Minnets betydelse för lärandet : En intervjustudie med tre pedagoger som arbetar med specialpedagogiska frågor
AbstractMy study is about working memory and working memory abilities for children with concentration difficulties. I have looked at literature and current research. I have also done an interview study on three pedagogues who have experience of the problem area.The conclusion I can draw from my investigation is, when it comes to working memory and what children with concentration difficulties can have problem with, is often shown when instruction is given in several stages and when the child come to the last instruction they sometimes have forgotten what the first instruction was. Special questions, image, image schedules and written instruction can help the child to remember. I also found that the pedagogues not only looked at working memory, but they also examined how the child hear and see, therefore they look at the ability of how the child notice what they hear and see and how they use it in their every day living.

B-uppsatsens syfte är att analysera hur Abecita genom en märkesutvidgning kan utvecklas för att nå ett nytt segment som skall utgöras av den unga trendiga kvinnan. Litteratur kring redan existerande uppbyggnad av varumärkens identitet och image har studerats för att efter ovan nämnda riktlinjer kunna presentera den unga trendiga kvinnan hos Abecita. Pictures are often used when marketing a tourist destination. Photographs of a place, a destination, are used to convince customers and stimulate daydreaming in order to turn a potential customer into a real customer. For some people the photographic representations of a place is the only one they experience. With this in mind, it is reasonable to question how representations of places and geographical imaginations are being (re)produced when marketing a destination by using photographs. This paper aims to study how representations of place and people are used when marketing a tourist destination via travel commercial.
Bedömningsmatriser i Idrott och hälsa : En studie av läraresuppfattningar
In this study we have examined in which way the horse is used in Equine Assisted Therapy, and what effects the treatment staff experience and describes that the interaction with horses has on girls who self-harms. Our Empirical data was collected through qualitative methods such as interviews, participant observation and informal interviews with a total of six different informants, from five different activities with Equine Assisted Therapy for girls who self-harms. In the analysis we have assumed symbolic interactionism, a theory focusing on the human as a social being, where the self-image alters in the social interaction with other human beings. We interwove this theory with the Biophilia hypothesis, an explanatory model concerning human?s relationship to animals and nature.The conclusions we have found in the results are:Equine Assisted Therapy is a complementary treatment comprises both horseback riding and exercises which is not based on the horsebackEquine Assisted Therapy almost always involves three parts, the therapist, the client and the horse.

På grund av att konsumenter överöses med massreklam, har det lett till att det har blivit svårare att övertyga konsumenterna om företagets produkter och image. Efter en företagskris kan det därför vara svårt att vinna tillbaka kundförtroendet. Uppsatsen belyser problemet hur ett företag skall marknadsföra sig efter en kris för att återupprätta sin image. Skandia har nyligen genomgått en krisperiod och syftet med undersökningen var att undersöka just vilka åtgärder Skandia vidtagit efter krisen gentemot sina kunder och allmänheten.

Seen in many trends and studies, consumers of today feel a growing desire to experience the uniqueness in products and services. This is forcing companies be more innovative and creative in their marketing, in order to distinguish and differentiate themselves and their products/services. We believe that creating a top-to-bottom experience strategy is one way that a company can succeed in this.The purpose of this thesis is to analyze and clarify how a business can reinforce their product experience through a complete experience strategy. In order to demonstrate this we have made a case-study research for the New Wave Group, advising them on how they can place blown glass art at the heart of the town of Kosta.The authors have used qualitative methods and an abductive approach. Four interviews have been completed with executives from the New Wave Group, including the project manager, hotel manager, head of the Kosta Boda smeltery and head of guides and visitors at Kosta museum.

The aim of this study is to explore if and how library managers market their competence in communication with local politicians. It is also our aim to find a definition of the competence of librarians. The report identifies and describes problems and possibilitieswith marketing of competence to politicians on the basis of one Swedish municipality's library managers. In order to fulfil this aim we have used a literature study on marketing, competence, the political process and the librarian profession. We have alsocarried out an empirical study where we interviewed ten library managers in onemunicipality, seven politicians in the same municipality and ten representatives for central professional organisations mainly in Sweden.The results are that most library managers don't market their competence because they don?t believe in marketing competence.

In Sweden, child traffic safety is a key part of the country?s Nollvision, a long-term traffic policy goal of ?no deaths or serious injuries?. Unfortunately, many countries have recorded increases in child traffic accidents as the percentage of parents who drive their children to school and thus congestion around schools has increased. Common strategies include traffic safety education for children, the redesign and improvement of traffic infrastructure, bicycle training, and carpooling.This thesis assesses the traffic problem around Ludvigsberg School in the district Valbo in Gävle, Sweden.

The purpose with this essay is to study how a micro enterprise builds a brand. This because the current situation makes it difficult to stand out from the vast amount of marketing messages available in the market without having an extensive marketing campaign. Small companies do not have the opportunity to put a lot of recourses as money into marketing as the large companies do. Neither do they afford to repair a brand failure.Brand building is a process that constantly is in progress in a company, large or small. To make this process concrete we have chosen to study the four factors; brand awareness, perceived quality, brand associations and brand loyalty.

Communication is essential for the survival of an organization. The management formulates strategies to ensure thatthe organization will get to where they want it to go. The strategy is then communicated to the co-workers through the line manager. But who is to say that the co-worker experience the message the same way as the line manager or the management for that matter? The purpose of this study is toinvestigate how the middle managers at Southern Älvsborg Hospital experience strategic internal communication andfurther how they communicate with their co-workers.Through a case study approach, the case being the communication of the hospitals research strategy, I conducted 13 interviews.I analyzed the material from the interviews using a hermeneutical approach and I used an interpretative approach to get a deeper understanding.

The study aims to describe and analyze the image of Mary Magdalene as expressed in the French artwork from 1400 and 1600s that this study deals with. The study also examines the historical context in order to find explanations for why the images of Mary Magdalene have changed. In the study Erwin Panofsky?s iconographic method is used to analyze the artworks and finding their underlying meaning. Delimitations are made that only works of art made by French artists from the 1400 and 1600s are analyzed and delimitations are also made that Mary Magdalene will act on her own in the works of art.
Attitudes towards hedging by diversified and non-diversified farmers : a comparative qualitative study
Deregulation on the market for agricultural products leads to a more globalised market with increasing price fluctuations. This, in turn, places the farmer in positions influenced by new risks but also improved opportunities. The farmers are faced by uncertainty in terms of financial outcome. To be able to utilise these new market conditions it becomes increasingly important for farmers to continuously follow the price trend, and to develop strategies how to manage the risks exposed by a volatile market.
Farmers with different conditions perceive risk in different ways. Hence, their risk management behaviour will vary.

Background: Competition in the market for non-profit actors has increased significantly. More channels to reach potential donors have been designed, and ways to help has been extended. The industry is scrutinized with critical eyes because of the scandals that have emerged in recent years. It has contributed to making it possible to distinguish a negative trend regarding public trust in the sector. The market has therefore changed and the conditions for obtaining donations are different.Aim: The purpose of this thesis is to create a better understanding of how non-profit actors motivate individuals to donate money to their business.
Win-win-win? : En kvalitativ fallstudie om fem organisationers användande av cause-related marketing.
Denna studie är ett fall av organisationers användande av cause-related marketing. Syftet är att beskriva utvalda organisationers strategier med och användande av specifika cause-related marketing-aktiviteter.Organisationers vilja att bygga relationer med intressenter ökar ständigt och det blir allt mer populärt bland organisationer att ta ett socialt ansvar i hopp om att förbättra denna relation. Att organisationer säljer produkter och donerar en summa till välgörenhet benämns cause-related marketing och är ett vanligt välgörenhetsinitiativ vilket ofta upplevs positivt. Dock finns en skepticism mot organisationers användande av detta verktyg då intressenter i vissa fall ifrågasätter organisationers bakomliggande motiv. Detta innebär att utformningen av varje specifik cause-related marketing-aktivitet är avgörande för dess framgång.För att besvara syftet med denna studie har samtalsintervjuer och en kvalitativ innehållsanalys använts.

Idag råder det stor konkurrens mellan kommuner, regioner och länder gällande människors uppmärksamhet och val av både bostadsort och resemål. För att en destination ska verka attraktiv för en potentiell besökare är det viktigt att destinationen har en bra image. Om de som bor på orten, det vill säga de med bäst kunskap om orten, inte trivs eller talar illa om orten påverkar det destinationens image negativt. För om de som har bäst kunskap om destinationen inte trivs eller talar gott om orten, vem ska då lockas till att besöka den? Med det som bakgrund ville vi undersöka hur invånarna i våra hemorter, Boden och Mariestad, uppfattar sin hemort, vad sprider de för bild om orten utåt och hur kan orterna arbeta för att förbättra detta?Syftet med föreliggande uppsats är att utveckla strategier för Boden och Mariestad om hur de kan ta hjälp av upplevelseproduktion för att uppnå stoltare invånare, som i sin tur talar gott om sin hemort i möte med utomstående.
