Denna rapport beskriver användandet av artificiella neurala nätverk, som styrsystem för att utföra evolution av beteende för boids. Boids handlar i grunden om att skapa en simulering av flockbeteende, genom att låta självständiga individer sträva efter att uppnå samma mål. Uppbyggnaden av boids sker enligt tre ursprungliga regler, att undvika kollision, matcha hastighet och centrera flocken, dessa regler ligger även till grund för boidsen i detta projekt. Då beteendet för boids i grunden programmeras för hand, undersöker arbetet hur resultatet påverkas genom evolution av beteendet m h a neurala nätverk. Arbetet jämför även de två neurala nätverksarkitekturerna reaktiva- och rekurrenta nätverk.

För att åstadkomma samarbete mellan agenter i dataspel har utvecklare under lång tid använt sig av traditionella AI-tekniker såsom skriptning och tillståndsmaskiner. Dessa tekniker har dock ett flertal problem som gör att alternativa tekniker där samarbete istället evolveras fram blir intressanta att studera. I detta arbete har effekterna av egenskaperna begränsade synfält, brusig indata samt hinder på evolution av samarbete med en sådan teknik, Multi-Component ESP, utvärderats.En experimentmiljö utvecklades baserad på samarbetsproblemet CMOMMT. I denna miljö utfördes sedan fem olika experiment där respektive egenskap först testades enskilt och sedan alla tre i kombination. Resultaten av dessa visade att ingen av egenskaperna enskilt har någon effekt men däremot att kombinationen av alla egenskaper har en stark negativ effekt på evolutionen.

But my main concern with this essay must be thought of as a brief and personal mapping of Christian belief and it´s rational status in relation to both basic philosophy and the other great religious traditions. Furthermore, I am anxious to widen the perspectives of that which theoretically can be considered substantially real, and the existential consequences that follows on such a study. In doing so I must make sure that it´s properly anchored in history of both philosophy and religion, and of course ? with the general idea of God.

The progress in the field of technology is often described as massive and its development has had a great impact on the social development (Vetenskapsrådet, 2012). As a result of the digital evolution, there has been a change in the way customer and company interact (Normann, 2011). The traditional way for players to interact with each other required an interaction human to human (ibid), a mode of interaction that now can be replaced or supplemented by todays technology and often Internet-based solutions (Salomonson et al., 2013). These technological solutions, the technical interaction, are often referred to as self-service systems. These systems enables the customer to carry out the tasks previously performed by the company (Hilton and Hughes, 2013).

In as much as the technology promises to mention but a few, hope for the infertile couples and single parents, as well as the hope of reproduction without passing on hereditary diseases; it at the same time beeps some flashes of worry.

Syfte med vår undersökning har varit att ta reda på vilka eventuella föreställningar elever som gått ut grundskolan har kring evolutionen, samt hur vanliga dessa föreställningar är. Undersökningen bygger på en kvantitativ studie i form av en enkätundersökning bland gymnasieelever som gått ut grundskolan våren 2006. Resultatet i vår studie visar att majoriteten av de tillfrågade eleverna lämnat svar som innehåller vardagsföreställningar, såsom anpassning och behov. Denna insikt kommer vi att bära med oss i vår kommande yrkesprofession för att skapa möjligheter för elever att förstå evolutionen ur ett naturvetenskapligt perspektiv..

The results from the interviews will be strengthened with a quantitative data analysis of two measurements; value added per employee and human capital efficiency. The theoretical framework includes definitions of human capital.

Syftet med studien var att mäta elevernas kunskaper inom området evolution på yrkesförberedande program. En enkät delades ut till elever på en gymnasieskola med frågor som hade fasta och öppna svarsalternativ. Ett statistiskt test (Kurskal-Wallis) användes när materialet tolkades. De alternativa evolutionsidéerna dominerade svaren på flersarsfrågorna medan det hos de öppna frågorna var en dominans av vet ej/ingen aning svar. Det fanns ingen skillnad på rangen hos enkätfrågorna med öppna svar och intresset av att läsa naturkunskap b eller biologi.

This study investigates a method for identifying human capital and its effect on company valuation. We devise a measure for the efficiency of human capital based on the personnel cost. We include all companies listed in the financial and industry sector on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm in an attempt to examine human capital and its effect on firm valuation. Our results indicate that a higher efficiency of human capital has a positive effect on return on assets. However, we find that our measure can be interpreted in two ways; either as a firm?s level of human capital efficiency or its dependency on human capital, to achieve its net sales and revenue.

In the curriculum from 2011 for Religion in Swedish Upper Secondary School, a new content has been added regarding the relationship between religion and science. The pupils are supposed to acquire a view of how the understanding of religion and science can express questions concerning creationism and evolution. The purpose of this study is to identify how this relation between religion and science is represented in textbooks for the subjects of Religion and Biology and how pupils are encouraged to reflect on and discuss this relationship. The method of this essay consists of a qualitative content analysis of textbooks from both Religion and Biology. The result of this study showed an overall multifaceted picture of the relation between religion and science..

The thesis ?Vi fixar och trixar oss fram till att hjälpa människor? focuses on social work in the field of prostitution and human trafficking in Sweden. Through semi-structured interviews with social workers in the municipalities of Stockholm, Göteborg and Malmö working with persons selling and buying sex, and through discourse analysis, the author analyses the perceptions among these social workers of the relation between human rights, prostitution and human trafficking, and the social work which they conduct.The thesis concludes that although the social workers perceive prostitution and human trafficking and social work in this field as human rights related, they are not explicitly using a human rights based approach in their work.The thesis concludes that the social workers identify several aspects that infringe on the rights of their clients in relation to the human rights principles of Universality, Non-discrimination, Accountability and Rule of law and the principle of Participation and Inclusion. They portray the human rights situation of street based sellers, especially those not being Swedish citizens and those affected by human trafficking, as severe.The thesis concludes that the social workers find several obstacles (legal as well as structural) that diminish their ability to strengthen their clients? human rights situation.

AbstractThis study is a critical analysis of three different views on human dignity and its function in the discourse of human rights: that of Christopher McCrudden, Jürgen Habermas and Elena Namli. The three positions are interpreted, analyzed and compared in order to see which is most reasonable.The conclusion is that Habermas?s and McCrudden?s view of human rights as legal reduces human dignity to a legal concept. Namli?s perspective of human dignity as a moral principle generates a wider understanding of human dignity and its function.
