Bakgrund: 97 procent av alla svenska företag har stått inför valet mellan regelverken K2 och K3. De nya regelverken, som gäller för mindre företag, ska tillämpas i alla årsredovisningar efter den 1 januari 2014. Tidigare studier i redovisningsval visar att företag inte alltid är rationella, utan att helt andra faktorer påverkar valen, därför uppkom intresset av att undersöka vad som påverkat företag i valet mellan K2 och K3.Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att förklara vad som har påverkat mindre aktiebolag i deras val mellan K2 och K3. Vidare är syftet att förstå på vilket sätt dessa faktorer har påverkat mindre aktiebolags val.Metod: Studien utgår ifrån ett deduktivt angreppssätt där positiv redovisningsteori och institutionell teori används för att förklara valet mellan K2 och K3. Studien inleds med en kvantitativ undersökning genom databasinsamling och telefonenkäter som sedan kompletteras med kvalitativa intervjuer.Slutsats: Resultatet visar att variablerna Bransch, Koncern och Revisionsbyrå kan förklara mindre aktiebolags val mellan K2 och K3.

This study examines implementation from national law in to local practice in the district of Kalmar to assure newly arrived immigrants orientation in civics. The study takes its starting point in Lipskys theory about street-level bureaucracy.  Questions that are discussed are about how  the education is understood by refugee?s coordinators, civic communicators and the new immigrates, how the organization has been and what role the demography and economic structures has played for the organization. It is a case study where interviews and enquete has been used.

The Swedish field of digital X-ray imaging has since several years relied heavily on distributed information systems and digital storage containers. To ensure accurate and safe radiological reporting, Swedish software-firm eCare AB delivers a system called Feedback?the first and only quality assurance IT support product of its kind. This thesis covers several aspects of the design and implementation of future versions of this software platform. The focus lies on distributed directory services and models for secure and robust data propagation in TCP/IP networks.

Intressentmodellen menar att redovisningen har som sitthuvudsakliga syfte att förse intressenterna med information om företagets finansiella ställning.Denna information ska sedan ligga till grund för beslutsfattande vilket medför att det är viktigt attinformationen är tillförlitlig.Metod: Studien är en kvantitativ undersökning där fyra uppställda hypoteser statistiskt testasmed Mann-Whitney test.Empiri: Studien omfattar OMX Stockholmsbörsens Large Cap under åren 2008 samt 2010.Undersökningen omfattar 88 observationer och av dessa har 10 stycken nytillträdd VD och 13stycken negativt resultat.Resultat: Det kan inte statistiskt säkerställas att skillnader i avsättning förekommer hos bolagmed nytillträdd VD, däremot är det statistiskt säkerställt att skillnader i avsättning i absolutabelopp förekommer hos bolag med negativt respektive positivt resultat.Slutsatser: Det kan enligt denna studie inte statistiskt säkerställas att Big Bath Accountingförekommer på OMX Stockholmsbörsens Large Cap..

On three occasions, in 1973, 1993 and 2005, Swedish parliament and government has resolved to integrate the, previously independent, foreign offices beloning to the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) with the Swedish embassies. The implemenation of the integrationreform has however been a lengthy process. This thesis adresses two main issues: how has the integrationreform been able to remain a viable recipe for organizational change over time and why has the integrationprocess taken so long? Lastly I assess the possibility for effective implementation following the decision 2005.Based on New Institutionalism I conducted an historical analysis of the integrationprocess to explore the conditions for reform. My results indicate that the integrationreform primarly suited the interests of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, making the Foreign Serivce more effective and clarifying the Ministry's responsibilty for Swedish development cooperation policy.

Purpose;the purpose of this study is to investigate whether a product ad observer's purchase intention, perception of product quality, brand image perception and price perception is affected depending on the size of the text that was used in the ad to communicate the product price.Methodology;the study was conducted using a quantitative method through a survey. The implementation of the study has been done by using three variants of the same suit ad where the three different variants have been manipulated on the text size on the price information, by reduced / increased the text size. The implementation has also been carried out using two different ad sender, with three ads for each sender.Result and conclusion;the text size on the price of a product ad mainly affects the observer's price and quality perception, where the small text will have a positive effect on quality perception and a negative effect on the quality perception. Even brand image changes depending on the text size where small text will have a positive effect..

Syftet med denna uppsats är att få en djupare insikt om hur en frikoppling mellan redovisning och beskattning skulle kunna se ut. Genom att undersöka hur revisionsbolagen ställer sig till SamRoBs förslag om en frikoppling, SOU 2008:80, och vilka konsekvenser ett avskaffande av det materiella sambandet kan medföra för K2-företagen vill vi skapa en djupare förståelse i diskussionen om en total frikoppling av det materiella sambandet för K2-företagen.Uppsatsens undersökning utgår från en kvalitativ forskningsmetod och har en analytisk ansats. Data består av primär- och sekundärdata som kritiskt granskas för att bedöma undersökningens giltighet och tillförlitlighet.För att skapa förståelse kring sambandet mellan redovisning och beskattning presenteras relevanta begrepp och teorier. Vidare redogörs för innehållet i utredningen SOU 2008:80.Empirin presenterar respondenternas åsikter och synpunkter om utredningens, SOU 2008:80, förslag om en frikoppling mellan redovisning och beskattning. Respondenterna avser tre anställda från tre av de största revisionsbolagen i Sverige.För K2 företag innebär en frikoppling i praktiken en samordning.

The aim of this study is to investigate how mathematics teachers use formative assessment to make the course objectives clear to the student. This is part of a wider aim in Sweden to find ways for improving mathematics teaching. Qualitative semi-structrured interviews and observations were used for collecting data. Different approaches to integrate formative assessment in their classrooms is discussed: questioning, discussions in whole-class, group work and assessment and feedback. The analysis of the results indicated that the teachers thought differently about how to integrate the course objectives in their planning.

This report describes work on the thesis ?IT systems and organizational development?. The work is carried out on Stocksbro Energi AB, during spring 2009. The company wanted better flow in their production but also review if the inventory management function located in Visma SPCS Administration 2000, could be used in the organization. Under the first part of this report the system were tested to ensure if the system would work together with the organization.

This Master Thesis covers the concept of Green Cars. The background to the research area is the high and rapidly growing number of cars, which together with other factors ad to the pollution of the environment. Under the Kyoto agreement the signing members agreed to lower the emissions of green house gases, further on the EU has a 3-pillar strategy on carbon dioxide and cars. Included in the EU strategy is a voluntary commitment from the car industry to reduce carbon dioxide emissions from new cars. The easiest way of lowering the emissions is by using alternative fuels and engines.

How schools handles threat and violence among pupils could have an effect on the surrounding world, since schools reflect society at large. This study attempts to explore how this is handled within two schools, one secondary school and one upper secondary school. How do the schools work with violence and threats amongst pupils? Who is responsible for what? Is this work based on school guidelines? Why/why not? The theoretical starting-points have been Lundquists implementation-based control-model and an organizational point-of-view using theories about open and closed systems, primarily Meyer and Rowans neo-institutionalism. The investigation has taken starting point in the Swedish school history by a look back at the last three curricula and its rating system in order to see the differences and similarities between them. Furthermore, the focus was on the implementation of lgr11 and how it has worked out both on the national and local levels, with the help of, among other things Imsens "five faces of the curriculum" and Lipsky theories of grassroots bureaucrats. The aim of the study was to investigate teachers' perceptions of differences in teaching and assessment in grades 7-9, during the changeover from Lpo94 both on lgr11.The questions developed for this purpose was: How do teachers say that their teaching changed in conjunction with curriculum change? Has there been a refocusing about the concept of knowledge in the curriculum shift, and if so, how?How the assessment and grading did change with the curriculum change?Data collection has been made using a quantitative survey with qualitative elements. The survey consisted of 10 questions that everyone faces the transition to lgr11.

Rapid development in the realms of electronic publishing has had a profound impact on information services in general and the academic library in particular. Since mid 1990´s an increasingly number of scholarly journals and other information resources have been made available electronically. Electronic books are the newest electronic service in the hybrid library and can be seen as the third wave in the digital library. Although electronic books have for a long time existed as electronic texts such as digitalized classics or other texts in the public domain, it is not until recently that e-books have been distributed and packaged in a commercial form. As more e-book models are being developed, libraries are being forced to take e-books into consideration when planning their information services.The aim of this master thesis is to describe the first stage of implementation of the new electronic media, the electronic book or e-book, in Swedish academic libraries.

The purpose of this paper is to through a conceptual definition, outline the meaning of integrated reporting. The empirical study aims to identify the development of integrated reporting in terms of driving forces and participants. We also intend to identify and explain the effects of integrated reporting and to describe, analyze and create an understanding of what is required of companies and the challenges an application of integrated can bring. To achieve the purpose of this paper, we have formulated a central question; What is integrated reporting and what will this development mean for companies?  To answer the central question of this paper we have chosen to apply a qualitative approach with case studies as a research strategy.

Denna magisteruppsats beskriver framtagande och utveckling av riktlinjer för ett system vars mål är att förändra och förbättra en organisation, där arbetet idag utgår ifrån en stationär plats men där vi hävdar att arbetssättet skulle kunna vara helt mobilt. I uppsatsen beskriver och diskuterar vi vårt tillvägagångssätt, resultatet av fältstudier och analys samt en diskussion som behandlar konstruktionen av ett mobilt anpassningsbart system. Uppsatsen resulterar i framtagandet av designriktlinjer för en mobil artefakt. Denna artefakt ska kunna stödja det arbete som utförs av personalen som arbetar med drift och övervakning av fastigheter i Karlskrona kommun. Artefakten ska vara anpassningsbar till den miljö som den används inom, den ska ha förmågan att känna av den kontext den opererar inom samt ha förmågan att följa de interaktioner som personalen utför.
