Kumulativ stress kan påverka soldater vid en utlandsmission. Denna stress orsakas av små vardagliga händelser och tjänstgöringsrelaterade händelser under en mission. Syftet med denna uppsats är att fåen fördjupad förståelse av hur en stressad gruppchef påverkar sin grupp i en komplex miljö som i den typ av missioner som för närvarande genomförs i Afghanistan. Uppsatsen undersöker hur kumulativ stress har påverkat gruppchefer och deras förmåga att leda gruppen samt hur stressen som gruppchefen utsatts för har påverkat gruppen. Undersökningen baseras på intervjuer av informanter som varit på utlandsmission i Afghanistan och de beskriver sin gruppchef och händelser som skedde under deras tid på mission.

De senaste åren har Försvarsmakten genomgått en stor förändring från invasionsförsvar till ett flexibelt insatsförsvar. I takt med denna förändring har även karaktären på de uppgifter som insatsförsvaret ställs inför ändrats. Ett exempel på detta är insatsen i Adenviken där hotet är i form av små snabba fartyg med mål och medel som sträcker sig utanför en reguljär styrkas. En av Sjökrigets grundregler är förmågan till taktikanpassning. Detta innebär att man drar erfarenheter från de attacker eller anfall som genomförs, tar lärdom av dessa och utefter denna lärdom tänker nytt för att nå framgång i nästa drabbning.

The characteristics of free movement is the elimination of obstacles to trade between Member States and thus by such, create free movement within the entire union. Therefore art 34 in the Treaty of Lisabon (FEUF) states that all quantative restrictions on imports and measures of equivalent effect are prohibited. The legal approach to measures having equivalent effect is still unclear and the purpose of this paper is therefore to propose a solution to that particular problem. What can be said when it comes to this rule is that the EU-Court has gone from applying a discrimination test to a market access doctrine.According to the Court´s case law, measures having equivalent effects to quantative restrictions are ?All trading rules enacted by Member States which are capable of hindering, directly or indirectly, actually or potentially, intra-community trade?.  The question of how to apply the test when it comes to a potential hinder to intra-community trade is still unclear.

The author is active as a musician in the field of historically informed performance practice (HIP) which emanated from the 20th century early music movement. Studying of historical sources has a central role, but the problem of how interpretation and selection of source material is affected by art and music ideals of our time, is commonly acknowledged. Georg Joseph Vogler shows in a series of articles in "Betrachtungen der Mannheimer Tonschule" (1778-1781) how Stabat Mater by Pergolesi could, and in his opininon, should be improved. The purpose of this thesis is to investigate how this source can be used from the standpoint of a performing musician: How can I use Vogler?s methods in my playing?The introduction problematizes Vogler?s action in relation to his time, and to ours.

Förändringar är vanligt förekommande i dagens organisationer. En strategi som kan nyttjas för att öka lönsamheten och nå målen är förändring av organisationskulturen. Dessa är svåra att genomföra eftersom omedvetna antaganden måste synliggöras och ifrågasättas samt förändringen i sig är tidskrävande. I socialt samspel formas och omformas kulturen av individerna och enligt symbolisk interaktionism sker då överföring och tolkning av symboler. Genom att utföra en kvalitativ intervjustudie på en specifik stödenhet inom en organisation kan de faktorer som behöver tas i beaktande i en kulturförändring belysas däribland symbolbegreppet.

Lärare vill bli stöttade och seddaTjugo lärares tankar om skolledarskapSharon Elhanati Berlin Studien tar avspark i den komplexa vardagsverklighet skolledare och lärare verkar i och avser att belysa vilka aspekter av skolledarskapet som ges betydelse när lärare beskriver sina förutsättningar för att uppleva meningsfullhet i arbetet.  Det empiriska underlaget utgörs av skriftliga berättelser samt intervjuer. Totalt medverkade 20 lärare. Studien är upplagd som en tematisk analys med en kvalitativ ansats. Analysen av lärarnas berättelser resulterade i ett antal skolledarskapsaspekter med betydelse för lärarna. Dessa aspekter kodades i fem teman som gavs betydelse: (1) att känna stöd, (2) att känna sig sedd, (3) att känna förtroende, (4) betydelsen av struktur samt (5) kompetens hos ledaren.

Until recently the Danish government was hesitant about whether investments in climate and energy policies were the right strategy for Denmark. Today the Danish government argues that during the forthcoming climate conference in Copenhagen in 2009 (COP15), the world's countries must agree upon ambitious climate objectives. Denmark is together with EU-27 aiming at an ambitious climate agreement. This thesis intends to contribute with an understanding of why Denmark, both politically and economically, invests profound resources into committing the world's countries to a climate agreement. The study uses both a neoliberal institutionalism and a constructivist theory in analyzing the Danish engagement.

Introduction: First line managers in the public sector, are under a great pressure from both senior management, leadership, politicians and often from a large group of employees. Few studies have been made on the first-linemanagers psychosocial work environment, even though in the studies found that the manager affects their employees work environment.Aim: How first line managers in municipal elderly describes the psychosocial work environment on the basis of demand-control - support model.Methods: The study was conducted through individual interviews with six first line managers. Respondents were recruited through a strategic selection in a medium-sized municipality in Västernorrland. The interviews were conducted using an interview guide. Qualitative content analysis with an deductive approach was used as a method of interpretation of the results.Results: First line managers point out the difficulty in balancing the requirements and several managers also mentioned the importance of having clear role descriptions and objectives.

 There is an ongoing reorganization within media industries today as they adapt to new and changing demands - the environment is changing fast and the organizations with it. The development of new technology is contributing to new forms of media distribution in the present media industry. The structure of media organizations is getting flatter and the co-workers are getting a new and bigger role. All this is bringing new challenges for the leaders of the organization. AbstractWhen the Swedish Centre Party, Centerpartiet, just before Christmas 2012 released a draft for new program of ideas a powerful "winter storm" broke out. Ideas that Centerpartiet would abolish compulsory schooling and the right to inheritance and allow polygamy are just a few of the things that cause alarm.It's not the first time during the last years the Centre Party is associated with neo-liberal elements in their party?s ideology. In 2007 Erik Ullenhag criticized Centerpartiet for their new neo-liberalism was a danger to the alliance.The aim of this study is to investigate whether it is possible to see a change in Centerpartiets ideology and how deep it is. From an idea analytical approach based on ideal types, created for social liberalism, neoliberalism and ecohumanism, the party programs from 2001 and 2013 are studied.

How a speaker can use their posture, gesture, facial expression and voice to create a strong ethos, pistis and sense of trustworthiness is, in this paper, associated with charisma (the power of leadership or authority).Verbal and nonverbal expressions from three particular speeches by Martin Luther King, John F Kennedy and Bill Clinton have been analyzed in depth. The results show that patos as well as strong nonverbal expression are factors in inspiring devotion or creating enthusiasm. Personal magnetism and radiance is also found to develop through figures of speech and rhetorical devices, including metaphors. Results show that facial expressions, pitch and other prosodic information are not always consciously taken in. Nevertheless, it is questioned whether such information can affect the ethos and pistis developed.

Idag är skolan ofta föremål för debatt i massmedia. Ett vanligt förekommande ämne är den bristande ordningen i klassrummen och hur den leder till försämrade resultat. Den allmänna uppfattningen är att hårdare disciplin är lösningen.          Studiens syfte är därför att skildra hur fem förstelärare gör för att skapa ordning i sina klassrum. För att uppnå syftet utfördes kvalitativa intervjuer med utgångspunkt i en vinjett, vilken våra informanter fick ta del av. I analysen användes framför allt symbolisk interaktionism och ledarskapsteori som teoretiskt ramverk.          Resultatet visade att inga av informanterna var för metoder så som skrämsel, kvarsittning, utkastning eller andra former av bestraffningar.

This study explores women?s experiences of the impact of remote work on work-life balance, and the potential consequences of telecommuting from a gender equality perspective. This investigation is contextualized by societal shifts post-pandemic, during which remote work has become increasingly prevalent. This transition raises new questions about the impact of home-based work on individuals? work-life balance, particularly for women who, according to prior studies, carry a greater responsibility for household tasks.

Research about strip roads and wind damage is very limited. It is commonly known that the trees next to the strip roads more often fall whit heavy winds, and the purpose of this thesis was to verify this statement. Data was collected from first- and second thinnings at Boxholms Skogar AB, Östergötland. In first thinnings data was collected from both spruce and pine stands and second thinnings only data from spruce stands was collected.
