intranät, är nödvändigt för lyckat ett projektet..

Syftet med följande arbete är att få en bild av hur man genom lärarens kontroll kan bäst förebygga och uppnå ordning i en svensk klassrumsmiljö, undersöka vilka lärarstilar faktiskt tillämpas idag samt i vilken kontext lärarkontroll utövas i klassrummet. Arbetet ger en översikt av tidigare forskning om ?classroom management? samt redogör två normativa program om ledarstil. Med hjälp av klassrumsobservationer och lärarintervjuer ville jag ta reda på vilka ledarstilar lärare tillämpar, hur och varför deras metoder är effektiva. Jag ville även se vilka eventuella skillnader det fanns mellan vad styrdokument och forskning föreskriver och den sorts kontroll de utövar i syfte att upprätthålla ordning i sina klassrum.

Bakgrund: Stresstudier inom sjukvården har huvudsakligen handlat om sjuksköterskor som arbetar på sjukhus. Få studier har berört sjuksköterskor inom hemsjukvården. Sjuksköterskor har rapporterat hög arbetsrelaterad stress. Stress och höga  psykologiska krav leder till arbetsrelaterad psykisk ohälsa hos kvinnor. Trivsel och positivt arbetsklimat på arbetsplatsen är betydelsefullt för den psykiska hälsan för de anställda. Syfte: Syftet var att undersöka distriktssköterskors arbetsrelaterade stress, välbefinnande, hälsa, upplevda krav och kontroll.

Syftet med studien har varit att kartlägga relationer mellan sponsorer och svenska ideella elitidrottsföreningar och hur dessa utvecklas över tid. En deduktiv studie användes för att besvara syftet med både kvantitativa och kvalitativa inslag som är genomförd genom enkäter och semistrukturerade intervjuer. Resultatet visar att sponsorsamarbeten går att ses som en livscykel där relationerna förändras över tid. Framförallt ökar samarbetet och det blir högre ömsesidigt beroende mellan parterna. Relationen blir även mer informell, där kommunikation sker mer informellt.

The purpose of this paper was to examine social workers' experiences of integration of unaccompanied children. We aimed to study which factors in the individual and the community social workers experience affect the integration and how they, based on their understanding, work to promote integration. The essay has a phenomenological approach and focuses on the social workers' own experiences of the phenomenon. The empirical data was obtained from qualitative interviews conducted with five social workers, all administrators in cases involving unaccompanied children. The result shows that the social workers feel that the desire to integrate is the most important presumption that must be present in the unaccompanied children.

What Places Adolescents and Adults, Respectively, in Need of Social Assistance? A Qualitative Study of How Social Workers Whom Administrate Financial Assistance for Adolescents and Adults, Respectively, Describe Reasons Behind the Need of Social Assistance Amongst Their ClientsThe purpose of this essay was to study and compare how social workers whom administrate social assistance for adolescents and adults, respectively, describe reasons behind the need of social assistance amongst their clients. This was done due to the use of qualitative interviews with a total of six social workers. Of these six, three administrated social assistance for adolescents while the other three did the same for adults. Prior research of poverty attribution greatly inspired this essay.

Syftet med föreliggande studie var att undersöka sambandet mellan elevers attityder, subjektiv norm, upplevd kontroll, intentioner, rättfärdiganden, motivation samt självvärdering i relation till benägenhet att fuska eller att avstå från att fuska. The theory of planned behavior (Ajzen, 2006) har använts som teoretisk modell för en enkätundersökning med 122 elever i grundskolans årskurs 9 och i gymnasieskolans årskurser 2?3. Resultatet av studien visar att intentionen att utföra ett beteende, som i denna studie är fusk, är den viktigaste prediktorn för beteendet i fråga. I föreliggande studie har även kunnat styrkas att rättfärdigande av eget fusk har en avgörande roll vad gäller beteende och intention.

The purpose with this essay was to study how the social work is shaped in the methadone programme and how the staffs treat and work with the social integration for the patients.We have studied the experience of a medical assisted treatment from two different treatment clinics and focused on their treatment programme. We have chosen to focus on the social aspect but we have also been taking part of the medical treatment - the methadone. In order to get a bigger picture of our problem area we also studied how Sweden's narcotic politic is constructed and how a narcotic life could look like before the entrance in the program. We describe this with the help of the theory about the narcotic carrer and the society's view on a normal living..

This thesis is a study of social movements and their possibilities to effect politics by infuencing values in society through framing. I've looked upon social movements from a functionalistic-structuralistic perspective, as if they were carriers of values from people that otherwise won't be represented in the political life. The values that the social movements are struggling for can affect both the opinion and the decision-makers since the social movements in an active way are trying ti influence the society. The thesis examines the political opportunities that social movements hav to mobilise and grow. I have looked at different factors that either improve or make the political opportunities worse.

The purpose of this paper was to discuss stigma and stigmatisation in relation to social policy and social work. By discussing welfare systems in social policy I wanted to see if there could be any connection between social policy and stigma. I used case studies of hearing impaired adults to give examples of how the stigma processes work. By connecting the stigma and the social policy theories with the case studies I wanted to see how the social policy could affect the stigma processes or vice versa.In the paper the concept of stigma has been described and discussed, foremost using the theories of Erving Goffman. I have also discussed the welfare system and the connection between residual systems and stigma.

Corporate Social Responsiblity is today a well known concept in the business world. The concept contains responsibility and sustainability for those who chose to work with Corporate Social Responsibility and the three responsibility areas within the concept. Responsibility and sustainability is of importance, no matter what core business a corporation has. The responsibility goes both out from the corporation, to take care of the surrounding society and the environment. The responsibility also concerns the corporation interal, aiming for a sustainable work enivornment and good working conditions.

I uppsatsen intervjuas: samordnare, metodutvecklare och boendestödjare om sin syn på social dokumentation och om hur arbetet går till på deras arbetsplats. Social dokumentation handlar om att dokumentera vid handläggning och vid genomförande inom verksamheter styrda enligt SoL, LSS, LVU och LVM. Uppsatsens syfte är att visa på olika sätt att se på den sociala dokumentationen inom fältet boendestöd och att exemplifiera vad social dokumentation kan vara. Resultatet visar att social dokumentation sker i ett sammanhang och variationen mellan olika boendestöd är stor. Uppsatsen exemplifierar olika aspekter av dokumentationen genom att beskriva dokumentationen med beslut, genomförandeplan, uppföljning av insats, förbättringsåtgärder och visa på den sociala dokumentationens potential..
