When arriving at an abattoir pigs can be fatigued and need to be as smoothly unloaded as possible.

I denna uppsats undersöks sexualbrottet sexuellt ofredande som det stadgas ansvar för i 6 kap 10 § BrB. Lagrummet jämförs med de närliggande brotten ofredande enligt 4 kap 7 § BrB och förolämpning enligt 5 kap 3 § BrB, som kan komma att aktualiseras vid fastställande om brott för sexuellt ofredande föreligger. I denna uppsats konstateras att med sexuellt ofredande menas en Handling där gärningsmannen har ett uppsåt till gärningsbeskrivningen men också att gärningsmannens handlande varit till för att reta eller tillfredställa sin sexualdrift. This is a qualitative vignette study in which semi-structured interviews was carried out with social workers working with child protection investigations.

Målet med examensarbetet är att svara på frågan: "Är det resurssparande att öka detaljeringsgraden i BIM-modellen genom virtuellt uppreglade gipsväggar?" Rapporten behandlar en BIM-laboration som genomförts i samarbete med NCC i projektet Signalfabriken i Sundbyberg. Med programmet Lindab Revit Tools (LRT) reglades gipsväggar upp virtuellt och adderades till projektets byggnadsinformationsmodell (BIM). Materialet kvalitetssäkrades vid samgranskningsmöten och användes för att generera A3-Handlingar för test i produktion. Testet och Handlingen diskuterades med representanter från olika delar av byggprocessen och en reviderad Handling utvecklades samt godkändes. Laborationen upprepades med syftet att effektivisera processen och erfarenheterna från detta ledde till att frågeställningen fick följande svar: Ja, om endast komplicerade områden modelleras.

The overarching aim of this paper is to study the professional encounter in its complexity. The requirements for receiving welfare is set by the professional and it's the professionals decision if they are met in the proper manner. This makes the assessment of the clients conditions and the correctness of the assessment hence important. There are several levels which is necessary for the social worker to take into consideration.We have therefore made a socio-analysis by using a theoretical model of Johansson (2006) where he uses the Social Psychology of the encounter to create a model with four levels, which is always present in the professional encounter: structural, positional, relational, and experience level.  Our base was that the one responsible for Handling these levels was the professional which led us to search for literature concerning the professional approach.Our study is formed as a qualitative case-study. Our empirical data consist of qualitative interviews with four social workers Handling social allowance.The results shows that the complexity of the professional encounter requires a professional approach.

Our purpose with this report is to create a structural basis over how to improve Handling with international freight at ITAB Shop Concept (further mentioned as ITAB). We have through interviews with employees at ITAB and observations identified problems that have caused difficulties at Handling with international freight, from the time when an order is placed to when it?s delivered to the customer. We have also interviewed shipping companies.We have in the theory chapter written about shipping conditions for international freight and a main part of our theory is about NSAB 2000, which describes the obligations and rights shippers and consignee has.In order to improve the efficiency ITAB has to be aware of the problems in the company and try to solve them.The problems we have identified are described in the result chapter. One of the problems is that employees at the warehouse don?t know when gods is supposed to be shipped.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka begreppet Det kompetenta barnet. Genom att undersöka toddlares förmågor och kompetenser i ett undersökande arbetssätt, ville jag se vilka kompetenser som barnen visar och hur det kan förhålla sig till bilden av det kompetenta barnet. Jag ville undersöka på vilka sätt barnen kommunicerade med varandra i undersökandet. Med fenomenen flyta och sjunka, som ämnesinnehåll i barnens undersökande, ville jag se hur barnen använder sig av de olika materialen och hur de uttrycker sig kring fenomenen. Jag ville även i denna studie undersöka vilka miljöerbjudanden och invitationer till Handling som utemiljön erbjuder barnen i undersökandet.

Uppsatsen har också som delsyfte att kort undersöka om utlämning av allmänna Handlingar i elektronisk form faktiskt sker.Framställningen bygger på den traditionella rättsdogmatiska metoden, vilket innebär att med hjälp av allmänna rättskällor systematisera och fastställa gällande rätt.Det finns ett flertal regler som talar för att myndigheter ändå ska anses ha en skyldighet att lämnat ut allmänna Handlingar i elektronisk form om den sökande begär det.

Square bales are the cheapest way to produce straw for fuel recovery because you can optimize the length of the bales so they fit the transportation equipment.In the Malmö area the average days of harvesting hay is 55. The effectively of transportation depends mostly of the speed, the distance and density of the bales. To increase the capacity of bale transportation larger loads and higher density of the bales is necessary.
