Varje dag utförs riskbedömningar inom rättspsykiatri och kriminalvård. Syftet meddenna uppsats är att undersöka det vetenskapliga underlaget för riskbedömningar.Uppsatsen inleds med en kort beskrivning av i vilka sammanhang riskbedömningaranvänds och den traditionella uppfattningen av hur området och instrumenten harutvecklats. Sedan följer en genomgång av olika studier som behandlarbedömningarnas träffsäkerhet generellt samt mellan olika generationer avbedömningar. Därnäst redovisas och framförs kritik mot validiteten i PsychopathyChecklist Revised (PCL-R, Hare, 1991) och dess tillämpning inom riskbedömningar.Avslutningsvis analyseras psykopatibegreppet utifrån Ian Hackings teorier om?human kinds? och ?loopingeffekter? och det förs en kort diskussion av tänkbarakonsekvenser av och farhågor kring användningen av PCL-R och psykopatibegreppetgenerellt..

The purpose with this essay is to see if billingualism is understood within the litterature, in the society and among students and facultyteachers. We have read interresting theoris about billingualism and we brought this with us to the schools when we interviewed two principals in two seperate schools and when we performed an investigation, in a form of questionnaries, in one of the schools. They where made with teachers and students in ninth grade. We´ve divided the studie in three parts: the first part contains a theoretical background of what billingualism is. The second part is a presentation of the interviews and the answers from the students and the teachers.

The intention of this thesis in political science is to understand how the European Union fights and prevents discrimination against the Roma minorities in Sweden and Romania, and how the implementation works in reality. The study consists of defining what it means to be objectively discriminated, what ethnicity really means and how the implementation process consist of a comparison and statement has been made by the national governments and comparing how two socioeconomically different member states handle EU directives and implement them in Sweden and Romania. The main findings of this study was that EU policies lack the capital and explicitness that is needed for great results to be accomplished and that the governments in both countries have different issues with implementing the protection of the human rights and Roma culture, and that EU needs to be more practical and develop in a faster pace. .

The title of the final thesis is Filmic landscapes ? film as representation, tool and practice in landscape architecture. The aim of the final thesis is to investigate how film as a medium can be used to describe, interpret and manipulate the understanding of a place and its design. What kind of aspects of landscape architecture can film as a medium in a design-process emphasize or create? How can filming, as a self-standing act, contribute to the understanding of the landscape and a landscape-related design-process? Charles Hartshorne (1897-2000) was a religious philosopher. He adopted and developed the cosmologic thinking and concept of God from the philosopher Alfred North Whitehead, he was also influenced by Heidegger, Spinoza and other philosophers. How common a particular method of castration is in a country is highly dependent on the country's traditions. Master thesis studying the use of multimedia on CD-ROM in a library setting by analysis ofqualitative interviews with nineteen persons.The thesis relates the study to some relevant issues in human-computer interface (HCI) researchand to the commercial market for multimedia CD-ROM products. Three main types ofuse were described by the persons interviewed: recreational, information seeking and usingmultimedia to learn more about using computers. Children and young people interviewed mademost use of the multimedia provided, whereas adults thought it to be less valuable as a sourceof knowledge for them personally.HCI research shows various results of using multimedia for educational purposes. Both contemporary research in History of Religions and current public debate tell us that Christianity as a religious form is challenged in today?s society. Nevertheless, Christianity is often present in secular artistic expression such as fictional literature. The purpose of this paper is to examine how God is portrayed in two late-modern Swedish novels, Djävulen och Gud by Mare Kandre (1993) and Boken by Niklas Rådström (2013).The examination is based on a hermeneutic method using close reading in order to answer the questions asked. The result of the examination shows that God in the late-modern novels is portrayed as a figure with shifting emotions, and in both novels God goes through changes which are in some ways similar.

The communist party Khmer Rouge took over the power in Cambodia in 1975, and ruled the country until the beginning of 1979. During these years they attempted to create a completely new society, a true Khmer nation, which involved massive economic and social reorganisation and elimination of people which did not fit in the new ideal.Three decades has passed since the genocide, and the senior leaders of the Khmer Rouge will now be tried in the Khmer Rouge tribunal, which consists of both Cambodian and international judges and prosecutors. The integrity of those tribunal representatives will be crucial for the integrity of the tribunal as a whole and thus also for the outcome of the processes. Few generations have gotten as much media attention as Generation Y. Growing up in the digital age Generation Y has become very different from previous generations. An interesting topic is if this is reflected in the way Generation Y act as leaders. The purpose of this study is to describe what kind of leadership Generation Y prefers, to explore how individuals belonging to Generation Y act as leaders and finally to investigate if there is a discrepancy between these two perspectives and if so try to understand it.
