Forskningsfrågor:Går det att urskilja CSR-engagemang inom DIS och på vilket sätt arbetar DIS med CSR? Hur påverkas DIS arbete av deras intressenters involvering och engagemang beträffande CSR frågor, vilka utmaningar och möjligheter kan identifieras gällande detta?Syfte:Syftet med studien är att kartlägga och utvärdera hur DIS arbetar med CSR.Metod:Denna studie är en fallstudie med kvalitativ ansats som inriktar sig på en viss organisation, i detta fall DIS. För denna studie utfördes sju semi-strukturerade intervjuer i avseendet att samla in data som mätte upp till och passade in i studiens övergripande syfte.Slutsats:Studiens resultat påvisar att DIS inte innehar någon CSR-strategi men att det är möjligt att urskilja ett utspritt engagemang inom företaget. I nuläget går det att benämna CSR-engagemanget ur ett inaktivt/reaktivt tillvägagångssätt. Intressenter är av väsentlig vikt för DIS i nuläget och att vidare involvera och skapa relationer med ur ett CSR-perspektiv..

Sweccis samlar ett antal funktioner, exempelvis en kartfunktion, ettgeografiskt informationssystem, en logistik-funktioner och en portal förinformationsspridning, i ett system. Till skillnad från tidigare system som använts förledning på högre nivå inom Försvarsmakten är Sweccis ackrediterat för att hanteraHemlig/Secret-information.Sweccis syftar till att möjliggöra funktionen ledning på operativ och högre taktisknivå, i enlighet med de doktriner som Sverige idag använder. Målet är att samordnafysiska faktorer, exempelvis våra arméförband, för att genomföra aktiviteter som skallleda till effekter hos motståndaren. Dessa effekter skall sedan kunna utvärderas för attanvändas som grund för ett kommande genomförande tillsammans med yttre faktorer,så som en ny uppgift från en högre chef.

The purpose of this master thesis was to study the water system for mechanically cleaned water at Skärblacka mill, in order to find and evaluate possibilities of using energy more efficiently. The thesis also includes an evaluation of the software tool ?Pumpanalys?Skärblacka mill produces pulp and paper. The large amount of water required is cleaned mechanically through filters and called mechanically cleaned water (MR0). The MR0 water is pumped out to the factory by four crude water pumps.

I denna uppsats undersöks hur psykologens yrkesroll formas och utformas på vårdcentral. Det empiriska materialet utgörs av semistrukturerade intervjuer med fem psykologer på vårdcentral, deras verksamhetschefer samt en yrkesutvecklingskoordinator för psykologer inom primärvården. Med utgångspunkt i grounded theory har resultatet analyserats i termer av primärvårdspsykologi, professionell identitet och professionssociologi. Resultatet lyfter fram psykologernas bild av sin yrkesroll, deras upplevelse av relationer till andra i organisationen och till gränsfrågor. Slutsatsen är att psykologens yrkesroll på vårdcentralen befinner sig i jurisdiktionens gränsområde och innebär ett aktivt identitetsarbete, en komplex och dynamisk process i spänningsfältet mellan professionella identitetsideal och organisatorisk reglering..

During thedevelopment of the system information security and interaction design have beenimportant aspects that have been taken into consideration.The system has been created using techniques such as PHP and MYSQL.

The main aim of the study was to examine the importance of organizational climate for affective job-related wellbeing. A further aim was to investigate potential differences in employee level in the experience of organizational climate and wellbeing. Another purpose was to see if there was agreement in the view of the organizational climate among the employees. Questionnaires were collected from 44 employees at a chain store. Results showed that Integration, Involvement, Supervisory Support, Training, Welfare, Innovation and Flexibility, Goal Clarity, Efficiency, Effort, Performance Feedback, Pressure to Produce and Quality had a great influence on Enthusiasm but only Pressure to Produce and Welfare correlated with Anxiety.

Teachers in social sciences have a broad subject field to base their education on. This term paper examines, thru interviews, which factors that have an influence on the subjects contents in the A course of Social Sciences at Swedish high schools. Having interviewed four active teachers at three different schools, it shows that control documents like subject- and national curricula have little to say about what kind of subject that should been taught. Teachers seem rather to rely on local collegiate consensus, the textbook, locally prepared control documents, and adjusting to program directions while choosing material. In the final discussion the risk of structuring the subject around the text book is being investigated, along the fact that new locally control documents need to be written even for basic planning structures.

This report is an inventory of the street lighting in half of the residential estates owned by Karlstad Bostads AB, a public housing company. The inventory was made to reduce the environmental impact of the street lighting. From the inventory an estimation of the total installed power and the energy consumption was made. The total estimated power of the street lighting was 125 kW and the energy consumption was 500 000 kWh/year with an estimated running time of 4 000 h/year. The dominating source of light was 125 W discharge mercury lamps.

Today the individual ventilated cage system (IVC-system) is the most commonly used system when housing rodents. IVC systems are designed to control both supply and exhausted air at cage level, as well as temperature and relative humidity in the cages. This creates an optimal environment for the mouse and at the same time a protection against the risk of cross-infection between cages and the outside environment. The aim of this study was to evaluate the health and welfare for two different strains of laboratory mice (NMRI nude mice and C57BL/6NCrl mice) in three different kinds of IVC-systems; Arrowmight, Allentown and Tecniplast. 108 mouse pups from each strain (in total 216 mice) were selected after weaning at an age of three weeks and tested during 5 weeks.

Vi har undersökt ett verksamhetskritiskt system i en större organisation för att se hur systemet är konstruerat och hur förvaltningsarbetet bedrivs för att undvika avbrott i systemet. Då det är särskilt viktigt att dessa system har hög tillgänglighet har vi försökt lyfta fram faktorer som visat sig vara särskilt viktiga för att uppnå hög tillgänglighet. Undersökningen har genomförts som en fallstudie där vi intervjuat personer med olika befattningar inom organisationen. Background: In Sweden and Norway planned home birth is not included in the health care system. In Denmark women with expected low risk birth have the right to choose home birth. Registrations of home births in the Nordic countries are not completed and women?s experiences of planned home birth in Scandinavian context are not earlier described.Objective: The aim of this study was to describe women?s experiences of planned home birth in the Scandinavian countries.Design: Inductive content analysis. Fifty-three Scandinavian women who have experienced planned home birth have replied an open question in a questionnaire.
