This means that competence is needed and costs are added not related to Scania's core operations.The aim of this master thesis has been to analyse and to evaluate alternative ways of managing the packing operations considering cost, quality and work organisation. To study and examine the work methods and operations of today and also to present methods measuring the operations effectiveness and productivity.We have used the system approach to maintain totality and to understand the component's relation to this totality. Field studies combined with studies of relevant literature and studies of other companies operations have given us the knowledge and the understanding of the packing operations needed.

Frågan har en underton av skuldbeläggande, då man indirekt kan tolka den som att kvinnan bär en viss del av ansvaret för det våld hon utsätts för ? hon stannar trots allt kvar. Frågan är om det kan finnas positiva sidor av en relation, där det också förekommer våld.

In this thesis I set out to study how the reading of fictional literature is viewed, legitimatized and operationalized in two educational domains: the recently revised steering documents that all Swedish teachers must relate to, as well as a selection of teaching materials designed for education in the Swedish language for upper secondary school. The teaching material I have studied has been recently updated in order to correspond with the new steering documents. I relate my analysis to previous research about the use of fiction in education, and I also combine my analysis of the two educational domains to see whether the underlying intentions of the steering documents have influenced the revision of the teaching material. The outcome indicates that the steering documents? previous focus on culture has diminished although a certain insecurity as to how to use the concept and deal with the issue of whose culture should be taught can be identified.

Syftet med denna rapport är att undersöka om det går att integrera en inomhusantenn i ett textilt material. Rapporten utgår från en design breif från företaget Teracom Group som är en del av kampanjen ?The Optimal Indoor Antenna?. Problemet som uppstått är att Boxer Danmark anser att den danska populationen inte tycker att de befintliga inomhusantennerna är tillräckligt estetiskt tilltalande. Detta problem har det forskats kring genom litteraturstudier, empiriska studier, material- och designstudier samt produktutveckling.

Detta examensarbete behandlar fenomenet att använda djurkroppar som material. Studiens syfte är att undersöka fenomenet döda djur och djurkroppar i konst, hantverk och design, och lyfta fram på vilket sätt döda djur används och hur användandet kan tolkas och förstås. Teorin belyser relationen djur och människa ur historiskt perspektiv, hur djur framställts inom konsten, samt den etiska aspekten. Metod och material består i en analys utifrån texter och medier, och en kvalitativ intervju med Märta Mattsson, som skapar smycken av främst insekter. Studien visar på att djur har varit symbol för många olika saker som mod, tapperhet, häxkonst och erotik.

Denna studie undersöker om det finns ett samband mellan resultatbaserade bonussystem för verkställande direktören och marknadsvärderelevansen i de finansiella rapporterna på Stockholmsbörsen under tidsperioden 2005-2008. Tidigare studier har påvisat ett samband mellan resultatbaserade bonussystem och resultatmanipulering. Ansvariga chefer väljer att manipulera resultatet för att nå de nivåer som krävs för att få den avtalade bonusen utbetald. Det finns även studier som tyder på att resultatmanipulering påverkar värderelevansen negativt. Vi anser således att det finns ett indirekt samband mellan bonussystem och värderelevans.

Syftet är att beskriva och jämföra kassaflödesanalyser hos fyra fullsortimentsbanker och då särskilt vad gäller förändringar i utformningen, samt belysa hur efterlevnaden är av de regler som kassaflödesanalysen bygger på. För att uppnå ovanställda syfte så har vi valt att studera bankernas kassaflödesanalyser utifrån ett kvantitativt synsätt, primärdatan består således av årsredovisningar. En matris ställdes upp för att underlätta utvärderingen av RR 7. Undersökningsobjekten är valda med ett icke slumpmässigt urval. Bankerna visar upp en god efterlevnad i fråga om den strukturella uppbyggnaden av kassaflödesanalysen.

Denna kvalitativa undersökning har som syfte att undersöka ledarskap och organisationskultur inom en specifik ICA butik. Vidare har syftet varit att förstå hur ledarskap och organisationskultur påverkar medarbetarnas arbetsmotivation. Undersökningens frågeställning är följande; Hur utövas ledarskapet i en bestämd Maxi Ica butik i Södra Sverige och hur påverkar ledarskapet och organisationskulturen medarbetarnas arbetsmotivation? Den vetenskapsteoretiska ansats som undersökningen utgår ifrån är hermeneutiken och det empiriska materialet är insamlat genom tematiskt organiserade intervjuer med tio chefer och medarbetare. Resultatet visar att det inom organisationen utövas ett demokratiskt ledarskap vilket bidrar indirekt via organisationskulturen till en arbetsmotivation hos medarbetarna genom att man via ledarskapet uppfyller dels de sociala behoven samt upprätthåller en balans mellan abstrakt och konkret socialitet..
