Aim: This paper aims to produce a serviced office concept adjusted to Statens fastighetsverk. The concept will make SFV:s properties more attractive for renting. Method: Information has been collected from interviews with 13 different serviced office companies, one serviced office agent and eleven government authorities. Also litterateur, reports and internet have been used in gathering information.I will use following questions:¨      How is the serviced office concept designed?¨      Which customer segment should SFV direct to and what need does the segment have?¨      How shall a marketing plan look like for the concept?¨      How should a concept designed for SFV look like? Result & Conclusions: Serviced office space is a company that letting functional workspace with access to shared facilities e.g. reception, office machines, internet, phone and more.

The Swedish Code for Corporate Governance was introduced on July 1, 2005. All companies then listed at OM Stockholmsbörsen A-list and those on the O-list with a market value of more than three billion SKr must implement the rules in the Code. The Code includes rules for corporate governance as a complement to the legislation. The Code is based on the principle comply or explain. This means that the companies are aloud to diverge from the rules if they explain why.

Sjukdomens orsak ?r oklar men den p?verkar de drabbade p? m?nga olika s?tt och medf?r allvarliga kort- och l?ngsiktiga konsekvenser. Trots sjukdomens omfattning visar forskning att samh?llet och v?rden har otillr?cklig kunskap om PCOS samt hur v?rden korrekt b?r anpassas till denna patientgrupp.

Oestrus in dairy cattle has changed over the last decades; the intensity of oestrus has declined and the duration decreased. Several studies have shown that not all dairy cows stand to be mounted, and that oestrus expression in many cases may be characterized by other behaviours. The aim of this study was to investigate oestrus behaviour in a herd of todays? high producing dairy cattle. The study was carried out at Jälla naturbruksgymnasium in Uppsala during one week in January 2011.

The interest for functional strength training in golf has grown the last decade and scientists are always trying to find training stategies to improve the biomechanical aspects of the swing. Kinematic sequence contains a proximal-to-distal sequence order towards impact, and an effective kinematic sequence in the down swing begins with a rotation in the pelvis and follows by an activation in thorax, arms and club in the respective order. The rotational torques in the proximal segments wanders through the body and to the more distal segments to create an effective energy ? and power transfer at impact. The x-factor stretch is the seperation between the rotation in the pelvis and the thorax at the top of the back swing and at the beginning of the down swing.

Background: Intimate partner violence (IPV) is a large public health problem that foremost affects both women and children, nationally and globally. Several accessible reports about IPV and education for staff that in their occupation can meet battered people shows the importance of increased education for several occupational groups to decrease the large number of unrecorded cases.Purpose: The study explored how six occupational groups, in the municipality of Kungälv, related to IPV in their professions, were influenced by whether they had education in IPV or not.Method: We chose a quantitative approach, a cross sectional study. A questionnaire was constructed and handed out to 156 participations. The occupational groups were a section in a hospital, the police, the home care services, an elementary school, a pre-school and the public dental care. The answer frequency was 86 %.

Särskilt stor risk att drabbas löper små barn. Då båda släktena är zoonotiska med ett brett värdspektrum som innefattar alla däggdjur och vissa andra djurgrupper har många forskare intresserat sig för hur utbredda dessa agens är bland djur som på ett eller annat sätt har kontakt med människor.

A comparison is made in this study with the purpose to highlight any differences between some of the leading forestry companies and significant forest organizations in Sweden. The companies represented in this report are Korsnäs, Mellanskog, SCA, Sveaskog and Södra. In the beginning of this study an interview form was set up together with Daniel Forsberg at Stora Enso. Stora Enso is the head object of this report and seven interviews were made within that company. At the other companies only three interviews were made within each one, with an exception to Mellanskog who wished four.

Aspergers syndrom (AS) innebär bland annat en begränsning i social interaktion, vilket resulterar i svårigheter inom flera kommunikativa förmågor. Trots dessa svårigheter finns ett begränsat utbud av kommunikativ intervention för personer med AS idag. Syftet med föreliggande studie var att analysera den vardagliga interaktionen hos vuxna personer med AS för att få fram ett underlag för hur en kommunikativ intervention skulle kunna utformas. Föreliggande studie bestod av en intervjudel och en videodel. I intervjudelen ingick sju deltagare och i videodelen ingick två deltagare.

To ensure that animals are treated well and kept in environments fitted for them, Sweden has animal welfare legislation. One of the requirements in the legislation is that horses are kept in spaces that has a ceiling height that measures at least 1,5 * the height at the withers of the horse, but always a minimum of 2,2 m. But a minor derivation can be accepted from these measurements if certain criteria are fulfilled. If the ceiling height is to low the ventilation in the stable can be negatively affected. It can also affect the posture of the horse and may increase the risk of the horse being injured.

During the period after the Second World War Sweden underwent a quick transformation due to a strong economic development. Decades-long rule for the Social Democratic Party now led to the creation, in Sweden, of a modern welfare state. This period in Swedish history is often considered to be the time when ?the Swedish model? was formed. Tage Lindbom (1909?2001) was a historian and intellectual in the Swedish labor movement.

Syftet med denna kvalitativa studie var att undersöka hur elever med neuropsykiatriska funktionshinder upplever tiden i grund- och gymnasieskolan. Mina frågeställningar handlade om i vilka sammanhang eleverna upplevde svårigheter kopplade till funktionshindren, på vilka sätt skolan visade förståelse för dessa svårigheter, hur skolan löste de problem som uppstod, vad skolan kunde ha gjort mer samt vilka starka sidor hos eleverna som var betydelsefulla i skolan. Jag intervjuade sex ungdomar i åldrarna 18 - 21 år. Jag använde mig av halvstrukturerade intervjuer. Resultatet, som analyserades ur ett sociokulturellt perspektiv, visade att eleverna upplevde svårigheter i skolan i flera olika sammanhang.

Traditionellt sett har gurkmeja använts för medicinskt bruk i många olika länder och kulturer för en rad olika besvär på både djur och människor. Användningen idag är framför allt som kosttillskott, som del i digestionsbefrämjande medel och för att lindra ledbesvär. I Sverige idag är Galexir det enda godkända traditionellt växtbaserade läkemedlet innehållande gurkmeja. Gurkmeja har visat sig ha låg biotillgänglighet, men höga koncentrationer uppnås lokalt i tarmen vilket skulle kunna göra mag-tarmbesvär till en bra indikation för användandet av gurkmeja. Den här litteraturstudien syftar till att ta reda på om gurkmeja kan ha potential att användas på hundar med gastrointestinala besvär. Sjukdomar såsom gastrit, magsår, enterit, kolit, Inflammatory bowel syndrome (IBS) och Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) kan ses hos hund.

AbstractAim: The aim of this study was to investigate if treatment with ?dry needling? in myofascial triggerpoints (MTrPs) in the rotatorcuff muscles may affect impingement symptoms such as pain during provocative tests, shoulder mobility, and function. The research questions were: Does the value of pain change on the Visual Analog Pain Scale (VAS) between before and after treatment? Do the positive provocative tests for impingement change between before and after treatment? Does the active shoulder mobility change between before and after treatment? Does the self-rated function change between before and after treatment?Method: The study was a prospective randomized intervention study and 19 persons with impingement symptoms (mean ± standard deviation; 58 ± 18 years, and shoulder pain duration 3.9 ± 1.6 months) were randomized into two groups. The groups were tested before, directly after and 3 weeks after treatment.
