pcSKOG-gård is a computerised manager plan for private forest owners, developed by the pcSKOG AB. The program is based on forest stand data, joined with a map of the forest and GIS-applications. The purpose is to offer a program for private forest owners managing the forest and with the possibility of updating the actual status of the forest. The company pcSKOG AB is the leading producer of programs for forest management and has developed the program since 1997. The program is currently the most common program used by private forest owners in Sweden. The aim of this thesis, leading to MSc in forestry, is to investigate the purpose of the private forest owners when purchasing the pcSKOG-gård. The thesis also studies how private forest owners use the program, what they use it for and how the private forest owners state that the program has achieved to fulfil their expectations. The thesis is also a market research concerning the knowledge and attitudes the private forest owners have about the program and associated services. The study material has been collected during two phases.

En genomgång av forskningen inom området visade att tidigare studier främst fokuserat på stiftelser som väsen i Sverige eller deras roll inom filantropin varför vi fann det intressant att genomföra en studie med fokus på deras kapitalförvaltning.Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att kartlägga och analysera svenska avkastningsstiftelsers kapitalförvaltning med fokus på investeringsprocessen och riskhantering, givet restriktioner och uppsatta mål.Genomförande: Studien är en kvalitativ flerfallstudie inom vilken åtta intervjuer genomfördes med personer med insyn i stiftelserna i urvalets kapitalförvaltning. Även dokumentstudier genomfördes, dels för att skapa studiens referensram och dels som ett komplement till empirin insamlad via intervjuerna.

AbstractMy study is based on that I think there is a problem at the Handicraft program for hairdressers where I currently work as a hairdresser teacher. I believe that there are clear objectives and a wide range of courses focusing in craft knowledge, but the social competence goals are unclear and there are no courses on the subject. Since I have 13 years hairdressing experience and know roughly what it requires, I wonder where and how the teaching of social skills is performed at the Handicraft program for hairdressersThe purpose of this study is therefore to find out how some of my colleagues perceive the teaching of social skills. The issues I have focused on are what these teachers believe that social skills are, how they perceive their teaching of it and when they believe that teaching really should be. There is not much literature on this subject because it is a relatively unexplored area. I have therefore concentrated on literature dealing with social skills in general, and theses and essays dealing with the quality of hairdressing education. I have chosen to make a qualitative interview study. The objectives related to social skills can be incorporated in the teaching of many subjects; I chose to interview two core-subject teachers and four vocational teachers. The interviews have been based on respondents' own interpretations of social skills. They have been individual interviews of about 30 minutes. My results show that most teachers believe that social competence is about a good meeting between people and to coping with different situations in a good way.

A comparison between the demands and how well medtech companies achieve them will be done.

To gain the long-term confidence of customers, not only the best businesses, but also the best supply chains are required.Volvo Cars is experiencing a changing competitive situation and their retailers are having trouble stocking the right spare parts. Shorter product life cycles and the growth of Volvo?s product program result in an increase in the number of spare parts to be stocked. In order to adapt to market trends and meet customer demands, Volvo has developed the LDC model, establishing a number of regional warehouses in strategic locations in Sweden, de-signed to supply spare parts to the regions? retailers through so-called Vendor-Managed In-ventory (VMI).The purpose of the study is to examine Volvo personbilar Sverige?s (VPS) motivation for a modified customer-service strategy through LDC.

Sverigedemokraterna har enligt vissa vunnit frågan angående invandring och tagit den till sin egen. Vilket har inneburit uppmärksamhet och diskussioner i olika medieenheter sedan valet år 2006. Under mandatperioden har detta icke riksdagsrepresenterade parti blivit omtalat och diskuterats, att invandringsfrågan har givits ansenligt spelrum har gjort att andra frågor kommit i skymundan. Vi anser därför att studiens syfte som beskriver hur Sverigedemokraterna konstruerar kön och sexualitet är av betydelse. Undersökningens angreppssätt har genomförts genom en metodtriangulering utifrån metoden innehållsanalys.

These are : Traditional travel agencies , tour operators and online travel agencies.Online Travel agencies are the most modern online option for customers. Their existence has made it easier for the customer and reservation can be made anytime and anywhere. New dwellings and commercial buildings in coastal regions has for some time now been a focal point. Old industrial harbours are regenerated into modern living areas with a recreational purpose. In Sweden the marina has not taken part in this development, thus remained in the monotony and large-scale structures of modernism. This graduation thesis looks upon the marina from a landscape architects point of view, where the marina foremost is a social venue. By revealing and discussing the development of the marina, its design and environmental consequence theories of the marinas future is presented. These theories are later tested upon the costal village of Rydebäck, south of Helsingborg. The thesis is structured in three parts: marina knowledge, proposal and resources. In the first part the historical development of the marina from prehistory time to now is discussed.

To maintain production in high salaries countries and strength in competition against other companies, it is today more important than ever to maximize production, offer a wide spectra of products and be able to deliver on the customers desire of shorter and shorter delivery time. Flexible production and short time spent on die changes is vital to achieve these desires. The interest for die changeover time reduction grew in the same pace as the demand for increased product variety grew. SMED as a method of reducing time spent on die changeovers were developed in between 1950-1970, by the Japanese Shigeo Shingo.The purpose of this thesis work has been to investigate the result of SMED in a die casting facility, and compare the result from it with the result considering time spent on die changeovers when investing in new equipment. The goal is to implement a thorough investigation by using the SMED method at Tenhults Pressgjuteri AB and make a brochure that have to be simple to understand, in purpose to draw interest to the advantages of using SMED as a method.Commissioned by the Swedish foundry association Swecast, the work has been carried out by studying die changeovers at Tenhults Pressgjuteri AB, where filming and interviews with the operators have been included in the analysis.

Denna studie behandlar de fyra böckerna Brott och straff av Fjodor Dostojevskij, Kråkflickan, Hungerelden och Pythians anvisningar alla tre skrivna av Jerker Eriksson och Håkan Axlander- Sundquist. Jag utför en illustrativ komparativ analys av mördarnas psyke och böckernas struktur samt undersöker det didaktiska värdet av att göra denna studie.Genom att psykologiskt analysera böckernas mördare har jag kunnat göra en psykologisk profil till de fyra. Raskolnikov som är dubbelmördare i kriminalromanen Brott och straff har en narcissistisk, schizofren läggning som beror på att hans omedvetna strider med det medvetna om det moraliska i att mörda. Viggo Dürer, den onda mördaren av ett femtiotal barn, som figurerar i trilogin är klart psykopatisk med en könsidentitetskonflikt. Victoria Bergman, den trasiga föräldramördaren som är huvudperson i Kråkflickan, Hungerelden och Pythians anvisningar lider av dissociativ personlighetsstörning till följd av upprepade övergrepp i barndomen.

Veterinary medicine is not merely an area of occupation but also an area of business. In a business the customer service is its identity and brand and more importantly what makes the client choose and recommend the clinic to other potential customers. The licensed veterinary nurse is habitually the one who first meets the clients at the clinic. Therefore it is particularly important for the licensed veterinary nurse at the clinic to offer high-quality customer service. The object of this study was to understand and elucidate how the pet owners experience the encounter with the licensed veterinary nurse at different stages in their contact with the clinic.

Den 22 juli 2011 utförde Anders Behring Breivik det värsta terrorattentatet i Norge i modern tid. Svenska medier valde att lägga alla sina resurser på att bevaka katastrofen i grannlandet. I denna uppsats undersöker vi hur SVT, SR och TV4 arbetade med bevakningen. Studien som behandlar nyhetsbevakningens första dygn, går in på vilka etiska, praktiska och källkritiska problem som respektive kanals nyhetsredaktioner ställdes inför (inklusive webben). Vi tar även upp hur arbetet och bemanningen organiserades.

Detta är en kvalitativ intervjustudie vars med inriktning på mäns subjektiva upplevelse av att utsättas för våld när förövaren är en kvinna, speciellt när våldet sker inom ett parförhållande. Syftet har varit att beskriva och analysera dessa upplevelser i relation till teorier om offerskap, makt och manlighet. Fokus har varit på känslomässig upplevelse, männens syn på sig själva i relation till begreppet brottsoffer samt tankar kring om förövarens könstillhörighet påverkat deras reaktioner. Studien har bestått av en litteraturstudie av relevant empiri samt fyra intervjuer med män som utsatts för våld av kvinnor. Intervjuerna skedde individuellt, tre av dem via e-mail, och analyserades sedan fenomenologiskt.Resultatet visade att de män som drabbas av våld i en parrelation har en tendens att skylla det som sker på sig själva, vilket är vanligt även vid kvinnomisshandel.

The aim of this study is to investigate which communication strategies and channels the mu- nicipal company Falu Energi & Vatten should use in order to become more efficient in com- municating with citizens between 18 to 29 years old. The company is owned by the munici- pality of Falun and manages community services in electricity, district heating, fresh water, sewerage, metropolitan area network and waste disposal. The following theories have been used in the study: convergence culture, digital natives, information overload, communication strategies and uses & gratifications theory. The methods used in the study are 4 focus group interviews and one informant interview. The members of the focus groups where within the age range 18-29 years and lived in the city of Falun.
