Stationsområdet i Växjö genomgår omfattande förändringar, där bland annat planer för ett WTC finns. Ett förslag på nämnda byggnad har tagits fram, men det fick kritik. Man menade att det inte stämde in i stadsbilden. Vårt syfte och mål har därför varit att ta fram alternativa förslag på utformning av ett WTC, med hänsyn till kritiken. Vår metod bestod i att sätta oss in befintliga detaljplaner och utföra eget skissningsarbete.

This report is about how accessibility in Eskilstuna's central trade street Kungsgatan can be improved, based on my background as spatial configuration designer, and by Eskilstuna's residents' opinions. In this report I explain what methods I have used, and how I attained my results. The goal of this project was to create ideal accessibility in the central part of Kungsgatan in Eskilstuna. Since Fristadstorget was rebuilt, and since the city is growing in terms of housing and residents, accessibility will in the near future be even more limited for visitors than it is today. Väpnade aktörer, terrorism och illegal handel (med människor, narkotika och vapen) är alla företeelser som, i varierande omfattning, florerar i fallerade stater. Dessa företeelser återfinns inte minst i Colombia, som trots det inte bedöms vara fallerad.Uppsatsens syfte är att påvisa behovet av kvalitativa och kontextspecifika studier, då vår förförståelse är att analyser av fallerade stater, som bygger på kvantitativ forskning, missar orsaksperspektiven. För att göra detta prövas två teorier (Rotbergs kvantitativa och Buzans/Holstis kvalitativa) på fallet Colombia.På grund av att Rotbergs teori har en lägre validitet och inte förklarar vad som ligger bakom staters interna problem, kan Colombias situation mest framgångsrikt förklaras utifrån Buzans/Holstis teori. During the last part of the 20th century many companies has started to build their organizations on knowledge and information instead of manufacturing of products.  Today it is easier to communicate and spread information. At the same time the numbers of untraditional employments like temporary employments and workers from staffing agencies are increasing. Many organizations have higher employee turnover now than before. This allows more people to have access to confidential information, whose spreading might cause great damage for the employer.

In 1970 professional boxing became illegal in Sweden and in 2009 the prohibition was removed.Just before both of these changes in the law there were debates in media where people argued forand against ilegalization. In the later debate the focus has shifted from professional boxing toinclude Mixed Martial Arts(MMA) as well. MMA was governed and bound by the same law asprofessional boxing.This purpose of this paper is to compare the debate in 1968-1969 with the debate in 2006. The twodebates resulted in two different outcomes, ilegalization of professional boxing in 1970 and thenlegalization of it 2009. Are there any reason for these differences? What is the reasoning behindthis? By using hegemonic masculinity as a guidance when examining the debates this paper istrying to understand how the discourse have changed over time.

Upphovsrätt är den rätt som författare, kompositörer, konstnärer och andra upphovsmän har till sina verk. Bestämmelserna om detta finns i lagen (1960:729) om upphovsrätt till litterära och konstnärliga verk. Upphovsrätt avser att ge rättsligt skydd för resultat av andligt skapande i vilken form det än föreligger samt en rätt till ersättning för skapade verk. Upphovsrätten har emellertid tvingats genomgå omfattande förändringar på grund av den tekniska utvecklingen som sker på området. Den digitala teknologin möjliggör idag att det snabbt, billigt och enkelt går att framställa nästan exakta kopior av skyddade verk i alla former och att överföra dem till ett stort antal mottagare med hjälp av internationella nätverk som Internet.

Anledningen till att vi skrev denna rapport var att vi ville fördjupas oss i ämnet samt att vi tycker att det är ett samhällsproblem. Generellt sett har antalet jägare i dagens samhälle ökat och därmed också jakttrycket, till följd av detta ökar även antalet brottstillfällen. Vi ville undersöka möjligheterna att uppdaga och förebygga jakt- fiskebrott i Västerbottens inland, samt undersöka möjligheterna till ett utökat samarbete mellan olika parter. Vi har därmed kommit fram till att de polisiära problemen går att lösa med mer utbildning om jakt fiskebrott till utredarna och ett mer utvidgat samarbete mellan de parter som berörs. För att få så mycket information som möjligt om dagens syn på jakten och fisket i Västerbottens inland, har vi intervjuat berörda personer inom Länsstyrelsen, Jakt- fiskebevakare och poliser som idag jobbar med jakt- fiskebrotts utredningar och även funnit några statliga utredningar inom detta ämne.

The purpose of this master thesis was to explore and develop prototypes for visualization of trade statistics in a market surveilance application. In such an anapplication a large amount of information is processed. This information is then summarized and presented to the market surveillance staff. The practical part of this thesis was done at Scila AB in Stockholm. Three prototypes were developed based on modern visualization methods.

The aim of this thesis is to examine how the Swedish Film Institute?s arguments regarding file sharing, copyright and the Internet relates to the changes made in the Swedish copyright law during 2003 and 2007, using the current debate about surveillance versus liberty on the Internet as a backdrop. The theory used is based on Lawrence Lessig?s ideas about how a network such as the Internet can be controlled, and what regulating forces a government can use to constrain a certain behavior such as illegal file sharing. By examining referral statements made by the Swedish Film Institute to five different communications from the Swedish government regarding copyright and film politics an idea analysis is being used as a method to answer the following sub-questions: 1.) How has the Swedish copyright law evolved during the latest years? 2.) What arguments are being used by the Swedish Film Institute in issues regarding file sharing, copyright and the Internet? 3.) Are the arguments being used by the Swedish Film Institute regarding these issues changing during the examined period? The findings of the study show that the Swedish Film Institute has been eager to support a more powerful expansion of the copyright laws, often suggesting more powerful solutions than the Swedish government itself.

The purpose with this research is to examine how the green marketing in retail trade can be developed in order to promote the eco-labeled products closer to the consumer.The method for the survey includes interviews with managers of a few retailers and their customers in the industrial sector. The purpose with the interviews was to produce the retailer and the customer?s perspective of products with eco-label on.The research is limited to the region of Västra Götaland.The results from this research indicate that there is a lack of communication between the retailer and the consumer. The consumers don?t think that the product is available.

Utifrån en fri tolkning av Porters generiska strategier har vi genom tre delresultat svarat på om kunden uppfattar COS som stuck in the middle. Mycket tyder på att dagens konsument blir allt mer kvalitetsmedveten och långsiktig i sina köpvanor. Vi ser COS som ett exempel på hur lågprisföretagen väljer att möta denna konsumtionstrend och hur satsningen väljer att kommuniceras. Genom att word-of-mouth fått en viktig roll i COS marknadsföring blir den avgörande för COS image. High housing- and construction costs is a fact in Sweden today. Prices on building materials more rapidly than producer price index for industrial goods. Prices tend to rise during market boom but does not adapt during diminishing demand. The effects of fading demand can rather be deduced through discounts and quotations. During 1992-1998 when the Swedish construction sector found it self in severe crisis the prices of construction materials kept rising more rapidly than PPI for industrial merchandise.
