Consumption of meat and poultry has increased during the last ten years while the production in Sweden has decreased. Cheap imports are competing with Swedish products and consumers, restaurant and retail let the price decided what to purchase. Swedish food producers can become better at communicating the added values that meat and poultry produced in Sweden has. Social media gives companies a possible tool for communication in order to communicate and create a relationship with consumers. The rise of social media does not only affect consumer decisions making, but also corporate communication. The objective of this project is to investigate how social media can connect the farmer to the consumer.

Den här rapporten redovisar resultatet av en fallstudie på projektet Göingegården som genomförs iregi av Derome Mark & Bostad. Syftet med rapporten är att kartlägga arbetsprocessen och därefterbelysa var det finns felkällor och störst förbättringsmöjligheter, av vilken anledning samt vilkakonsekvenser som dessa får. Rapporten belyser och åskådliggör vilka åtgärder och lösningar som böranvändas och dessa åtgärder utvärderas ur ett LEAN perspektiv med fokus på tid och kostnad someffekter.För att kunna nå dit har en stor del av arbetet inriktats sig mot att förstå hur processen fungerar, hurarbetet ser ut på Derome samt synliggöra vilka avvikningar som finns och hur dessa utspelar sig i detlånga loppet. Arbetet med eftersökning och felsökning består av främst av möten, intervjuer ocheftersökningar om hur arbetet sker på andra företag i samma bransch.Dessa avvikelser analyserades och deras härkomst, varför de uppkommer, undersöktes och fokus lågpå att hitta förbättringspunkter som är återkommande och inte bara engångsproblem. Attgrundstenarna och visionerna som finns i LEAN är tätt sammanknutna med de åtgärdsförslag somredovisas i rapporten ser vi som en klar utgångspunkt.Resultatet av rapporten visar på att inom projekteringsdelen av projektet finns det brister och deflesta av dessa brister härleds komma från omodern teknik.

In Kenya, many families subsist on agriculture and of the country's around 40 million residents 70% work in the agricultural sector. 50 % of the country's gross domestic production (GDP) comes from farming, and thus the country is largely dependent on income from this sector. Kenya's population has tripled in recent decades, which have led to that food availability is a growing problem. To ensure food security, it is important that the return from crops increases. The aim of this study is to evaluate what impact the use of fertilizers and improved seeds has for farmer?s economic situation and income generation.

If we can identify and point out areas of improvement in the financial counselling, we hope to raise the question and contribute with an improved financial counselling. Another positive effect we are hoping for is to improve the situation for the investors whereas all parties benefit from an improved portfolio selection.This study is conducted through a qualitative case study, where we used a deductive approach and collected our data through personal interviews.The conclusion that emerges is that the financial counselling could potentially be improved if financial advisors improve their knowledge in portfolio theory.The originality shapes through the opportunity to investigate a specific bank and because of that an opportunity to examine a specific case more thoroughly was created. Our thesis contributes with opening La?nsfo?rsa?kringar?s and other banks? eyes to how their financial counselling could be improved through new knowledge in portfolio theory.

The aim of this project was to improve taste of a liquid food product, comprising extremelybitter and unpalatable amino acids and one unrevealed ingredient. The amino acids were Lleucine,L-isoleucine, L-valine, L-threonine and L-lysine monohydrochloride. Experimentaldesign was set up as a screening of water solutions comprising these ingredients (called BCAAsolutions) and added ingredients with potential to improve flavour. BCAA solution withingredients that were potential bitterness suppressors were evaluated in flavour, bitternessand/or palatability. Solutions of separate amino acids were also studied.

Istället för att låta näringsämnena från de enskilda avloppen läcka ut i naturen och gå till spillo kan man genom att kretsloppsanpassa avlopp samla upp näringen och återföra den till jordbruksmark. Detta kan förutom att leda till en bättre vattenmiljö också minska behovet av den handelsgödsel som idag används inom jordbruket. Laholmsbukten har sedan lång tid tillbaka varit utsatt för övergödning till följd av att näringsämnen läcker ut i vattendragen.

Background: First Line Managers are expected to create a health promoting work environment. Research has shown that the prerequisites for accomplishing a health promoting leadership are not always the best. Aim: The aim was to elucidate the prerequisites for a health promoting leadership as First Line Manager at a University hospital in Sweden based on competence, role, support structures and own durability. Results: First Line Managers at the chosen hospital seems to have rather good conditions for conducting a health promoting leadership. All respondents did have a university degree and most thought that their competence corresponded well with the role.

An effective Integration policy is important in Sweden while our government has decided and committed to be a country where everybody will be given the same opportunities. There is a greater awareness in today?s society of integration policy goals such as equal rights, responsibilities and opportunities for all. The purpose of this study is to shed light on and describe Kramfors travel centers function and relationship to the surrounding urban environment, and how this core is experienced by residents and visitors. To do this, the use of the travel center, its relationship to Kramfors city center and the perception of it, as well as possible improvement areas has been studied.This has been examined using a quantitative method by designing a questionnaire and the usage of a research strategy through the implementation of a small-scale survey. Within this a cluster sampling was applied.The result shows that Kramfors travel centers is primarily used for traveling and is used most frequently by the visitors within the study. It is also shown that residents 'primary reason for traveling from the travel center is friends and family, followed by shopping, and that the visitors' primary motive for traveling is friends and family as well, followed by work. The mode of transportation between the travel center and destinations are mainly walking, while the mode of transport between homes and the travel center proves to be the car.
