ABSTRACT. In the late 1960?s all the wolves in Scandinavia went extinct in the wild due to extensive hunting. In 1983 two new wolves immigrated and founded, together with a third immigrant in 1991, the population that exists today. Due to the fact that the population originates from less than a handful of individuals, the genetic variation is small.

Title: Consequences of diversion ? a qualitative interview study regarding illicitbuprenorphine use.In year 1999 buprenorphine was introduced in Sweden and is used in treatment for opioiddependence. An issue concerning substitution treatment programmes is the occurrence ofdiversion and the following illegal sails of buprenorphine on a black market. The aim of thisstudy was to explore how people who have used illicitly obtained buprenorphine describessuch abuse. The study was conducted using qualitative method, where a total of fiveindividuals were interviewed about past experiences of having used illicitly acquiredbuprenorphine.

This thesis examines the experience value of the wolf and wolf hunting presented in mediaduring December 17, 2009-Feruary 15, 2010. I analyze news articles, editorials and letters tothe editor in three newspapers. In order to investigate the experience value of the wolf and thewolf hunt, I have with inspiration from a model employed in the assessment of experiencevalue of tangible cultural heritage, developed a model which I use to analyze the mediamaterial according to the criteria of aesthetic value, identity value, value of tradition andsymbolic value. In order to analyze the results of the analyze, I employ experimental andsociocultural theory and method, which means that I assume the experiences of the wolf andthe wolf hunt as related to a social and cultural perspective that partly depends on how weidentify ourselves and what kind of experiences and understandings we have of the landscapeand large carnivores. Since media affects how we perceive our surroundings and the wolfhunting attracted much attention in media, I found it interesting to examine how the wolf andthe wolf hunt were displayed in news articles and letters to the editor.

This qualitative study is focused on the way ?papperslösa? (undocumented/illegal/irregular immigrants) are portrayed in Swedish daily newspapers, what images are presented in the articles, what discourses permeate the text, what identities are being constructed, etc. The empirical data consists of thirteen articles published in Dagens Nyheter and Svenska Dagbladet (two of the biggest daily news papers in Sweden) during the period 2010-10-01 ? 2011-04-01, and I?ve used a type of discourse analysis called ?diskursanalys med inriktning på identitetskonstruktion? (?discourse analysis with focus on identity construction?), as the method to analyze the articles. The results of the analysis showed that four discourses and identities were constructed, re-produced and upheld in these articles.

Detta är en studie som genom nio kvalitativa intervjuer undersökt om och hur Spotifys tjänster erbjuder människor nya sätt att lyssna, använda och få tag i musik legalt. Målgruppen har varit fokuserad till 22-26 år där informanterna fått berätta om deras lyssnarvanor och åtkomst av musik sett över en tioårsperiod. De har även svarat på vad de tycker om möjligheterna Spotify erbjuder och vad de tror om den framtida musikmarknaden. I studien presenteras även musikbranschen och vad som hänt med den under de senaste tio åren, samt hur illegal fildelning och nedladdning påverkat en bransch som varit stadig under många år.Resultatet av mitt material visar på att Spotify har gjort att folk laddar ner mindre musik. Den digitala musikförsäljningen har ökat och gått om den fysiska, där streamingalternativ som Spotify är det som drar in mest pengar till bolagen idag.

Since the down of archaeology much of the resurges has focused on graves andgrave materials. This essay is an attempt to interpret a grave material to the society of the living, to investigate what a megalithic grave material can tell us about the society that made them and the people that were buried in them. The study is focused upon two megalithic graves in Löderup; Ramshög and Carlshög. A study of the bone materiel, building construction and building material at Ramshög and Carlshög is done and then compared with different theories that are made of Ramshög and Carlshög and of other megalithic graves. By studying different theories of megalithic graves and comparing these with Ramshög and Carlshög I have tried to evaluate which ones that are relevant in this case.The megalithic graves primarily shows some kind of change, in society or in their way of looking at the dead or the life after this.

Tillgängliggörande av upphovsrättsligt skyddat material på Internet som sker utan samtycke från upphovsrättsinnehavaren utgör i dagsläget en relativt stor och utbredd problematik, främst genom att Internet och teknikerna vilka tillämpas vid fildelning på senaste tiden har utvecklats och därmed resulterat i att fler och fler individer fildelar illegalt. Denna uppsats behandlar de olika teknikerna som används vid fildelning, juridiska tillämpningsområden, bevisbörda och identifiering av ansvarssubjekt samt rättsliga sanktioner. Syftet har vidare varit att utreda implementeringen av IPRED direktivet i den svenska rätten samt utreda huruvida denna reglering främst har haft en reparativ eller preventiv verkan på den illegala fildelningen. Uppsatsens slutliga resultat bygger främst på studier av den juridiska problematiken gällande identifiering av ansvarssubjekt samt bevisning och sanktioner, vilket i slutändan påvisade att implementeringen av IPRED direktivet i den svenska upphovsrätten hittills främst har lett till ett preventivt resultat snarare än ett reparativt..

Piratbyrån å andra sidan menar att problemet inte är så stort och inte ens värt att lägga energi på. Vi ville därför undersöka hur den illegala fildelningen verkligen påverkar den svenska filmmarknaden. Detta gjordes genom att först intervjua både Antipiratbyrån och Piratbyrån för att få fram olika synsätt på problemområdet. Vi gjorde även en litteraturgenomgång där vi fann relevanta teorier som vi utformade vissa antaganden utifrån.

Today grey seals are found common in the Baltic Sea and have started to become a big treat and a problem to the fishing industry. Shell companies are characterized by containing liquid assets such as cash, securities or other similar assets. Transactions of shell companies constitutes a severe problem since the purchaser often has the aim of obtaining undue tax advantages by not paying the tax debt of the company.Historically it has been complicated for the legislator to stop the set-up in an efficient way since the transactions as such are not illegal, instead rather commonly used for example to restructure companies or for the transfer of companies to the younger generation. The purpose of the current legislation is to prevent individuals and corporations to involve in shell company trade. Aiming for an efficient legislation, the tax rate is at a very high level.The issue with the rules is that also honest buyers are at risk of being covered. This calls for high demands in complying with the principle of legal certainty and the possibility to forecast the tax consequences.The purpose of the thesis is to identify and analyze eventual problems when applying the legislation.

Trots lagar, nationella som internationella, återkommer diskussionen om etik vid militära interventioner. Uppsatsen handlar om huruvida NATO:s intervention i Kosovo levde upp till etiska lagar kring militära interventioner samt om normativa teorier fortfarande är relevanta och lämnas utrymme idag.Syftet med uppsatsen är att se om det fortfarande finns utrymme idag för normativa teorier, såsom den etiska teorin just war theory, och om dessa är rimliga att använda. Uppsatsen använder fallstudien Kosovo som exempel och analyserar samtidigt hur denna intervention lever upp till de nio punkterna i teorin.Kvalitativ textanalys samt fallstudie av Kosovo har använts som metoder och just war theory har använts som teori.Resultatet visar att sju av nio punkter helt eller till stor del levdes upp till under NATO:s intervention i Kosovo, och att de resterande två till viss del levdes upp till. Undersökningen påvisar också att normativa teorier lämnas utrymme idag, och att teorin fortfarande kan vara relevant, om än med lite modifikation..

The wild boar population grows rapidly in number in Sweden, and it has been predicted that the annual number of shot wild boar will soon exceed the cull of moose. According to estimates, the Swedish population encompassed some 150 000 individuals in 2010. The mean annual harvest has increased by 30% since 1990, indicating that the wild boar is a species we must learn to manage sustainably. A successful management of the boars aims for a population in balance with agriculture and traffic, and also provides good hunting opportunities. For this to be possible, understandings of several aspects of the ecology of wild boar is needed. The sows in this study had an average homerange of 707 hectares during summer, and 659 hectares in winter.

The purpose of this paper was to examine how clients on the unit for adults at Södemalms district administration (Stockholm, Sweden) with severe mental illness and substance abuse differs from other clients with substance abuse at the baseline and at follow-up one year later. We have used a quantitative method and analyzed material from ASI-interviews performed at the adult drug abuse unit at Södermalm during the time period 2002-2010. At the baseline the clients with substance abuse and co-occurring severe mental illness have more problems than other clients, primarily in the area of mental health. They spend more time alone and are more likely to engage in illegal activities. Interviewers assess their situation as more serious and that they need more help in all of ASI's areas of life than other clients.
