When the purpose is to create an illustration plan for a new neighbourhood there arelots of things to think about. In this report follows a description of the three differentplan modells SCAFT/TRÅD, garden city and ekological planning. SCAFT is aplanning model that were used in the 1970s. It contains proposals how to make thetraffic enviorment safer. TRÅD replaced SCAFT in 1982 and it contains also adviceshow to make the traffic enviorment safer.

Vi saknar teorier som kombinerar begreppen konceptutveckling, värdeskapande och varumärkesutvidgning som ett sätt för affärsutveckling.Syfte: Syftet är att analysera värdeskapande konceptutveckling av tjänster genom varumärkesutvidgning.Metod: För att uppfylla vårt syfte har vi genomfört litteratursökning och studier av begreppen konceptutveckling av tjänster, värdeskapande och varumärkesutvidgning. This master?s thesis has the intent of showing that the tattoo can be regarded as an individuals document according to prevailing notions in archival science. Suzanne Briets definition of the concept of document is used in this thesis as a widening definition, a document does not have to presented in a defined form, it is only required to represent an object or intellectual phenomenon and to be informative.Tattoos are presented in this thesis as informative with regard to the status and position of russian/soviet convicts and as such presenting an individuals identity within a specific context. As documents they also provide the individual with the essential evidence of his or her endeavours in a criminal environment. Also, they have the ability to function as an individuals memories of relationships, hardships and comradeships.

Intermodulated force microscope (ImAFM) is a type of dynamic AFM. ImAFM opens up possibilities for mapping the topography and making quantitative determinations of material parameters at the same time. With increased information the need to generate more informative images of the sample emerges. In this Bachelor's degree project I have created tools for rendering images of a sample. The topography is plotted as the height and a material parameter is color coded on topography.

The City Library has a problem getting children interested in reading. Futhermore, there are no clear signs to aid children to navigate themselves to books targeted to their age group. To solve this problem, this thesis aims to design signs that is both illustrative and informative.Of the images that were tested during the research, I would assume that children in such a wide age range requires the simplest level of abstraction from testing the three testing icons, since the second level of abstraction was not interesting enough for the kids. The third, nearphotorealistic level was most liked by the children who were in the city library more often and looked for books themselves..

Art in the city can be invisible until we talk about it. Letting children see public art in the context of play and narrative is a way to enhance creative thinking and knowledge as well as making the art visible. By creating a prototype for an art walk for children this study was able to create a scenery of children using different kinds of mediated narrative combined with a physical environment and movement. The theoretical framework of the project was picture books (Rhedin, 1991) transmedia (Jenkins 2006, Ryan 2004) and public art (Kwon 2002). The project?s aim was to create an empirical context for primary school children to explore public artwork.

Sammanfattning/AbstractEtt viktigt uppdrag som skolan har är att lära barn att läsa och skriva och på olika sätt hantera språket i vårt skriftspråkliga samhälle. Ett annat viktigt uppdrag som lärare har är att utgå från elevernas förkunskaper och tidigare erfarenheter.Vårt syfte har därför varit att belysa lärares förhållningssätt till elevers förkunskaper och tidigare erfarenheter i den tidiga läs- och skrivundervisningen. Tar lärarna tillvara på dessa och i så fall hur? Kan detta i sin tur ha att göra med den syn lärarna har på läs- och skrivlärande; går det att knyta till någon av två traditioner inom detta område, Phonics eller Whole Language?För att få svar på dessa frågor har vi genomfört en kvalitativ studie, där vi intervjuat fyra lärare. Med hjälp av vårt arbetes bakgrund har sedan dessa intervjuer analyserats och diskuterats.Vi kan se att lärarna i vår studie i olika grad knyter an till elevers förkunskaper och tidigare erfarenheter.

Besides a homepage aimed towards potential customers, an online Internet-application where the company's employees can update, erase, and create posts that are stored in the database was created.
