God kommunikation med patienter, anhöriga och medarbetare är essentiell för sjuksköterskans yrkesutövande. Information och undervisning har två huvudmål; att skapa trygghet och at hjälpa patienten att hantera situationen på bästa sätt, både fysiskt och psykiskt. I föreliggande studie var syftet att undersöka på vilket sätt sjuksköterskor på en korttidsvårdavdelning informerar patienter inför en gastroskopi. Frågeställningarna var; Vilken information som ges och på vilket sätt den ges? Hur försäkrar sig sjuksköterskan om att patienten har tagit till sig informationen och vilket språkbruk använder hon sig av? Data inhämtades genom intervjuer med sex sjuksköterskor.

In the end of the 20th century the prices on the housing market started to differ from the inflation rate, and today the deviation is strong and the real price increase has been very strong.The financial crisis in 2008, which was a result of a subprime mortgage crisis on the American real estate market, has made several agents on the housing market in Sweden question today?s prices. Robert Schiller, an American economist who predicted the mortgage crisis in 2008, claimed during the Nobel Prize ceremony 2013, that Sweden shows signs of a financial bubble ? "I think that people here in Sweden have an illusion that increasing prices is a lasting trend, but that is more suggestive of a bubble".

This bachelor thesis covers fire protection methods of structural steel and the aim is to develop an information tool designed for inexperienced structural engineers. The information tool covers basic fire protection methods and the general way to produce a fire resistance for structural steel. The layout of this information tool is a simple folder that contains information about the most important steps when producing fire protection for a steel structure.The thesis starts with a general overview of the fire protection needed in buildings to fulfill national legislative and regulatory requirements. To get an understanding of how steel components behave during the influence of fire, a brief overview is presented of the material properties of steel. This chapter also contains a review of previous research in the area.

Sammanfattning Bakgrund: Sjuksköterskor har till uppgift att informera anhöriga med hänsyn till tidpunkt, form och innehåll. Anhöriga har behov av att få information från sjuksköterskor. Studier visar att behovet av information inte tillfredsställs och att anhöriga lider i ovisshet och väntan. Syfte: Beskriva anhörigas upplevelser av att bli informerade av sjuksköterskor. Metod: En litteraturöversikt enligt Friberg (2006) har gjorts och baserats på nio vetenskapliga artiklar. Likheter i resultaten delades efter innehåll in i teman. Resultat: Anhöriga vill bli informerade på vardagligt språk, med få medicinska termer och informationen ska vara rak, sanningsenlig och patientnära. De vill inte behöva vänta på att få information, de vill få den kontinuerligt och inte riskera att få motsägelsefull information.

Urban forests are important for people to get at break and be able to relax in a stressful world. Several studies show that we feel better through being out in the forest and historically this was the normal environment for us. As a result of population growth and urbanization we tend to spend less time in nature nowadays than before. Due to this development urban forests have become a central role in our society as a place where people can fulfill their needs and interests. The management of the urban forest is therefore important, especially for municipalities that own forest which is supposed to be of benefit to local residents.Falköpings municipality owns approximately 260 hectares of forest in the popular and most visited recreational area along Mösseberg?s southern slope.

The aim of this thesis is to examine information behavioursamongst a group of social anthropologists. The thesis alsohas a special focus on issues concerning information andinformation behaviour during periods of ethnographicfieldwork. As a empirical foundation for this studyinterviews where made between may ? september in 2011with seven social anthropologists active at a swedishuniversity. The results from the conducted interviews areanalysed with the theoretical framework of the informationbehaviour theory as presented by T.D Wilson.

The purpose of this project was to produce signal relay stations that could receive information via 2.4 GHz radio and relay the information to a designated target station. If a relay station was located outside of signal range for the target station it was supposed to utilize other relay stations to transfer the information to the target station, so called multi-hop.The would-be application of the relay stations was orienteering. When an orienteer punches a checkpoint the signal stations would relay information of who punched the control, when it was punched and the checkpoint that was punched to the speaker tower in the goal area.The work resulted in prototypes which fulfilled the statement of purpose and was tested at an orienteering competition with satisfactory results. The performance of the prototypes was tested and found adequate for the would-be application..

Trough a literature study based on both philosophic and objective fact this essay is taking off in the meaning of public space. The aim ofthis study was to examine how economic growth affects the level of democracy inauthoritarian states. Some of these states have experienced high economicgrowth. However, one can discuss how it affects the country?s democratization-process.For that reason this study was needed to contribute to a clarification of howeconomic growth can affect authoritarian rule and democratization. There is an increasing demand for information literacy, which is mirrored in curriculum throughout the whole educational system. This, in turn, has brought forward a growing need for librarians who can teach. But do librarians possess pedagogical competence, and if they do, how is this ability used in everyday library practice? The aim of this study is to investigate librarians' conceptions of the pedagogical role, as it is expressed in their didactic interaction with the users. The research questions focus on librarians' experiences of teaching information seeking and use and their activities in this respect.

Questions to Answer: Is data storage a growing problem for companies of development active in the IT society? How do traditional storage solutions manage the information growth of today? How urgent is the need of a new storage solution? Which features are prioritized in the future storage solution? Method: By performing a quantitative survey we delivered an inquiry to several companies, which answers will help us answering our above mentioned questions. I got interested in this subject when I came in contact with Västtrafiks new paymentsystem myself during my visits in Gothenburg. I suspected problems with the informationmaterial regarding it and others seemed to share my opinion that the payment system wasdiffcult to understand. When I contacted Västtrafik and asked them about the paymentsystem they confirmed that some understanding diffculties had occurred. With thatconfirmation I decided to make it my project to look in to the matter.Some methods were used to identify the problems. The methods could again confirm thatthere were some problems with the payment system and that the information material wasa vital reason.

Syfte: Studiens syfte var att beskriva sjuksköterskors upplevelser av gåronden med fokus påinformation, patientens integritet och delaktighet.Metod: Deskriptiv design med kvalitativ ansats. Åtta omvårdnadsansvariga sjuksköterskor påtvå kirurgavdelningar intervjuades. Datainsamlingen gjordes med semistrukturerade intervjuersom bearbetades med kvalitativ innehållsanalys.Resultat: Information var en stor del av gåronden och kunde både lyfta och sänka gåronden.Patienternas delaktighet och möjlighet till ett eget val beskrevs. Sjuksköterskorna beskrev hurpatienternas integritet kan både bevaras och kränkas under gåroden samt vilka fel somuppkommer.Diskussion: Sjuksköterskorna upplevde att information till patienterna som de förstod var enviktig del av gåronden. Att bevara patienternas integritet under gåronden ansågs varavårdpersonalens uppgift och i många fall enbart sjuksköterskornas.
