Genom vår analys av våra intervjuer och användning av teorier har vi kommit fram till de tendenser som finns hos företagens medieval och dess effekter på försäljningen. Vi har kommit fram till att våra fallföretag har stark tilltro till TV-reklamens räckvidd och förmåga att kunna skapa uppmärksamhet. Vi tycker dock att det finns en systematisk överskattning av TV-reklamens effektivitet i förhållande till Internetreklam och i och med det en felaktig resursallokering på grund av val av reklamkanal..

The purpose of this study was to investigate how patients who had undergone Hallberg's  TIA-school at Enköpings Lasarett rate their physical and mental health 18 months after participation. Another purpose was to examine whether they re-diagnosed with a TIA or suffered a stroke. The design of the quantitative study was longitudinal and descriptive. In the study 16 patients participated and to measure their mental and physical health the questionnaire SF36 was used. The results showed that none of the participants suffered a new TIA or stroke since participation in the TIA-school.

There are several different kinds of bacteria that has developed resistance against the antibiotic agents used in todays medicine. Most of them has evolved from the human health care but several of them has gone over to also cause problems in the animal health care. They often occur as nosocomial infections and the greatest risk of exposure to them is during health care. Since infections with a resistant bacterium can be difficult to treat, it is desirable to prevent this spread, especially since an animal treated in a hospital often is more susceptible to infection, due to their primary condition. In Sweden the current resistance situation is good and is yearly monitored by the Swedish Veterinary Antimicrobial Resistance Monitoring (SVARM) programme.

Summary                                                               Overweight and obesity in Sweden and in the rest of the industrialized world continues to increase. This results in increased costs both to society and the healthcare system. Part of this development is the increasing consumption of sugar and that is what should be restricted to tackle this growing social problem. Part of the increased consumption of sugar in Sweden was the launch of pick and mix ingrocery stores.  This study aims to examine how store managers look at their public health responsibilities, and investigate how managers of grocery stores think about health and health aspects in general and about the sugar consumption in particular. Semi-structured "face to face" interviews was used to collect data and seven grocery store managers participated in the study.

Background: Good communication is very important for the safety of patients in emergency situations. Few studies have been conducted regarding communication among health care staff. The aim of the present study was to investigate anesthetist nurses experience of communication among health care staff during a situation of emergency in a hospital ward.Methods: The study is explorative and based on interviews with six anesthetist nurses. A qualitative content analysis was used as an analyses model.Result: The six anesthetist nurses experienced structured communication as of great importance during an emergency situation. Three main categories appeared from the material: i) the importance of the organization ii) communication structure and communication patterns and iii) education and experience with nine subcategories.

Background: HIV is a worldwide spread disease with many deaths. People with the disease have previously been met with attitudes, stigma and discrimination in various contexts. A caring relationship should be built on empathy, respect and communication, where the patient is not seen as their illness, but as a person. Today, there are laws that are there to protect the patient, however, there is a lack of knowledge about what is current. Health care workers knowledge in the 2000s has improved, but there is still a lack of knowledge.Aim: To illustrate how patients with HIV experience health care.Method: The literature review was conducted with twelve scientific articles of which two articles were quantitative and the other qualitative.Results: The results revealed three main themes; Different expressions of fear, Perceived negative attitudes and stigmatization, as well as The wish to be lovingly treated in health care.

Purpose:Our purpose with this essay was to see how a health promotion initiative could be profitability and how human resource cost accounting could be used for decision making. Does it cost more than it taste? Method:We have been using qualitative interviews with politicians, human health developerand accountants in a municipality. We have also collected data from a university lecturer which shows numbers from the health promotion initiative and how it is been affecting the involved staff. Result:The result show us that the politicians, human health developer and accountants all want to introduce physical exercising at work.

The western societies is characterized by a strong future concern and the members of the society are valued most of all according to their capability to produce. In our time the elder ness is representing a rapidly increasing number of relatively well kept elders. What sight of the future does the aging human have? Are one meditating of what kind of service and care one are going to need? The purpose with this study was to describe how individuals in ages between 60 and 96 sees, both the future and their coming need for care in relation to sex, age, social activities and experienced health. The material was taken from ?SNAC-Blekinge? witch is a part of a bigger national study; SNAC (The Swedish National study on Aging and Care).

För företag i alkoholindustrin ses en motsättning mellan att ta ett socialt ansvar med fokus på ansvarsfull konsumtion och att sända ut budskap för att sälja och ha ett vinstdrivande syfte.Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att pröva följande tes; Som företag, inom en bransch som säljer produkter som kan vara skadlig för hälsan och skapa ett beroende går det att använda sociala medier som verktyg för att hantera paradoxen; marknadsföring för försäljning och att ta ett aktivt socialt ansvar, avgränsat till ansvarsfull konsumtion.Genomförande: Genom personliga intervjuer kartläggs ölproducenterna Carlsberg Sverige samt Spendrups generella syn på socialt ansvar och sociala medier samt hur de arbetar med dessa idag och ser på framtiden och de möjligheter som ges där.Teori: Med empiriskt material som grund argumenteras det för och emot tesen med hjälp av teorier inom socialt ansvar, paradoxhantering samt kommunikationsteorier för spridning av budskap för att avgöra huruvida den är att anses som styrkt eller ej.Slutsats: Tesen anses som styrkt givet att företaget hanterar paradoxen genom att separera motsättningarna på olika nivåer, ser till det delade värdet mellan företaget och samhället, tillämpar en proaktiv strategi och utnyttjar sin kompetens inom kommersiell marknadsföring. .
