AimThe aim of the study is to gain insight into how physical education teachers reflect on peerassessment in Physical Education (PE). The study was limited to investigate teachers? conception of peer assessment. The study also examines whether teachers can describe anymethods of peer assessment that they use or have used in their teaching, and what strategic choices they talk about when they describe their methods.MethodQualitative interviews were used to collect data. The interviews can be referred to as in-depthinterviews with a particular focus on concepts.

VikingGenetics is one of the world's largest breeding companies. 2008 was launched two new products, X-Vik and GenVik. Now VikingGenetics want to get information about the effects of the marketing. We have investigated the differences in knowledge and use of the products between different livestock associations, size of herd and farmers' breeding interests. The method used was by sending out a questionnaire by mail.

En metod för att simulera exteriört bussljud med hjälp utav Ray Tracing har testats och utvärderats. En modell av en buss har byggts upp i ett CAD program. Dominerande ljudkällor i bussen samt materialkoefficienter har tagits fram för de material som ingår i bussen. Bussen har sedan förts in i simuleringsprogrammet Odeon, där ett antal simuleringar har utförts. Olika pass-by simulering har utförts och jämförts med mätningar.

The purpose of this study was to examine how the personnel of the Employment Office in Malmoe interpret the emotional situation and health of unemployed individuals. We also wanted to examine if and how the personnel work with these aspects. In relation to this we found it very interesting how the personnel dealt with the responsibilities of power, hierarchy and how subordination afflicts the unemployed. Our main questions were: Are the previous studies results confirmed by the response the personnel of the Employment Office give about the difficult situation among unemployed individuals? Which factors do the personnel at the Employment Office consider the main causes of negative emotional situations among the unemployed? How do the personnel deal with the emotions of the unemployed? How does the important responsibilities of power affect the relationship between the personnel and the unemployed? Which effects/impacts from current political changes are the personnel able to see on the situation of the unemployed? We interviewed eight people working at the Employment Office in Malmoe.

Arlanda är Sveriges största internationella flygplats och har en stor betydelse när det kommer till jobb, näringsliv, kunskap, turism, kultur och därmed hela Sveriges välfärd. Flygplatsen ligger i Sigtuna kommun och runt omkring Arlanda ligger ytterligare tre kommuner; Vallentuna, Knivsta och Upplands Väsby.  Alla dessa arbetar aktivt med åtgärder för en hållbar utveckling av sina organisationer.Kommunerna och Arlanda har tre huvudsakliga gemensamma intressen som samverkar och är beroende av varandra.  För att tillsammans organisera, strukturera och försöka hitta gemensamma hållbara lösningar på de problem och möjligheter som uppstår runt intressena har kommunerna och Arlanda en väl utvecklad dialog.Dialogen idag beskrivs som god och samtalsklimatet positivt. Kommunerna är delaktiga i Arlandas utveckling och samarbete sker i flera forum. För drygt tio år sedan var bilden en annan. Samtalsklimatet uppfattades som kyligt, verksamheten var sluten och det togs ingen hänsyn till vilken påverkan man hade på omgivningen.Litteratur som rör dialog mellan en organisation och dess intressenter poängterar ofta vikten av att man förstår varandra och delar uppfattning om vad organisationens ansvar består i om relationen ska vara värdefull.  För att få en större kunskap om hur det samförståndet ser ut i Arlandas fall har en rad intervjuer med representanter från de olika kommunerna samt Arlanda genomförts.

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to investigate students' perception of their grades in relation to the grading criteria in physical education. To investigate this used issues: how values and experience rating criteria? How do students their teachers' planning of lessons? The efficiency of the law on passive long-term sickness absence was added in July 2008, but was later in January 2010 supplemented. Managers operating within the dynamic society of today are said to rely on intuition when effective and quick decisions are to be made. This skill or phenomenon has aroused an interest within the academic world of management whom has explored intuition, its relation to decision making and its influencing factors, especially in the private sector. Intuitive decision making is however not isolated solely to this sector but also involved in decision making associated to the public sector. Therefore, the aim of the thesis is to investigate whether managers at the hospital Akademiska in Uppsala involve intuition in decision making and to what extent the factors time, amount of information, individual experience and decision complexity influence the intuition.The theoretical framework includes academic research regarding how intuition and rationality affect decisions, the concept of intuition and factors influencing the intuitiveness of decision making. Furthermore the theoretical discussion explores intuition connected to leadership, negative aspects of intuitive decisions and a comparison between different factors that separates public and private sector in terms of decision making.

Swedish municipals schools have been given an assignment to convey basic values to pupils. The assignment is to bring up the pupils through transmitting and developing a heritage such as values, traditions, language and knowledge. Together along with the lasting knowledge which constitutes the community frame of reference everybody needs. There by is the purpose of this study through a qualitative method to investigate how the schools assignment to create a community national identity of the pupils is interpreted by the teachers in introduction classes. Even how the teachers in this study response to ?Swedish? culture by presenting and educate the pupils in this.

The aim of this work has been to investigate how it is that it sometimes can be difficult for special educators to gain access by teachers to the classroom/lesson to make observations. A partial order has been to determine whether the special educator can curb the negative response from the teacher in question, concerning access to the classroom/lesson. The survey has a phenomenological perspective as the basis of the test procedures and the analyses made. Phenomenology has as its starting point that the human does not perceive the world in the same way, and that she has different motives and intentions for her actions. In order to understand why the human act like she does, you have to create an image of the personal meaning behind this action. To create this image, I have implemented conversational interviews with five teachers at a high school, in central Sweden. The investigation revealed that it is missing that the school's teachers are clearly informed of which laws and regulations the special educator is subordinate to.
