Anorexia nervosa är den allvarligaste formen av ätstörning och sjukdomen är idag ett globalt problem. Det är inte bara den enskilda individen som påverkas av sjukdomen utan ätstörningen innebär ett stort lidande och är enormt påfrestande för hela familjen. Det finns fortfarande bristande kunskaper i hur sjuksköterskan bäst kan hjälpa och stödja de anhöriga och därför är det inte ovanligt att familjen möts av bristande förståelse från hälso- och sjukvården. Syftet var att belysa erfarenheter av att vara anhörig till en person med anorexia nervosa. Studien genomfördes som en litteraturstudie där resultatet baserades på 12 vetenskapliga artiklar som granskades och analyserades.

När en person drabbades av en kronisk sjukdom förändrades hela livssituationen för den sjuke personen och dennes omgivning. Många gånger var det en närstående som tog på sig rollen som vårdare. Syftet med vår litteraturstudie var att beskriva upplevelser av att vara närstående till en person med kronisk sjukdom. Nio vetenskapliga artiklar analyserades med hjälp av manifest kvalitativ innehållsanalys, vilket resulterade i fem kategorier: att få en förändrad livssituation, att vara beroende av andra, att få information och kunskap för att klara det dagliga livet, att anpassa livsstil och relationer och att kastas mellan hopp och förtvivlan. Den nya livssituationen gjorde att livet förändrades vilket ledde till många förluster.

Social phobia is a fear which limits a person's capabilities in daily situations. The fear can be so strong that a person can distance themselves from all social situations, for example education, marriage, sports activities etc. The purpose of this study is to discover whether there are any correlations between social fear and choice of educational program, between social fear and sex, and between social fear and Internet use. Questionnaires were administered to 80 upper secondary pupils. Each questionnaire answer was assigned a certain score, which was then coded in SPSS, the highest scores corresponding to highest degrees of shyness.

The idea of this study was to critically examine and account for the result found in scientific articles from databases. The aim of this literature review was to investi-gate how nurses can encounter a bereaved person in a crisis situation. Also the encounter of a person at risk of losing someone. Metod: Studien genomfördes som en litteraturöversikt. Litteratur­sökningarna gjordes i databaserna Medline och Cinahl efter relevanta artiklar. Sökord som användes var relatives, experience, caregivers burden, coping, dementia, nursing home, placement, decision, Sweden, family caregivers. Sexton vetenskapliga artiklar analyserades med en kvalitativ innehållsanalys.

The purpose of this essay was to find out how leaders in micro service firms practice HRM and identify which HRM related problems they experience in their leadership. A case study consisting two cases was carried out. The study has shown that leaders in micro service firms use a highly personalised, informal management and involve their employees in the firm?s development. The findings were that leaders of micro service firms do not have any theoretical knowledge of HRM practises because of lack of education.

Background and problem: The abolishment of the mandatory audit in Sweden resulted in a marketorientation in which the small sized enterprises gained a stronger position. Theaudit firms are faced with the challenge to better meet the clients need and todemonstrate the value of audit now when it is optional. In coherence with thisclient focus it is endorsed to implement a value-based pricing that primarilyconsiders the client?s value and willingness to pay. The value of audit andaccounting services to small sized enterprises is not yet fully investigated, whyit is difficult to implement a value-based strategy.Aim: The aim of this study is to investigate the value of audit and accounting servicesto the small sized enterprises through the study of which attributes theseservices consist of and which priority the small sized enterprises attach to thedifferent attributes.

Bakgrund: Att vara närstående till en person med demenssjukdom kan vara påfrestande. En förändrad situation uppstår med många praktiska frågor där den kvinnliga närstående ofta förväntas gripa in. Ofta ligger ansvaret på kvinnan, att se till att vardagen fungerar för den närstående med demenssjukdom. Bördan som kvinnorna upplever kan bland annat leda till depression och stress.Syfte: Syftet är att beskriva kvinnors upplevelse av att vara närstående till en äldre person med demenssjukdom.Metod: En tolkning av de självbiografiska böckerna som inspirerats av den narrativa metoden gjordes för att få en ökad förståelse för kvinnans upplevelse av att vara närstående till en person med demenssjukdom. Livsvärldsperspektivet användes som teoretisk referensram.
