This study aims to analyze four gymnasium teachers? opinion on the values within the Swedish school system today, as well as the presence of conflicting values and goals in their role as a street level bureaucrat. A comparative aspect concerning private and state regulated schools was implemented into the study in order to compare one school system to the other. This was achieved by using semi-structured interviews with the aim to register the teachers? opinions on these matters.The study showed that the teachers perceive a high amount of discretion within their role as a street level bureaucrat concerning the educational aspect of their work.

The acts of promoting local business and implementing efforts to appear as an attractive location for potential business are rather new activities among Swedish municipalities. The knowledge about how these activities are organised and what strategies are perused are fairly limited. In addition the structures concerning cooperation between municipalities for economic policies contain incentives both for and against cooperation. This creates a complicated situation. Using prior research mainly done by Markus Gossas, Lennart J Lundqvist and an analytical model designed by Jon Pierre, which in this essay is completed with the works of Roger Henning, these issues are addressed.

Forensic psyhiatric care protects the society by giving patients care to diminish risks of serious crimes. Att denna tvådelade inriktning krävs beror oftast på att de flesta intressenter inte har lika stor kunskap inom detta område som de experter som har tagit fram och dessutom arbetar med de konceptuella modellerna..

FlexRay is a new communication protocol which is fast, reliable and flexible and therefore can meet the increasing demands on data communication in the vehicle industry. The protocol is developed by an industrial consortium containing among  others BMW, Daimler Chrysler, Motorola and Phillips. Today (May 2009) Hägglunds is using CAN for data transmission in their systems. CAN is getting obsolete and has difficulties in coping with the increasing flow of communication. In this report FlexRay and its communication capacity is studied.

Our governing documents give teachers guidelines as to how to carry out their task in the classroom. To guide a learner requires knowledge, not only about the policy of our governing documents but also skills to see the connection between the teacher's task and its practical implementation. By studying learners' experiences of teaching contexts, I have been able to evaluate how the teaching methods live up to the intentions of the national governing documents in Sweden.My study is based partly on a survey that I completed and partly on the theory of Dialogicity. Here I saw clear connections between my informants' experiences of verbal exercises in the teaching and the theoretical background I have chosen for my study, Dialogicity. I have presented and analyzed the verbal exercises in four differentiated contexts.

In 2010, Airwatergreen AB started testing their new technology, the Airwaterwell, an atmospherical water generator of their own design that is running on solar heat, with a production capacity of three litres of water per day and m2. The purpose was to focus on foreign aid organizations as main purchasers for project investments towards rural communities in developing countries that suffer from lack of, or compromised quality of drinking water. In order to further understand if this technology would bring a positive impact in the developing countries, the company contacted the Swedish University of Agriculture for a socio-economic study of the Airwaterwells? potential. The authors elected Cost benefit analysis as the appropriate method for conducting the study and India became the study region because of its many problems with water related issues such as diseases as well as insufficient water supply for households. The regions that this study is based on are Gujarat, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh given their differences in income, health situation and poverty rate.

A publicly funded elderly care that is widely available at people?s homes has been described as unique for the Nordic countries. There is much research that focuses on the relationship between caregivers and care receivers, and also about how work is organized in these organizations. However, research into how care work is organized in organizations that have implemented a salutogenic approach is limited. This is a qualitative study aimed to examine how caregivers feel that the organization of work in elderly care change after implementation of salutogenic elements in their daily work.

Detta examensarbete beskriver resultatet av en undersökning av säkerheten hos Bluetoothsamt hur användning av Bluetooth-utrustade produkter kan påverka användarnas integritet.Undersökningen har genomförts dels genom litteraturstudier och dels genom implementationav en forskningsprototyp. Forskningsprototypen har använts vid ett experiment där viutrönt vilken information en Bluetooth-utrustad produkt avslöjar till en tredje part.Vid experimentet har vi även försökt koppla ihop Bluetooth-utrustade produkter medfysiska personer i syfte att visa möjligheterna att kartlägga människors rörelsemönster.Resultatet av undersökning har visat att det finns flera säkerhetsbrister hosBluetooth-utrustade produkter, men att merparten av dessa inte beror påBluetooth-standarden utan på implementationen av den. Vidare dras slutsatsen att detgår att kartlägga människors rörelsemönster med hjälp av Bluetooth.I uppsatsen beskrivs först Bluetooth-standarden, följt av en beskrivning av säkerheten hos Bluetooth.Slutligen beskrivs implementationen av forskningsprototypen och resultatet av experimentet..

För att kunna genomföra denna undersökning så har vi satt oss in i hur Bluetooth fungerar, vilka allmänt tillgängliga attacker och implementationer av dessa, som finns.

Rapporten beskriver hur:säkerhetsrisker har minimerats genom att införa lämpliga skydd; databasenhar designats för att uppnå sökbarhet och versionshantering; presentation avdata kan styras.NNP DB visar sig vara effektivare, ur ett tidsperspektiv, än detExcelbaserade systemet.

The purpose of this thesis was to analyse, model and finally generate dynamic vehicular motions in a train. The objective with the analysis was to find important motions for a realistic train experience. The motions from the analysis were then weighted against possibilities for generation in a motion platform.A dynamic motion model was created to model the selected motions. The model was implemented in a simulation environment, more specifically MATLAB/Simulink. The simulation environment was used to simulate the model and to generate outputs to control a motion platform.

The goal of this project was to create a web-based, crowd-sourced, correlational database, that easily allowed users to submit objects and receive correlated objects as results. The webservice was created in the web development languages of HTML, CSS, PHP and Javscript, with MySQL to handle the database. Simultaneous development was kept in check with the aid of the source code management system GIT. Upon completion, the service contained several HTML-views, the ability to add and rate objects, a per-object dedicated page with information parsed from Wikipedia.org, and a view with objects ranked in accordance to the preferences specific to the current user. Roughly a month after the beginning of development, the website was publicly launched and promoted in order to collect data, and improvements were added to the website as needed.
