Uppsatsen syftar till att beskriva och få en ökad förståelse för hur internkommunikationen på Jönköpings Länstrafik AB ser ut, kopplat till kanaler och delaktighet. De frågeställningar som vi har valt att använda oss utav är: Vilka kanaler för internkommunikation finns? Vad anser de anställda om kanalerna och deras informationsfunktion? Är de anställda delaktiga inom företaget, dvs. får de information, kan de uttala sig i frågor, kan de påverka beslut etc.?För att få fram våra resultat har vi använt oss utav en kvalitativ intervjumetod där vi valt att intervjua nio anställda på olika nivåer inom företaget.Utifrån det sammanställda resultatet kan vi dra slutsatsen att Jönköpings Länstrafik AB är ett företag som består av två större avdelningar som i sin tur sitter på två olika arbetsplatser.

This study analyzes the discursive content of four history textbooks in order to demonstrate how national identities are formed and how they differ from each other. This was done through discourse analysis guided by social constructivism and John M. Hobson?s dichotomy of East and West. The study shows that textbooks mainly construct national identities in three ways; first by making a clear distinction between ?The Self? and ?The Other?, second by preserving a world order based on the notions of the invariant hegemony of the nation-state, and third by utilizing stereotype based dissimilarities in order to accentuate existing differences between nationalities. Implicit ideals and values in the historical discourse play an important part in the construction of identities; however sends a contradictory and ambiguous message.

AbstractOur study deals with intrapreneurship in local activity. The main purpose of this study is to understand, explain and develop the concept of intrapreneurship in local activity with the help of existing information, our discussion, and reasoning and with the help of theoretical concepts. One reason for the choice of this topic was our pure curiosity towards this quite unique and unexplored phenomenon. We know that the term intrapreneurship in local activity has not existed longer than about ten years and the amount of existing thesis of intrapreneurship in local activity is very few. The information about intrapreneurship in local activity is mainly collected by studying Örebro´s intrapreneurship policies but also by studying other local authorities in Eksjö, Umeå and Västra-Götaland.

This essay deals with Swedish unemployment politics during the period 1918-1932, and can be seen as a contribution to earlier research of how the policies, established by the State Unemployment Commission, was carried out at a local level. This study bears upon  Uddevalla municipality, a town in the southwestern part of Sweden, which had about 13,700 inhabitants in 1920.The research was conducted in Uddevalla municipality archives, and the sources used are above all municipal records and documents from the local unemployment committee. The measures taken by the local committee to reduce the effects of unemployment have then been compared with the directives of the State Unemployment Commission.The survey shows that the local unemployment committee, at least during the first half of the 1920s, was very keen to follow the directives of the State Unemployment Commission, and they also tried to charge the municipality's economy as little as possible. The local policy was often even more restrictive than the demands from the State Unemployment Commission. During a few years in the middle of the 1920s, when the unemployment was relatively low, most of the unemployed did not recieve any help at all.The restrictive policy, however, led to an increasing distress among the unemployed, and the poor relief had to give financial help to a lot of unemployed and their families.

Denna rapport ger en bild av vilka olika saker byggherrar i Sverigeanvänder sig av idag för att öka den sociala hållbarheten. De projektsom studerats är Bygga om Dialogen i Malmö, Älvstaden i Göteborg,Vivalla i Örebro och föreningen Byggemenskap.Genom att intervjua en person från varje område studeras likheteroch skillnader i hur man arbetat med den sociala hållbarheten vidbyggnation. I Malmö och Örebro studeras arbetet med att öka densociala hållbarheten vid renoveringsobjekt, hur får de hela områdensom länge haft ett dåligt rykte att bli socialt hållbara där stort fokusligger på att anställa långtidsarbetslösa.I Göteborg och i föreningen Byggemenskap fokuserar man på attföra in den sociala hållbarheten vid nybyggnation och hur vi kan byggahyresrätter som har en lägre hyra än nybyggda lägenheter i dagslägethar..

Local history collections are fairly common among the Swedish public libraries and these collections often contain older or rare material. There are no national policies concerning the preservation of rare books at the public libraries, and the librarians of public libraries may lack that knowledge. The aim of this study is to examine librarians? attitudes toward their libraries? local history collections. We interviewed five librarians in the county of Västra Götaland and also made a small observation study of their local history collections.

Stockholm växer och det kräver i sin tur nya bostäder. De fria ytorna i Stockholm city minskar och Stockholms stad försöker på nya sätt förtäta och förbättra staden konstant.Fastigheten Gulbetan är centralt belägen på Södermalm i anslutning till Ringvägen och Vitabergsparken. Idag används platsen till parkering och återvinning vilket gör att platsen är dyster och inte fyller sin fulla potential.Detta examensarbete leder till färdiga förslagshandlingar för fastigheten. Handlingar tas fram utefter en noggrann platsanalys som i sin tur resulterar i en byggnad med butik i hörnet av plan 0, trygghetsboende på plan 1-2 och bostäder på plan 3-7. Även ett gångstråk skapas mellan parkerna Vitabergsparken och Lilla Blecktornsparken.Tanken med arkitekturen under hela projektet har varit att skapa ett nytt avslut av Ringvägen, med en stilren byggnad som står sig i tiden..

This discursive policy study has its starting point in the criticism of the Swedish gender-equality policy is depoliticised. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the Swedish gender-equality policy was problematised and designed during the 2000s. The purpose of this paper is also to investigate whether the Swedish gender-equality policy can be defined as a depoliticised policy or not. The research questions of this study are: What´s the problem of gender-equality represented to be in the specifics policies and what effects are produced of this representation? Can gender policy, as it is designed in the various policy documents, be understood as a depoliticised policy, in the sense that sex is not articulated on the basis of a conflict dimension?To find the answer of theese questions I use the method ?Whats´s the problem represented to be", which is an inductive approach where the researcher sets selected questions to its material.

Internet access has been a part of the range in public libraries for approximately a decade. The Swedish municipals, in charge of the public libraries, and the libraries themselves, have a great deal of saying in how they should be run, what to offer the public, how many hours they have to stay open etcetera. The Library law is very vague on many things, including public Internet access. Even though Sweden is ranked as first runner up worldwide when it comes to Internet penetration among the population (Internet World Stats 2007), approximately twenty percent in the 16-74 age group does not have Internet access at home, at work or at school (SCB 2006a). In this master thesis we try to determine, through personal interviews, how six of those in charge feel about Internet at their libraries, all located in medium-sized municipals (20 000 ? 40 000 inhabitants), why they have chosen the rules and regulations they have and their thoughts about what they consider to be the most important assignment of public libraries.

Few issues have been exposed in media recently as much as the climate change issue. Afterthe documentary film ?An Inconvenient Thruth? presented by Al Gore was released in 2006,most of the world saw a lot of attention directed towards global warming. This was a turningpoint that is refered to in this dissertation an history-graded critical event, which is assumed tohave a significant impact on peoples lives.The purpose of this dissertation is to examine whether or not political parties in Swedenresponded to this critical event in the way that they, in their party programmes, haveformulated policies related to climate change. Alternatively if media produces an image ofpolitical activity which does not comport with the forming of actual political standpoints.

Hur medborgarna kan påverka sin närmiljö och den lokala utvecklingen genom den översiktliga planeringen står i centrum för detta examensarbete. För att undersöka saken har en studie gjorts på tre öar utan broförbindelse i den svenska skärgården. Öarna Koster i Strömstads kommun, Dyrön i Tjörns kommun och Holmön i Umeå kommun skiljs åt, till viss del, vad gäller befolkningasantal, yta och avstånd till fastlandet medan likheten består av beroendet av färjeförbindelser och en starkt engagerad befolkning. De bofasta visar dessutom upp, genom hemsidor och litteratur, sitt medborgerliga engagemang för lokala utvecklingsfrågor. Med hjälp av respektive kommuns översiktsplan / fördjupning av översiktsplanen samt information från respektive lokal utvecklingsgrupp har jag följt processen från vison till genomförande. Dessutom har jag tittat på hur de lokala utvecklingsgrupperna och samarbetet med kommunerna har fungerat..

The aim of this study is to examine the language, used in parts of The day care report of 1968 (?1968 års Barnstugeutredning?). The day care report of 1968 was a public investigation appointed by the cabinet intended to prepare new policies on the part of the Swedish state.  I focus on the change, which can be assumed to have occurred, when replacing the names ?day care? (?dagis/daghem?) and ?kindergarten? (?lekskola?) with the name ?preschool? (?förskola?).

When a municipality is about to realize an IT investment, e.g. an economy system, theywill need to do procurement according to the laws of procurements. To perform suchprocurement takes time and energy from the everyday work at the municipalities, andtherefore they want to make a quick and efficient procurement. Unfortunately it showsthat municipalities do not always make an assessment that is sufficient enough for theirneeds, which can result in an inefficient system in a longer perspective. Municipalitiesthink more often about the hard values such as costs of the investments, and not alwaysas much when it comes to the soft values, like the user-friendliness.

Detta kandidatarbete tar upp att det idag råder det stor brist på mindre bostäder, så kallade enboende. Boendeformen efterfrågas av framförallt fyrtiotalister som flyttar ifrån sina större hushåll till mindre samt nittiotalister som ska göra debut på bostadsmarknaden. För att lösa tillfälliga bostadsbrister och för att värna om en mångfald finns det idag en planeringsdoktrin som handlar om att blanda och förtäta bostadsområden. Dock är idéerna svåra att genomföra då detaljplanerna ofta är reglerade till att enbart uppfylla de syfte och behov som fanns under den tid då de upprättades. Genom en undersökning och ett tillämpat planförslag som arbetet innehåller, uppmärksammas att det behövs mer flexibla detaljplaner som medger och inte hindrar uppförandet av mindre bostäder. För oavsett om det föreligger ett allmänt intresse eller ej så hindrar idag planpraxis möjligheterna till detta.

SÖDRA beslutade 1995 att starta ett projekt för att förse föreningens medlemmar med naturvårdsanpassade skogsbruksplaner. Projekt "Gröna skogsbruksplaner" har som mål att fram till år 2002 täcka halva medlemsarealen med gröna planer, och har för att nå detta givits en budget på 50 miljoner kronor. Konceptet med grön plan är ursprungligen skapat av skogsvårdsorganisationen, men SÖDRA är först med att producera gröna planer i stor skala. De gröna planerna skall enligt projektets syfte "ge SÖDRAs medlemmar ett verkningsfullt redskap for virkesproduktion med hänsyn till de miljömål som finns formulerade i SÖDRAs miljöpolicy". Detta är ett led i det miljöengagemang som på senare år ökat i Sverige.
