Bakgrund: De medicinska insatser, omvårdnad och rehabilitering som erbjuds patienter i primärvård idag är vedertagna och vanligtvisevidensbaserade. Patienter kan få diagnos, behandling och ofta bot för många åkommor. En dimension som dock mindre ofta är tillvaratagen är effekterna av en genomtänkt fysisk miljö. Ett respektfullt bemötande i kombination med en genomtänkt vårdmiljö kan beskrivas som en god vårdatmosfär.Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur patienter upplever och uppfattar vårdatmosfären vid besök på en rehabiliteringsenhet i primärvård.Metod: Kvalitativaforskningsintervjuer och kvalitativ innehållsanalys Huvudresultat: En vårdatmosfär kan delas in i tre domäner: Fysisk miljö, Bemötande och Organisation. Inom domänerna finns ett antal kategoriermed variationer: Känsla av kontroll, Fysiska förutsättningar för att bli uppmärksammad, Subjektiva upplevelser av miljön, Kunskap om miljöns effekter, Uppmärksammar och bekräftar, Kommunicerar, Helhetssyn, Patienten i fokus, Delaktighet, Empati, Jämlikt möte, Att göradet ?lilla extra?, Innehåll och utbud, Tillgänglighet, Kontinuitet, Vårdkedjor och samverkan, Jämlik vård, Patientens rättigheter, Bemötandeandaoch förbättrings-och utvecklingsanda.Temat som framkommit är Att bli sedd, att vara värdefull.Slutsats: Till begreppet vårdatmosfär kan förutom vårdmiljö och bemötande, organisation läggastill.

This thesis is studying Stråk* in an urban contexts. Thiswill be achieved through a study of Rosengårdsstråket inMalmö based on the question "What is a Stråk?".Malmö has experienced a major change in the last 15years. From being an industrial city with economic problems,Malmö is now part of the dynamic Öresund Region,and a knowledge city with great optimism. New parts ofthe city is about to grow up that reinforces the image ofMalmö's new identity.The next step in Malmö's development is to make thecity even denser and interconnect the inner city and thesuburbs to create a more sustainable city.

This thesis has identified and studied measures to allow for reduced use of electricity in a waste incineration plant in western Sweden. The energy extracted from the waste at the powerplant is utilized and sold in form of electricity and heat. Technical and environmentally the combined heat and power plant is by today's standards among the leading waste incineration plants in the world. The owners are constantly striving to improve the efficiency of the waste incineration plant. They have seen the opportunities for savings in reducing internal usage of electricity.

The division of Electricity at Uppsala University runs a project called Lysekil project, they have designed a buoy that uses the waves to create electric power from a generator attached to the bottom of the sea.Uppsala University is closely connected with the company Seabased and the university makes use of their facilities in Lysekil. When they designed the buoy issues occurred, the geometric design was flawed, brackets with a short shelf life and it is generally uneconomic.A study visit was done in Lysekil on Seabased facility. With this visit the project started, which is to improve the design of the buoy and the attachment of wires leading to the generator. In this project we have chosen to use a beam system with three beams that are attached to the buoy. Then a wire attached to a plate that sits between the beams will be leading to the generator. Two proposals for construction are created, what distinguishes them are the brackets between the beams and the buoy.From these constructions, the design that is considered most optimal for our project is chosen.All parts of the buoy have been modeled and the drawings are designed in ProEngineer software.The two constructions are compared with each other, but the whole focus is on the second and final structure. The report begins with an introduction describing Lysekil project, and a task description of our project.The project aims to produce an optimal buoy that will be easy to design, materials restrictive with good durability and an economical solution.Wave power true function has been studied, mechanical and finite element analysis of beams, buoy and plate design.This has been presented in this report, where in the various chapters can read more about the processes. De flesta organisationer är beroende av kommunikation mellan olika individer både inom och utanförorganisationen för att fungera. Effektiviteten speglas ofta av kvalitén hos denna kommunikation. Detfinns många parametrar som påverkar kommunikationssituationen (fackspråk: interoperabiliteten)inom en organisation, t.ex. företagskultur, arbetsrutiner, språk, IT-system ochkommunikationsmedium. För att kunna påverka situationen krävs att man identifierar de involveradeparametrarna och sambanden emellan dem.

Detta examensarbete är det avlutande momentet på civilingenjörsutbildningen Ergonomisk design och produktion vid Luleå tekniska universitet. Målet med projektet är att designa en helt ny skotermodell exteriört. Tyngdpunkten i projektet är utseendet men även andra aspekter behandlas, så som ergonomi, materialval och tekniska lösningar. En Internetbaserad enkätundersökning, marknadsundersökning samt systematisk problembehandling ligger till grund för designen av fyra grundkoncept. Dessa undersöks genom strukturerat konceptval samt samråd med uppdragsgivaren.

This thesis is basically a design project aimed to find a safe and reliable automatic safety device, which is designed to be suitable for highly automated industrial situations. This device fits with ABB / Jokab Safety?s fence systems. These are built up around machines to create safety distances. The automatic protection device assist the operator in situations when loading or going in and out of the danger zone.

In this thesis, it is investigated if it is possible to create a common factor of the work tasks done by an air traffic controller, which then can measure workload. This will lead to the development of a tool to measure workload at small airports. In the research project a questionnaire is created to measure the different tasks an air traffic controller has. The same questionnaire will also measure the number of environmental factors that exists around the air traffic controller. To measure the validity of the questionnaire, the authors are using NASA-TLX.

AbstractManagement is a field that started getting attention in the beginning of the 20th century by Frederick Taylor. His publication is called the Principles of Scientific Management and is based on the principles of using scientific methods to find the best way of conducting each operation within a production facility. Many of Taylor?s principles may appear obsolete today but the matter of an effective material flow is still highly current. Efficiency is the relationship between the input into an operation and its result.

Syfte: Denna studies syfte är att beskriva förtroendets roll i långsiktiga affärsrelationer mellan företag inom automationsindustribranschen. Betydelsen av ett starkare/svagare förtroende beskrivs och detta görs utifrån automationsföretagens perspektiv.Metod: Teorin grundar sig främst på Morgan och Hunts (1994) trust & commitment theory, där förtroende och relationsåtagande beskrivs som förutsättningar för långsiktiga b2b relationer. För att kunna testa hypoteserna, samt besvara syftet genomfördes en kvantitativ undersökning i form av en enkätundersökning med 251 deltagande företagskontakter.Resultat: Förtroende och relationsåtagande är förutsättningar för långsiktiga B2B relationer, vilket är en fördel för automationsföretag. Sweden's contribution to the world today is not labor-intensive industry, it is high technology and know-how. Many of the rules concerning employment security for the workers derived from the industrial era and have been to some extent modified by hand. This paper focuses on the discrepancy between the purpose of the priority rules in Swedish law and how it works in the reality. My opinion is that due to the development of the labor market, a powerful revision of priority rules is needed. In addition to today's job market is knowledge-intensive I point in the paper at a number of factors that contributed to the loosening of the priority rules. Examples of these are the increased incidence of temporary staffing, more open markets and more multinational companies, political will to disadvantaged groups in the labor market should be prepared job and gender issues.

Frågeställningen löd; Hur belyser litteraturen vårdtagarens upplevelse av den fysiska vårdmiljöns betydelse för välbefinnandet? Metoden var en litteraturstudie och sökning av vetenskapliga artiklar har skett på databaserna Cinahl, Academic Search Elite, Emerald, Springer Link, ADAM, BYGGDOK, Pubmed, IDEAL, Kluwer, Libris, ScienceDirect och Scirus. Sökord som används både separat och tillsammans inom samtliga databaser var health facility, environment, architecture, design, art, surroundings, ward, garden, välbefinnande/well-being, hospital, health, light, noise. Med sökmotorer har vi sökt på nämnda sökord och namn på olika forskare, samt MeSH- sökverktyg för översättning av svenska ord till engelska.

Benchmarking is an established method of working which is often used in order to develop the quality of the organization. However, almost 70% of the organizations with benchmarking fail due to the lack of planning and structuring of the benchmarking exercise. Maintenance sections in the paper and pulp industry are one of those who have decided to conduct benchmarking. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to gain knowledge of how the maintenance sections in the paper and pulp industry deliberately structure and plan to use benchmarking as a driving force for quality development in the maintenance sections.The study is a hermeneutic case study. Telephone interviews and document analysis have been used as data acquisition methods.The results show that there is a lack of both planning and structuring in the benchmarking process, and lack of management commitment for quality improvements within industrial maintenance.

Denna rapport utgör civilingenjörsexamensarbete på institutionen för maskinkonstruktion påKungliga Tekniska Högskolan. Arbetet har utförts år 2009 på Siemens IndustrialTurbomachinery AB (SIT AB) i Finspång. Syftet med arbetet är att minska läckaget av kylluftvid ledskena 2 på SGT-800, med hänsyn tagen till kostnad och verkningsgrad. Arbetet utgickfrån en bakgrundstudie där problemet fastställdes och en kravspecifikation sammanställdes.Effekter och kostnader av kylluftsreduceringen låg till grund för beräkningarna. Femgrundkoncept genererades med utgångspunkt från kravspecifikationerna.
