Sammanfattning I denna uppsats har jag har valt att fokusera på hur film används i den svenska grundskolans obligatoriska historieundervisning i årskurserna 7-9. Tanken är att belysa hur film används som redskap och komplement i undervisningen och på vilket sätt filmen följs upp. Undersökningen har visat att användandet av film kan fungera som komplement i undervisningen, då detta i mångt och mycket kan ge en djupare förståelse och inblick i människors livsvillkor och samhällets förändringar genom historien. Men det är själva uppföljningen och bearbetningen av filmen som är avgörande om historiefilmer ska fungera i undervisningssyfte. Undersökningen utfördes som en halvtstrukturerad kvalitativ intervju.

This paper is focuses on trade between eastern Blekinge and the other side of the Baltic Sea during the Viking Age. There are scarce tracks of trade in the area but one place, Skällenäs, isdifferent. Here a treasure has been found with coins from England and Germany and some of the place names are here probably connected with places on the other side of the Baltic.This discovery can be an indication of trade but the paper should be seen as a first investigation and could be the basis of a more extensive survey..

In 2005 Gunhild Eriksdotter published Behind The Facades in which she analyses the ways of approaching historical buildings in archaeology. Eriksdotter emphasizes that the archaeology of buildings is in dire need of renewal videlicet the traditional outlook on buildings as two-dimensional objects need to change. She develops a method of analysing the spatial dimensions in a three-dimensional world. By fusing theories and methods in excavating archaeology and architecture, she is able to give us a new way of approaching buildings. Her method includes the analysing of a buildings material, spatiality and use.

Zambia är ett land med 71 olika folkgrupper där många olika språk talas, ändå är känslan av etnisk tillhörighet inte särskilt stark. I motsats till grannländerna där våldsamma konflikter utefter etniska skiljelinjer har varit vanligt har detta aldrig utgjort en grund för våldsam konflikt i Zambia. Inte ens de olika regimomvandlingarna, kallat de tre republikerna, som landet genomgått har haft någon större inverkan på konflikter i samhället. Vi använder oss av teorier kring varför etniska konflikter uppstår för att försöka förklara varför Zambia har varit skonade från dem. När Zambia studeras närmre inser man att det inte verkar så självklart att det ?borde? vara drabbat av etniska konflikter.

The Hunter?s Bend project is about how our personal possessions affect our perceived identity and in what way the value of an object may increase with the relationship that is built up towards the user. I have looked upon traces of time as an extension of an existing object. The outcome is a series of leather cases made out of one piece of folded leather, hardened and locked within itself. Uppsatsen är ett försök till att öppna upp en dialog mellan arkeologin, myndigheterna och skogsbruket i hopp om en öppnare syn till bevarande och en säker fortlevnad för kulturmiljöerna i våra skogar. The aim of this paper was to investigate whether or not it is possible to keep bottlenose dolphins and killer whales in captivity while maintaining good animal welfare. Today, many zoos and aquariums claim that their primary function is to conserve species and educate people about conservation and threatened species. The keeping of wild animals is justified by conservation programs and by the information spread to the zoo visitors. This does however not seem to be the case for marine mammals such as bottlenose dolphins (Tursiops sp.) and killer whales (Oricnus orca) since these species are not threatened in the wild and neither of them are listed as threatened in IUCN's Red List. Bottlenose dolphins and killer whales are entirely aquatic carnivores and are distributed in all coastal and pelagic waters from the Arctic ice in the north to the Antarctic ice in the south.
