Tillvaratagande av aktivitetsmönster hos individer med Alzheimers sjukdom för främjandet av aktivitet
Syftet med denna forskningsöversikt var att med the Model of Human Occupation som analysredskap undersöka hur arbetsterapeuter tillvaratar aktivitetsmönster hos individer med Alzheimers sjukdom, för främjandet av aktivitet. Metoden som användes var kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Genom elektronisk och manuell sökning har nio vetenskapliga studier inkluderats i forskningsöversikten. Materialet har analyserats genom kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Analysen utgick från bärande begrepp inom the Model of Human Occupation och resulterade i fem kategorier: patientens delaktighet i valet av aktivitet, etablerade vanor guidar i aktivitet, miljön plockar fram färdigheter, en stödjande miljö, hjälp till självhjälp och stöd från andra.

Jag har haft möjlighet att följa en HR- konsults (Human Resources) arbete med grupp långtidssjukskrivna under en bedömning av arbetsförmåga på ett stort företag i västra Skåne. Under dessa arbetstillfällen har gruppdeltagarna fått göra ett antal tester. Testerna har varit intresse och yrkestester samt personlighetstest. Då jag tidigare själv haft möjlighet att göra dessa tester har jag blivit nyfiken på andras upplevelser av att göra tester. Mitt syfte med detta examensarbete är att ta reda på en grupp långtidssjukskrivnas attityder till test och vilken betydelse dessa kan ha för individens återgång till arbete eller studier.
Irreguljära immigranter - en idéanalys av den politiska debatten
Every human being has the right to the highest attainable standard of health. This is regulated by the UN in the Declaration of Human Rights. However, Swedish legislation discriminate the group of irregular immigrants, regarding the right to health care. Therefore, Paul Hunt, the UN's special rapporteur on the right to health, draws serious critique on Sweden which has caused extensive debate regarding the matter, both in the civil and political sphere of society.Thus, the aim of this essay is through an analysis of the political debate; make visible the norms of citizenship which are dominating the argumentation of the seven parties represented in the Swedish Parliament. An analytical framework, consisting of three dimensions, is therefore used in order to interpret the material which is relevant for the debate.The conclusion is that Moderaterna and Centerpartiet mainly base their arguments on communitarian values, while Kristdemokraterna and Folkpartiet rather show influences of liberal ideas.
Hur kan bra bli ännu bättre? : Hur lärare jobbar med att leda och motivera högpresterande elever.
The purpose of this paper was to investigate how teachers work to lead and motivate high-performing students, and how these students were defined. The method used was qualitative, more specifically an interview, which was then analyzed with a thematic analysis. Six teachers participated in the survey, and what emerged was that high-performing students were often ambitious, structured and social students. High performing students were also characterized by the fact that they needed challenges, attention and positive feedback on their performances, otherwise they ran a risk of not performing. Structure was also important for the teachers themselves, that they had a goal when teaching and a way of achieving that goal.
"Plötsligt var världen här" : Bibliotek och integration i tre Stockholmsförorter
The aim of this two years master thesis in Library and Information Science is to examine how librarians and library managers in the three Stockholm suburbs of Alby, Fisksätra and Rinkeby think and reason about the role of public libraries in the integration process. The aim is also to examine whether their perception differ from that of local politicians at the municipal level. The theoretical framework is Marianne Andersson and Dorte Skot-Hanses model for analysis of the local library profile, and Jose Alberto Diaz theory on the integration process. The method used is qualitative interviews. The interviews were recorded and the content was analyzed using qualitative content analysis. The results of this study show that the library services in the three suburbs, rather than being stipulated by the legal demand for special services towards immigrants, are based on the needs of the local population.
Employer Branding - framtidens varumärke? : En studie om hur företag strategiskt arbetar med att attrahera arbetskraft via sitt arbetsgivarvarumärke
Problemformulering: Hur arbetar företagen i studien strategiskt med att attrahera arbetskraft via sitt arbetsgivarvarumärke ? Employer Branding?Syfte: Uppsatsens syfte är att beskriva samt undersöka hur företag arbetar strategiskt för att attrahera potentiell arbetskraft. Uppsatsen kommer även att jämföra om strategierna skiljer sig åt mellan företag som är verksamma inom olika branscher.Metod: För att genomföra uppsatsen används en kvalitativ undersökningsstrategi. Empiri samlades in genom kvalitativa intervjuer som genomförts utifrån en semistrukturerad intervjuguide.Empiri: Empiri har samlats in genom intervjuer som kategoriserats under fyra olika teman internt perspektiv, extern perspektiv, kommunikation och mål. De deltagande företagen i denna studie är företag X, Hi3G Access och Systembolaget.
Demokratiuppdraget: ett viktigt uppdrag : En kvalitativ studie om hur fem lärare för årskurs 1 tolkar skolans demokratiuppdrag
According to the Swedish curriculum the education should establish respect for human rights and democratic values (Skolverket, 2011, s.7). The purpose of this study is to investigate how five first grade teachers understand the democracy education and how they practice it in reality. I have, based on the purpose of this study issued following questions:What is the teachers interpretation of the democracy education? How does the teachers work with democracy in practice?What difficulties does the teachers see with the democracy education?This study is made through a qualitative method based on interviews with five teachers. The results show that the teachers at both schools, despite the different definitions of the concept of democracy, yet interprets democracy education relatively equal.
Mänskliga rättigheter i Södertälje kommun? : En kvalitativ undersökning om elever och lärares kunskaper kring mänskliga rättigheter samt dess implementering i undervisningen
Syftet med föreliggande projekt är att kartlägga vilka förutsättningar unga erhålls i Södertälje kommun i förhållande till mänskliga rättigheter. Med detta söka nå en förklaring till de motsättningar som föreligger kommunen för att på sikt minska dem, genom att arbeta konkret med implementering av mänskliga rättigheter och eventuella resurser. Metoden för detta antagande har varit av kvalitativ karaktär, med djupintervjuer av 15 informanter. Urvalsgruppen är rektorer, lärare och elever av blandad ålder, etnicitet, kön och funktionsnedsättning.Resultatet har visat att mänskliga rättigheter inte förekommer konkret i undervisningen bland skolorna i Södertälje, dock är de ofta integrerad i undervisningen över lag. Lärare upplever att resurserna är av bristfällig natur, vilket påverkar arbetet med att tillgodose gedigen utbildning.
Mottagandet av nyanlända elever i skolan : Hur gör lärarna på en skola för att tillgodose nyanlända elevers behov
The purpose of the study is to see how four teachers at a school look at the reception and approaching of newly arrived pupils.How do the interviewed teachers describe the school´s reception of newly arrived pupils? How do teachers in preparatory and regular class see at the selected school's reception and treatment of newly arrived pupils?To get answers to my purpose, I have done an ethnographic study called field study and I am using qualitative interviews, and one passive observation. To arrive at a result of my study, I have processed collected data from interviews and observations and coupled the collected material to the theories and previous research. I have in my study used both pedagogical and sociological theories.The results of my study show that it would be difficult for newly arrived students to be placed directly into the ordinary class, the results also show that newly arrived students receive a safe and stimulating start to their school and class preparation. However, there are shortcomings and resistance of the trajectories leading to entry of the preparatory class of ordinary class, but when newly arrived students have started in an ordinary class, students receive a stimulating teaching.
Behovet av en genomtänkt kommunikationsstruktur- en studie av ett projektorienterat företag
Every organization goes through the same lifecycle. Through every step in the transformation to a better organization the communication structure changes. In this report there are examples of the communicational disadvantages that is connected to the communicational structure.By choosing to not have a formal communicational design, the manager takes a risk in spreading the information, the interaction, the control and the balance in creativity and constraint.This case organizations problem is that some parts of the organization has made more progress in the communicational structure than other parts. In this case the Collectivity structure has met the Formalized structure.Tha structural differences has came to affect the way of sharing information and it has become a situation where the information about the products is not stored in a safe way from a quality point of view. There is a gap between the two different ways of communicate.In this report I have created a model to identify problems in the communication structure.

Bakgrund: Denna uppsats handlar om hur företag ska kunna attrahera framtida kompetens med en ny varumärkesstrategi. ?Employer Branding? är namnet på denna strategi och beskrivs av konsulter som ett medel för företag att via en genomtänkt varumärkesstrategi profilera företaget på kompetensmarknaden. Grunderna i en Employer Branding-strategi innefattar följande aspekter: att kunna attrahera och behålla den bästa kompetensen samt att ena företaget kring sin vision och kultur. Vi har i denna uppsats undersökt och definierat vad en Employer Branding-strategi innebär och hur begreppet kan ställas i relation till existerande teorier.
Hur organiserar forskare sitt material? : Personlig informationshantering i en vetenskaplig forskningsmiljö
The domain of this thesis is Personal Information Management (PIM) which is a sub-domain to human-computer interaction (HCI) that specifically concerns the interaction between human and information. The purpose of the study is to make an exploration of information management in a scientific research setting, to study which tools and strategies for information interaction that are used in the context and to suggest possible improvements of today's practices. Three in-depth interviews with scientific researchers have been conducted followed by a qualitative analysis of the results. The results show that there are great variations among the three respondents and that there can be distinguished as much as 15 different dimensions that when put together forms a unique PIM profile for each individual. The recommendation following this is that tools for PIM have to allow a high degree of individualisation.

This study aims to investigate how, in Montesquieu?s Persian Letters (1721), religion and religious structures are presented to influence women?s position in French society.In Persian Letters Montesquieu presents a dogmatic religious life, which proceed from a literal interpretation of the bible. Such a reading raises critical questions concerning the nature of women, and subsequently places man over woman. Persian Letters show how this male dominance gets institutionalized in marriage. The religious life depicted is also distinguished by a non-genuine religious conviction and by acts which take on a simulation form.
Identitetens språk : Svensklärares attityd till dialekt i Värmland
The main purpose of this thesis is to analyze laws that completely prohibit abortion through a legal philosophical perspective. To demonstrate that abortion blanket bans cannot be seen as legally legitimate, the author has completed a literature study where she uses Robert Alexy?s ?Concept of Law? to analyze abortion laws both in general, and in Nicaragua in particular.Based upon Alexy?s ?Concept of Law? the author has identified three relevant key elements ? social efficacy, the argument from injustice and correctness of content - which she uses in her analysis. In order to apply these three elements on the total abortion ban, she then uses four different analysis tools - feminist theory, Human Rights, deontology analysis and right analysis. This has enabled a thorough analysis of the total ban on abortion that has demonstrates that such laws cannot be considered legitimate.By highlighting the human rights violations the law entails, one can conclude that the law has a social impact.
