Afrikanska stadgan - En komparativ studie om "The African Charter on Human and Peoples Rights"

Since the implementation of the revised IAS-1 in January 2009, the income statement has changed in order to include what is called dirty surplus accounting flows (DSF). Using data for the period 2005-2009 regarding large cap companies listed on the OMX Stockholm we identify DSF in Swedish accounting. First, we present some descriptive statistics on aggregated and individual DSF in Sweden. We find that aggregated DSF and individual items related to securities are significantly positive over time. Second, we perform a regression on returns to test for value relevance and find that aggregated DSF and individual items related to currency translation differences and cash flow hedges are value relevant in explaining returns.

The critical analysis is focusing on three themes ? economy, culture and civic rights and responsibilities ? and poses the questions of how the ideology of the protagonists relates to the changing processes between culture and economy in the society of today, and which interest of classes, understood in Marxist terms, they favour. Before defining the theory and method of the inquiry the authors give their understanding of the changing processes between economy and culture.

Through this self-perceived situation I have started to question how children with special needs find their place in the school today. I discuss how I can handle and look at the unique situation that occurs when meeting this child.Terms like integration, inclusion, segregation, social rights and the expression "a school for everyone" will be discussed in this text, as well as how we can connect these terms and expressions to the problems I find in the school system?s way of handling children with special needs.I also highlight my dilemma from different ethical perspective.
