Generally in Macedonia keeping farm records and farm business planning is not often practiced like an ordinary activity in farming. Therefore one of the crucial things to do it is to comprise and continuously practice record keeping of farm data. The efficient and justified farm business planning should be based on farm records about the previous work of the farm, which will bring a structured approach for planning all the activities, as well as provide a good basis for attracting investors and creditors for the additional expansion of the business.Given that sheep breeding holds an important part of the livestock production in Macedonia, there is a need for adding analytical sheep enterprise budgets to support the farm business planning process at sheep farms.The aim of this research was to develop sheep enterprise budgets created on the best production practice for Macedonian conditions of breeding and test their applicability into the farm business plan model Agriwise Macedonia. The sheep budgets were composed with a process of data collecting consisted of direct farm data (for the cases), expert's consultation and relevant desk research, as well as a literature study. The aim of doing it was to attain more accurate calculations of the enterprise budgets, which will result in a more precise outcome in the farm business plan model Agriwise Macedonia.

Alzheimers sjukdom är den vanligaste demenssjukdomen i Sverige. När en person drabbas av sjukdomen, påverkas även många närstående. Detta resulterar i en livsförändring även för dem. Närstående blir en del av sjukdomen och det är ofta de som vårdar sin partner i hemmet. Detta är ett stort ansvar som med tiden kan bli påfrestande, då ens partner blir allt sjukare.

This thesis aims to examine the conditions for entrepreneurship in Taiwan by the occurrence of cultural phenomenon guanxi. Based on the concept of familiness and guanxi, the family is central in this study of family business. Traditional descriptions of the Asian culture claim that guanxi is vital in the business context. Though, recent studies indicate that significance of guanxi seems to be changing. Therefore the purpose of this thesis is to create an understanding of the importance and relevance of guanxi in the context of Taiwanese family business.By travelling to Kaohsiung, Taiwan to interview six managers of Taiwanese family firms this study?s empirical material was gathered for further processing based on a qualitative approach.

In my essay, we get to meet Olle who goes in first class. The essay takes off after school and when recreational activities have started. Olle comes running towards me to ask for help, he has gotten into trouble with three classmates and he feels unfairly treated. SammanfattningI dagens samhälle har förändringstakten och ökad individualism inneburit att individen måste ompröva tankar och värderingar utifrån de för tillfället rådande förutsättningarna. En vägledning för att ändå skapa en stabil bild av identiteten är genom personliga varumärken. Det innebär att en individ framhäver sina unika egenskaper på arbetsmarknaden.Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka vilka faktorer som bidragit till fenomenet personliga varumärkens framväxt, vilka likheter som finns mellan en individs personliga varumärke och identitet, samt hur framtiden för personliga varumärken kan tänkas se ut.Teorierna som används är Giddens teorier om modernitetens följder, samt Stiers teorier om identitet. Studien har en kvalitativ ansats och datainsamling har skett genom semistrukturerade intervjuer. Informanterna har bestått av tre personer som arbetar inom Human Resources, och som dagligen kommer i kontakt med personliga varumärken.Resultatet visar på att framväxten av personliga varumärken kan bero på utvecklingen av individualismen och globaliseringen.

Samarbetet mellan IASB och FASB med att ta fram en enhetlig redovisningsstandard för företagsförvärv har pågått några år. Den andra fasen av samarbetet har resulterat i förslaget Business Combinations fas II. I denna undersökning tas fasta på de mest omdiskuterade förändringarna som förslaget medför jämfört med nuvarande IFRS 3 Business Combinations. In the political world of today the discussion of Just wars are very present, since the international law and the UN Charter provides certain rules about when it is justified to go to war (jus ad bellum) and how a justified war should be conducted (jus im bello). The discussion about jus ad bellum and jus im bello derives from the theory of Just war. Both in international law and the Just war theory, focus is on interstate wars were the actors are two sovereign states. Since the end of the Cold War there has however been a change in the way wars are conducted. From interstate to intrastate warfare, where the government in most cases no longer has the monopoly over the warfare.According to these facts, my conclusion is that the Just war theory has to expand and incorporate a focus on the human rights in order to be able to meet the new standards of the new wars.

Arbetstagare som uttrycker sig om sin arbetssituation via forum som sociala medier har blivit allt vanligare. Denna undersökning försöker svara på varför arbetstagare väljer att uttrycka sig om sin arbetssituation via detta forum och vilka konsekvenser detta kan få. Först har intervjuer med arbetstagare som uttryckt sig via sociala medier om sin arbetssituation genomförts. Därefter har vinjetter utformats utifrån resultatet från intervjuerna samt ett uppmärksammat fall i tidningen om just en sådan här händelse. Vinjetterna har sedan presenterats för en VD, en konsultchef med personalansvar och en fackombudsman för att kunna ta del av deras reaktioner på situationerna.

Bakgrund: Hjärtinfarkt blir allt vanligare i världen och när en person insjuknar upplevs detta kaotiskt för de närstående, och deras vardag kan förändras dramatiskt. För närstående kan det innebära stora känslomässiga påfrestningar, samtidigt som de ofta upplever ett bristande socialt stöd.Syfte: Syftet var att beskriva närståendes upplevelser efter att deras partner drabbats av hjärtinfarkt.Metod: Litteraturstudie med kvalitativ ansats, baserad på åtta vetenskapliga originalartiklar. Studien utfördes ur ett livsvärldsperspektiv och en manifest innehållsanalys användes.Resultat: Av resultatet framkom att i det närmaste alla närstående till personer som drabbats av hjärtinfarkt upplevde en förändrad livsvärld i form av negativa och positiva aspekter. De utvecklade olika strategier för att stödja sin partner i återhämtningsprocessen, och för att själva kunna hantera situationen. De upplevde också att sjukvården inte var tillräckligt stödjande och informativ.Slutsats: Närståendes livsvärld förändras och de upplever mycket rädsla och oro tiden efter deras partners hjärtinfarkt.

Syfte: Att undersöka sexualvanor och alkohol- eller drogintag vid samlag bland unga män i Sverige samt se om det finns några skillnader mellan svenska män (n=170) och utlandsfödda män (n=20) i dessa frågor. Syftet var även att undersöka hur det första samlaget upplevdes. Metod: Män i åldern 15-29 (n=190) som besökte RFSU-kliniken i Stockholm under en viss period tillfrågades om deltagande i en enkätundersökning. Resultat: Totalt 81,3% (n=154) av deltagarna hade haft sex utan att använda kondom vid samlag med ny partner under de senaste 12 månaderna. Det fanns inga skillnader mellan svenska och utländska mäns sexualvanor och alkoholintag vid samlag.

Jordan is a developing country and there are ten Palestine refugee camps throughout Jordansince the Arab-Israel conflict in 1948 and the Arab-Israel war in 1967. The camps are run byUnited Nation Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA)which is the main provider of health care in the camp. Today, the fourth generation ofrefugees lives in the camps which are extremely overpopulated. The social and economicconditions in the camps are poor. The nurses' workload in the Health care centre in the campis getting harder and UNRWA's resources are getting strained due to funding shortfalls.

AbstractWith the murder of Fadime in 2002 honor killings and honour related oppression became a subject of wide public debate. The question was raised whether the Swedish social services had the knowledge and the resources necessary to face the issue with honor related oppression.This study is about the views on honor related oppression among oppressed women and professional social workers and aims to explore the relationship between social worker and client in an honor related context. Does the risk of culture clashes pose a problem in dealing with the Swedish authorities and do Swedish social workers have the necessary tools to help the, often young, oppressed women that seek their aid? This is a qualitative study based on five individual interviews: Two former victims of honour related oppression, two professional social workers and one relative of a young girl who was the victim of an honor killing.Observations:The social workers found that they had adequate resources at hand but that awareness among employees in the social services needed to be improved.The clients felt that the help they?ve received from the social services was helpful but that more information to the public about available resources was necessary along with a better understanding of the differences between their own culture and that of the Swedish society. The clients expressed that the realization that they were being oppressed didn?t come overnight.
