AbstractThe banking industry has during later years gone through several technological changes (Svenska Bankföreningen 2014). These big changes have led to several advantages seen both from a customer ? and corporate point of view. Advantages in easier usage, increased availability and more competition have made the banks more cost effective at the same time as the customer is being offered better prices. Even though the advantages seem to weigh over the disadvantages there are still those who thinks that things where ?better in the past?.

Computers and business systems are used more frequently in a world where IT gradually is taking over. This is also true when it comes to the real estate valuation process where actors on the Swedish real estate market are using automatic valuation systems for real estate appraisal. But the real estate agents have not yet seen the charm in using these automatic valuation systems for real estate appraisal. Can the real estate agents also use the automatic valuation systems? We developed our three main subjects: the valuation process, an automatic valuation system and the real estate market with assistance from scientific articles.

SammanfattningSyfte och frågeställningarSyftet med studien är att undersöka hur elever som idag inte aktivt deltar på lektionerna motiverar detta.Frågeställning:? Vilka faktorer påverkar eleverna till aktivitet/inaktivitet på lektionerna?? Vad krävs för att eleverna aktivt ska vilja delta på lektionerna?MetodVi har valt att utföra en kvalitativ intervjustudie med sju gymnasieelever med låg deltagande på lektionerna i idrott och hälsa. Elevernas svar har sedan tolkats med hjälp av den teoretiska modellen KASAM.ResultatEleverna anser att valet av aktiviteter är en stor anledning till att de inte deltar i undervisningen. De tycker att lektionsinnehållet är för enformigt och skulle istället vilja ägna sig åt mer individuellt anpassade aktiviteter som de har nytta av i framtiden. De saknar idag en motivering till varför de utför de olika momenten i undervisningen och förstår inte heller vad de ska ha för nytta utav den.SlutsatsResultaten visar att eleverna ofta väljer att inte närvara på lektionerna eftersom de känner sig dåliga.

The problem for the traditional rental movie stores is trying to keep their existing customers and try keeping them loyal to their store, so that they won?t loose them to the competitors and substitutes.

Abstract Background: In 1997 the Kyoto Protocol was signed, it?s an international agreement which is aimed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Sweden's goal is to reduce energy using in buildings with 20 percent by 2020 and 50 percent by 2050. This is a comparison with levels from 1995 (Glad, 2006). For Sweden to be able to reach its goals, they need to construct more low-energy buildings (Åhman, Wahlström & Lundblad, 2010).
Hållbarplanering i småort -vad händer när tåget kommer tillbaka till Veberöd?
Mellan 1960 och 1970 lades många järnvägssträckor ner sin verksamhet i Sverige,
spåren revs upp och bilen tog över vår vardags pendling på allvar. Nu när
effekterna av bilens framfart blivit kända är tåget åter ett intressant
alternativ och olika gamla tågsträckningar vill återupplivas. Simrishamnsbanan
är en sådan tågsträcka och är tänkta att åter förena de orter som finns mellan
Malmö och Simrishamn.
Veberöd är en av de orter som ligger utmed den forna tågsträckan och orten
ingår i Lundskommun och mitt syfte med detta examensarbete är att finna svar på
hur Veberöd ur ett ekonomiskat, socialt och ekologiskt "hållbart" sätt ska
kunna anpassa sig till ett stationsnära läge, med tyngdpunkt på:
Bostadsstruktur, Infrastruktur och Grönstruktur. Detta utifrån ett scenario där
Simrishamnsbanan realiseras.
Examensarbetet börjar med att problematisera hållbarhetsbegreppet och begrepp
som täthet och gleshet, därefter följer en omfattande analys av Veberöds
historia, bostadsområden, grönstruktur, verksamhet och service.

Since the beginning of the new millennium the world?s population has increased exponentially fast. The majority of this growth has been accommodated for by urbanization of the developing world. This in turn has lead to a wide spread of informal settlements. Thus, areas of urban slums, that have risen illegally on the marginal lands within and at the periphery of the formal city.

International trade in services has increased over the past 30 years as a result of progress in information and communication technology, increased focus on services from the manufacturing sector and the establishment of trade associations.The international market for healthcare services, also referred to as medical tourism, is growing more and more. Patients increasingly seeking treatment at other countries healthcare systems because of long queues within their own country or because it exists better prices for the same care abroad. However, this type of service exports occurs at a limited extent in Sweden.The purpose of this study is to highlight and analyze the conditions for Swedish service companies to export healthcare services. This, includes the challenges and opportunities that exist to expand the exports of these services.The approach for this study has been in the form of interviews with two market actors and written responses, from the same interview guide, with three market actors. These market participants are the so-called Care companies which export healthcare services in various counties, and the membership organization Swecare who work with export promotion activities for its members in the Swedish healthcare sector.

The aim is to increase the understanding of how social security is linked to man's immediate environment and are influenced by the physical environment. Important concepts that are explained in the paper are social security, prostitution, and physical planning.This study deals with theories about the factors that may influence why criminality localized to a specific area, such as legislation, urban planning and community. The study conducted interviews with the Gothenburg Police, Västra Götaland County Administrative Board, Gothenburg City, Stadsmissionen and Mikamottagningen.
Prim, Stadsförnyelse i Barcelona
This final project discusses renewal and upgrading of the area of Prim. It is discussed how this industrial area can be an attractive neighborhood with a varied range of services and commercial trade. Prim is located 2km north-east of the center of Barcelona. The area boarders to a deep railway valley that historically has separated Prim from its neighboring districts. At present there is almost no housing, services or commercial trade within the area and the industry is discontinued or the existing industrial buildings are derelict.
Helandet av Stockholms sår : En analys av projektet Västra City
Over the years, what people have considered as the center of Stockholm City has gone from the medieval Stortorget in Old Town to the contemporary Sergels Torg. But more recently it has become unclear how the area really works. It is difficult to say where the actual central part of Stockholm lies, because while the Central Station is where the majority of people arrive into town, it is not necessarily close to Sergelstorg (considered the center of town) or other attractive commercial areas. There's also another issue with where the center of Stockholm is located. The railways and roads running along Klarabergs Viaduct acts as a divide between the areas of Kungsholmen and Norrmalm; these rails, roads and water separate the two areas from each other. In response to this problem of area division, a plan is being made to construct a new district near the center to mend the gap between the districts. The idea is that the center of Stockholm city will become more lively and attractive. The plan includes building new housing, commercial areas and a larger terrace called Mälarterrassen. In addition, improved mobility within the area is being planned by having better public transportation lines like City banan and tram named Spårväg City construction, as well as more pedestrian areas shall make the area become a district to thrive in.How the area will actually operate in the future is still unclear and many questions still exist about how the area will be able to compete and, above all, integrate with the other districts. The parts considered to be most important for the area is the scale of residential property and an attractive area that keeps people in the area and to encourages them to pass through the area. Perhaps the best solution would be to have something special planned in this area that can attract people in the community ? a city park, for example?.

Acquiring a former station building can mean that the property owners must familiarize themselves with a lot of planning and building regulations. After the new Planning and Building Act code into force in 2011, the responsibility lie on the developer to ensure laws and regulations. Based on the regulatory framework that is available occurs sometimes balance issues, between care requirements and building codes. The station building in Ormaryd was acquired in 2009 by two individuals who intended to accommodate office and retail space in the building. In doing so a new local plan of the area was established, including regulations on how the building could be used. By including road safety and noise, the risk was not considered appropriate to use the station building for housing.

In order for unlimited tax liability to exist the individual needs to either be considered a resident in Sweden, have habitual abode here or if previous residence existed, that the essential linkage still consists. To determine whether an essential linkage exists, the factors set out in the third chapter 7 § IL shall be considered, an overall assessment of all relevant circumstances must be made. In case law however, it appears that three of the factors have been given greater importance, one of which is the factor residence for year-around use, which includes both residence for permanent use and residence used for recreational purposes. The question raised in this thesis is whether the factor residence for year-round use is still regarded as a sufficiently strong basis to independently induce essential linkage for the taxpayer.A big difference between the two housing types exists.
Åkersvy, Ett nyttjande av jordbruksmark för planering, Nödåtgärd eller nödvändighet?

planförutsättningar, analys och planförslag.
Målet är att planera för en utbyggnation av Åkarp genom ett traditionellt
mönster av befintliga byggnader och vägar samt att utnyttja den kommunala
marken i Åkarp för att bygga ett bostadsområde. Planförslaget har kallats
Åkersvy för att det byggs på en åker samt att omgivningen har en vacker vy åt
det skånska landskapet. Åkersvy kommer att byggas ut som en naturlig
fortsättning av Åkarp. I planförslaget används Åkarps traditionella väg- och
byggnadsmönster sedan trettio år som en utgångspunkt. Förslaget kommer att
baseras på en genomgående huvudgata med matargator på båda sidor där
trafikförsörjning sker till de olika områdena.
Prevalence and antibiotic resistance of Campylobacter spp. in poultry and raw meat in the Can Tho Province, Vietnam
The aims of the study were to investigate the prevalence and antibiotic resistance of Campylobacter jejuni and Campylobacter coli in chicken and chicken products, and to investigate farmer awareness of antibiotic resistance development. The study was conducted in the Can Tho province in Vietnam during six weeks in October to November 2008. Ninety-six samples from raw chickens were collected from twelve market places and analysed for the presence of Campylobacter. A total of 96 cloacal swabs from 20 farms were obtained and analysed for the presence of Campylobacter. Farmers were asked to answer eight questions concerning the housing of the chickens, modes of handling sick animals as well as use and knowledge of antibiotics and resistance development to antibiotics.
