Lantmäteriet använder idag ett verktyg för fastighetsvärdering, detta verktyg består av ett system med spridd arkitektur för att lagra fastighetsdata och geografisk information. Studien syftar till att undersöka vad det finns för alternativa tekniker och lösningar för att integrera spatialdata och fastighetsdata i samma databas. För att finna svar på detta analyseras litteratur, svar från enkäter som besvarats av slutanvändare samt resultat från djupintervjuer av systemexpter. Resultatet visar att tekniker som t.ex. ArcSDE och Oracle Spatial kan lösa det angivna problemet.

This paper deals with Iraqis in the Swedish labour market. The main goal was to point out on positive aspects of the Swedish labour market integration. Previous studies were mostly problem oriented on immigrants? situation in finding a job, especially when related to immigrant from non-European countries. Instead this study is focused on the more positive aspects.

The aim of this study is to look into the correctional system?s work with parent ship of incarcerated mothers and fathers from a gender perspective. It is a qualitative study and two interviews have been done with employees from a prison for women and one interview from a prison for men. Two interviews have been done with two former incarcerated parents, one mother and one father. One interview has also been done with an organization which gives children with incarcerated parents support and an opportunity to meet other children in the same situation.

This thesis was developed as an assignment from Ludosity Interactive where the goal was to develop a copy of the Xbox Live Indie Games-marketplace from the Xbox 360. Ludosity Interactive had a necessity to easily test a game's attractiveness to potential customers using testing people from outside the company in a simulated Xbox Live Indie Games test environment; excluding this developed system there is no other way to do such an analysis without actually releasing the game on the Xbox Live Indie Games marketplace and then analyze the resulting sales from the product.The finished system had to be similar to the original system to the degree that a user could see past the interface itself and use the system just as he/she would have used the real marketplace. It also had to be easy to change and add games to the system so that Ludosity Interactive easily could show the games and the data that they deemed interesting for their tests. There is no doubt about the significance of nature on the health of human beings. Not only is the tree an element of nature that is of great value to our survival, it also serves as a valuable object and symbol of human beings? enjoyment and appreciation of the environment. The purpose of this study is to present the relationship that a person may have with a specific tree. Three women and two men are interviewed about their trees and the places where they are located.

Detta magisterarbete fokuserar på kravhantering i systemutvecklingsprocessen. Mer specifikt handlar det om uppdatering av kravspecifikationen då nya krav tillkommer. Detta är en aktivitet som ofta förbises och jag har velat se varför samt vilka konsekvenser det kan leda till. Det referensföretag där undersökningen utfördes är ITT Flygt i Emmaboda och Solna, som har intern utveckling av system för sin verksamhet. Tillvägagångssättet i undersökningen har främst varit intervjuer, men även studier av de dokument som finns i verksamheten.

A well known optimization-problem of multiprocessor system is scheduling of tasks. In this paper I use a variant of previous known algoritm, (Fast Critical Path) for scheduling real-time tasks on a multiprocessor system. This is made in a simulation study in MATLAB. The system architecture is assumed to be a MIMD- machine, (Multiple Instruction stream Multiple Data stream) with bus-typologi and message-architecture. Scheduling was made on this system where the number of processors varying from five to ten.

The landscape in the interior of Norrland has undergone dramatic changes since the deglaciation as a consequence of faultings, earthquakes and tilting of the landscape westwards. Archaeological investigations along former shorelines by the use of models of isostatic land uplift, have revealed many Mesolitic settlements in northern Sweden. Döudden, in the county of Arjeplog, has been investigated by archaeologists that identified settlements from 5200 BC. The objective of this study was to analyse the history of the vegetation and if the vegetation showed traces of human activity during early Holocene, by pollen analysis. In that context it is important to investigate how DN, by certain ways of representing reality, preserves a certain view of the human being, the society and the economy. Which ideological ideas underlie the conception of work that emerges in DN? This thesis has been carried out at Diac Metal AB at Torsvik outside of Jönköping. The company produces parts for, amongst others, office furniture and store equipment. The essay will be concentrated on one detail which is included in many of their products.Today the company uses an ordering quantity based on experience which is rarely updated.
