The aim of this essay is to investigate how a demarcation is made between employees? right to religious freedom next to employers? interest in running their enterprise in an efficient way. Case law shows that the Arrowsmith-principle forum internum and forum externum could be used when a demarcation has to be made. Furthermore, case law shows that that the employee?when accepting a contract of employment?have accepted certain restrictions of his or her religious freedom.

The purpose of this essay is to illustrate the debate of water politics and privatisation of water distribution. My method is debate analysis and qualitative idea analysis and for my essay I used three books that try to persuade the reader that his or her idea is the best for this water crisis. My main question is to illustrate the debate concerning water privatisations. I will also look at the arguments for or against privatisations and finally determine how the authors think the state should act towards this subject. The first book I used was Vandana Shivas ?Water Wars? that when published started an international discussion about the water privatisations.

Background: In the martial art of Muay Thai, techniques are used with hands, elbows, knees and kicks. The contestants are divided into different weight classes and experience levels. The Swedish martial arts association has decided that techniques with elbow are not allowed in B-class. Why is it so?Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate whether the martial arts delegation decision to restrict techniques with elbows to the head in the B-class is justified.

Bakgrund: På en akutmottagning förekommer plötsliga och oväntade dödsfall mer frekvent i jämförelse med andra avdelningar. För sjuksköterskan innebär det att möta närstående i kris och sorg. Det är en viktig och tidskrävande uppgift att tillgodose deras behov av omvårdnad och information. Att dagligen befinna sig i traumatiska situationer kan resultera i att sjuksköterskan påverkas känslomässigt.  Syfte: Syftet var att beskriva hur sjuksköterskor upplever mötet med närstående i samband med plötsligt och oväntat dödsfall på akutmottagning.Metod: En kvalitativ intervjumetod tillämpades då det ansågs vara en lämplig metod för att besvara studiens syfte.

The aim of this paper was to examine which discourses of women that could be found in Swedish policy documents concerning alcohol from the seventies until today. The questions asked were in which ways women?s drinking was described and how these descriptions could be analyzed and understood by critical discourse analysis and gender theory. The results indicated two main discourses, one replacing the other over time. According to the first discourse, most clearly expressed in the official report from the seventies, women were not consumers of alcohol to the same extent as men.

?Examensarbetet handlade om att ta reda på hur pedagoger beskriver betydelsen av barns lek, samt hur man implementerar läroplanens delar om lek i verksamheten. Syftet med studien var att få reda på hur pedagogerna beskriver delaktighet och betydelse av barns lek. Samt om de aktivt arbetar med läroplanen för förskolan (Utbildningsdepartementet, 1998) när det gäller leken och pedagogen.?Den ?teoretiska utgångspunkten ?i arbete är det sociokulturella perspektivet som handlar om lärande genom samspel och interaktion med andra människor.Studien bygger på intervjuer med ?sex pedagoger.

This work is about popular culture in leisure. Teachers at leisure, on the basis of Education's governing documents working with developing an activity for students when applying the students' own interests. Although these councils are posted, several teachers around the country rejects certain activities or products that the students want to do or play with during their free time at the leisure time. Therefore the purpose of this study is to try to understand what teachers in leisure attitude to popular culture is and if they integrate the popular culture in there activities. To understand this, a qualitative study of interviewed teachers in various leisure was used.

Uppsatsen handlar om hur tibetaner använder sig av Internet i strävan efter en nationell identitet och i kampen för ett fritt Tibet. Med information från fyra tibetaner analyseras olika webbplatser kopplade till den tibetanska diasporan för att se om denna koppling finns. Med hjälp av tidigare diaspora forskning och Benedict Andersons tankar om en föreställd gemenskap görs en analys av kopplingen mellan diasporan, Internet och en föreställd gemenskap. Abstracts: This essay discuss how Tibetans use Internet in their effort to maintain a national identity and their struggle for a free Tibet. With information from four Tibetans, Internet sites connected to the Diaspora is analyzed to see if this connection exists.

By comparing the experience off interaction in a life world with a drug habit and a life world without a drug habit you might find how they differ. We asked four former drug abusers in four semi structured interviews to describe their experiences off interaction under these two circumstances. The difference between the two life worlds when it comes to interaction is that in the drug abusing life world our informants describe that communicative action has to stand back for a more goal oriented action. In the drug free life world, communicative action on the other hand is experienced as the most important action. The difference is about wether interaction is goal oriented or oriented at understanding.

My purpose with this paper related to my questions was to find out how professionals preeschool teachers working on multilingualism. I also wanted to get answers on how pedagogues in the preeschool may promote multilingual children´s language development, the factors that promote multilingual children´s language development and the role parents have in the language development of multilingual children. I chose to do my study in the form of interviews with professional preeschool teachers and interviewees described including the need for more knowledge of pedagogues around multilingualism. My result based on theoretichal background and the study is that pedagogues should let the children´s all languages esemble together. A factor influencing the multilingual children´s language development is ambient attitudes to multilingualism.

Vem avgör vad som är bra användbarhet? Och hur lyckas man bibehålla det genom ett helt program? Dessa frågor och många fler ställdes när arbetet med utformningen av den nya designen startades. Meningen var att ta reda på vad som gäller idag och vad som är intressant för framtiden i frågan om användbarhet.Genom en grundlig analys av designen i programmet SEBS (System Economy Business System) tillsammans med ett flertal andra liknande program har flera problemområden identifierats och motiverats med hjälp av teorier från författare och ISO standarder (International Organisation for Standardization).Uppgiften har en ganska abstrakt natur och ger inte självmant upphov till gedigna praktikfall som lätt presenteras. Trots det blev ett nytt gränssnitt och nya riktlinjer framtagna och arbetssättet och tankarna bakom finns väl dokumenterade. Resultatet måste analyseras av någon som förstår större delen av innebörden i den teoretiska bakgrunden som är presenterad.Resultaten som arbetet skapade gav en djup insikt i svårigheten att framställa programvara som är tilltalande och effektiv.

Syftet med min studie är att undersöka hur samarbete mellan lärare/skola och föräldrar till elever med svenska som andraspråk kan byggas upp och bibehållas. Jag har utarbetat följande frågeställningar: ? Hur uppfattar och värderar lärare och föräldrar samarbetet? ? Vilka hinder mot samarbete kan urskiljas? ? Vilka samarbetsformer är mest framgångsrika? Genom kvalitativa intervjuer med en grupp föräldrar till barn som har svenska som andraspråk och deras lärare försöker jag att synliggöra vad som är ett konstruktivt samarbete och hur man kan få till ett sådant. Valet av kvalitativ intervju som metod var för att jag därigenom kan förstå lärares och föräldrars olika tankar och åsikter om mitt valda ämne och utveckla djupare kunskaper som jag kan använda i mitt framtida yrkesliv. I tidigare forskning kan vi utläsa att en bra relation mellan lärare och föräldrar underlättar samarbetet och att lärare måste skapa en relation till föräldrarna med ömsesidig respekt, där läraren verkligen lyssnar och bekräftar föräldrarna.
