Examensarbetet undersöker huruvida en blisk kan förses med ett heltäckande tak över bladtopparna. En blisk är en skiva och blad som är tillverkat i ett stycke. Som referens under arbetet används en befintlig blisk från provkompressorn Hulda. Målsättningen med att förse blisken med ett tak är att taket ska stabilisera konstruktionen genom att förstyva bladen och höja frekvenserna för de lägsta egenfrekvenserna samt eliminera läckflödet över bladen. Under arbetet undersöks material, tillverkningsmetoder, tillverkningskostnader samt de risker som finns vid användning av den takförsedda blisken.

Uppsatsen behandlar Svenska Socialdemokratiska Kvinnoförbundets (SSKF) medlemstidning Morgonbris. 1920- och 1950-talets upplagor studeras. 1920-talet undersöks eftersom kvinnoförbundet var nybildat och i en uppbyggnadsfas. På 1950-talet var kvinnoförbundet etablerat och undersökningens syfte är att undersöka vad kvinnoförbundet ansåg vara viktigt under dessa perioder och jämföra resultaten med varandra. Primärkällan är kvinnoförbundets medlemstidning Morgonbris.

Problem: How does the organisational culture affect the internal communication between the middle manager and his or herssubordinates?Purpose: The most common way is to study how the communication affect the organisational culture. In our study we have examined the reverse perspective.
