Examensarbetet utfördes på uppdrag av ABB i Ludvika. ABB vill öka effektiviseringen förhanteringen av inkommande gods. Detta för att det mesta sker manuellt i dagens läge och det tarmycket tid och kan resultera i felkällor.Arbetet har två syften. Det första syftet är att förändra del av verksamheten, genom att kommamed ett förändringsförslag när det gäller godshanteringen. Det andra syftet är att jämförastreckkoder och RFID för att se vilket alternativ som passar bäst.För att få fram ett förändringsförslag har vi jobbat med FA/SIM-metoden.Vi har tagit fram ett antal förändringsförslag nedan följer ett urval av dessa:? Ställa krav på leverantörerna att de skall använda streckkoder med rätt standard Code128.? Utforma tydliga och enkla kravspecifikationer för att enklare kunna ta till sig.? Förbättra nuvarande kundrelationer.

In this paper I study how the repeal of the Swedish wealth tax (1 of January 2007) has affected people´s labour supply behaviour. This particular issue is relevant because it may help us understand some of the effects of the earnings tax changes that have taken place in Sweden. Accoring to standard economic theory a repealed wealth tax is similar to an income effect for the persons who previously paid the tax. That means that they theoretically will want to consume more leisure, that is decrease their labour supply. The method I am using to test this hypothesis is a difference-in-difference approach where the treatment group consists of persons who previously paid the tax and the control group of comparable persons who did not pay the tax.

Due to the decrease in obtaining driver?s licenses among young people, the main purpose of this study was to acquire a deeper understanding of young people?s attitudes towards driver?s license and towards driver?s education. This is a qualitative study with a theoretical approach, which combines Bourdieu with post modern theories. By using focus groups a wide rage of attitudes among young people have been gathered. Having a driver?s license is still considered a standard among young people even though their attitude mostly depends on their need for one.

In connection with the property crises in many countries, caused by the financial crises, people are now more aware of the risks involved in poor property-investments. The unusually cold winters along with extreme prices of electricity in Sweden in recent years has also contributed to increased interest in energy-efficient buildings.The process of developing a modern family home in Kiruna, Sweden is presented the first part of this paper. The house has been designed to withstand very high stresses from snow, low energy consumption as well as a high standard of living comfort. Aspects of the house covered here involves everything from construction, heating and ventilation to sanitation. Each of these areas is presented based on their underlying, scientific methods or theories.

This Master Thesis documents the development of an On Board Diagnosis (OBD-II) interface for remote diagnosis of vehicles. The Master Thesis is part of a project at the company Wayfinder Systems in Lund. The purpose of this thesis was to design a scantool that communicates with a vehicle through its OBD-II port using relevant standards. In order to make the OBD-II interface development easier, a car simulator was first built. Both the car simulator and the OBD-II interface were implemented using a linux computer running a C-program with serial communication with an external electrical interface.

In today?s society, it becomes more common with tablets, that makes us interact with computers in a whole new way. For example these are used to read and write e-mails, surf the web and playing games. Another manner of use of these tablets is to read and edit PDF documents. PDF handling is often meant to be used in books and inregular text documents, but it could also be used in the management of drawings.An industry that would benefit greatly from the use of tablets for this purpose is the con- struction industry.

Industrialization of construction is by some considered to be a solution to the building industry's problems about the lack of quality, high production costs, low productivity and poor environmental adaptation. Meanwhile, industrialized construction partly earned a bad reputation after the million housing program. As large-scale projects where promoted during this period, it worked very well to use the technique of construction elements. In the mid seventies though, criticism arose which claimed that the aesthetic qualities had been deprived in the corporates effort to make housing production as efficient as possible.Tyréns, Derome and CBBT (centre for building and housing in wood) cooperates in a development project to develop a building system for 4-8-storey buildings, consisting of three platforms: a technology platform, an IT platform and a processing platform. The technology platform consists of flexible, industrially built flat modules of wood and from this platform the subsystem stairwells, is broken out.

Värdering av fastigheter och analyser av avkastningsfastigheter har en nära koppling. Både ekonomisk och teknisk information om fastigheterna ger underlag för värdering. Eftersom olika människor och företag har olika preferenser har de även också olika krav på fastigheters skick, standard och framför allt avkastning. Då det även finns oberoende värderingsföretag kan dessa ge en opartisk värdering som kan anses gälla generellt för samtliga intressenter. Hurdenna värdering går till kan vara intressant att undersöka då den sker utan några kopplingar till intressenternas syften med fastigheten.Då denna uppsats har en företagsekonomisk vinkling ligger fokus på just hurindustrifastigheter och kommersiella fastigheter värderas.

Denna rapport beskriver arbetet med utvecklingen av en ny modell för kaplanturbiner. Utvecklingen bygger på två kopplade differentialekvationer som under arbetets gång anpassats och implementerats i turbinmodellen.Modellen beskriver hur vattenflöde och turbinmoment påverkas av avvikelsen från den optimala kombineringskurvan för vinklarna på turbinens ledskena och löphjul, och är anpassad för ett referensaggregat med tillgängliga provdata. Även övriga enheter i vattenkraftaggregatet modelleras och sätts samman med frekvensregulator och elnät för att simulera aggregatets reglerstabilitet i önätsdrift.Verifieringen av turbinmodellen sker genom försök att återskapa de befintliga verkningsgradskurvorna med hjälp av modellen. Resultatet visar en god följning av de verkliga kurvformerna, dock med något lägre maximal verkningsgrad.Verifieringen av önätmodellen sker genom att prova stabiliteten i nätfrekvens och turbineffekt vid stegpålastningar. Resultatet ger en stabilare reglerstabilitet än i verkligheten, men uppfyller ändå förväntningarna på en fungerande modell.This report describes the development of a new kaplan turbine model.

Denna uppsats undersöker den feministiska agitatorn och anarkisten Emma Goldman i syfte att identifiera en radikal teori om samarbete och gemenskaper som tillåter individuell frihet utan konflikt med det sociala. Framförallt fokuserar den på Goldmans upplevelser av Sovjetunionen och det Spanska inbördeskriget, och på hennes idé om den »konstruktiva revolutionen « som hon utvecklar i interaktion med dessa. Själva undersökningen sker i fyra delar med fyra olika fokus: individen, massan, revolutionen och organisationen i den ordningen. Som material används framförallt Goldmans två böcker om Sovjetunionen ? med fokus på efterordet i den senare boken ? samt textsamlingen Vision On Fire med Goldmans texter om det spanska inbördeskriget och den anarkistiska organiseringen där.

Syftet med undersökning är att studera på vilket sätt tillämpningen av ISO 9001 påverkar kundnöjdheten samt om det innebär, eller om det krävs mer, för att erhålla nöjda samt lojala kunder.Denna studie är utav kvalitativ karaktär och består av intervjuer. Intervjuobjekten var servicemarknadschefer samt kunder hos sex bilverkstäder i Stockholms län. Studien utgörs av en deduktiv ansats.Studiens empiri består av intervjuer med servicemarknadschefen samt fem kunder på respektive verkstad.Slutsatser som kan härledas ur undersökningen är att för att nå hög kundnöjdhet samt erhålla lojala kunder, bör ISO 9001 ses som en standard, vilken kräver utveckling samt anpassning utifrån företagets egen verklighet. Utöver detta är personlighet i form av ett genuint engagemang för den individuella kunden av stor betydelse..

The interaction between the driver, the car and the road is essential for the road safety. This case study focuses on the road condition and its effect regarding road safety issues. By studying and isolating the road condition aspect and its contributing role to the accident occurrence, the aim is to explore their relationship, as well as highlight the road parameters that are commonly associated with accident occurrence. This result will be used to develop and increase awareness of the impact of poor road alignment and poor road surface conditions on traffic safety, in order to prevent these accidents from occurring. The road parameters chosen for this study include side friction, cross slope and rut bottom cross slope, road texture, curvature, drainage gradient and rutting.The case study was limited to lv 360 in Va?sterbotten, where all accidents with an unclear cause of the accident were studied, between 2003 and 2012 were carefully studied and assessed based on the condition of the road at the time of the accident.

Due to excess precipitation that cause runoff, all soils in Sweden naturally leaches nitrogen.High leaching from arable land is an environmental problem when the runoff reacheswaters. In the international agreement, Baltic Sea Action Plan, the aim is to reduce therunoff of nutrients. Sweden has agreed to reduce its load of e.g. nitrogen to the Baltic Sea.One of the proposed measures is an increased use of site-specific N-fertilization, which hasbeen shown to increase nitrogen use efficiency and therefore also reduce the nitrogen runoff.Either yields are increased with the same total amount of nitrogen, or the total quantityof nitrogen is reduced with preserved yield levels, which is profitable for the farmers.The dynamics of nitrogen leaching differs between top dressing applications above orbelow the economical optimum. There is a consensus about a difference in the dynamics,but not about its magnitude.

This bachelor?s thesis examines the tradition of half-timbered buildings in V?stra G?taland County as there is a current lack of research on this building category in this region. The lack of knowledge may lead to the loss of potential cultural heritage values if these buildings do not receive attention. Therefore, the study aims to provide a more comprehensive understanding of its role within the region. The goal is to expand and nuance the existing research on the Swedish building tradition, particularly in V?stra G?taland County and the general Swedish half-timbered tradition.

The thesis objective was to study the partnership between the municipality of Gothenburg and three nonprofit organizations concerning the mobile EU-citizens. The study examines how the EU-enlargement affected Sweden and eventually the municipality of Gothenburg, and how Gothenburg responded to the new situation regarding the target group. The thesis contains one case study and the empirical data are based on semi structured interviews with politicians and officials from both the public- and the nonprofit sector. The results were screened with New Institutional Theory, Resource Dependence Theory and Decision Making Theory: Rule Following. The theories were used to locate any type of isomorphism, resource dependence and rule following in the partnership.
