I dagens samhälle gör butikerna allt för att konkurrera på marknaden, och på senare tid tycks en trend som kallas sinnesmarknadsföring ha attraherat många företag, men fortfarande långt ifrån alla. Tankesättet är fortfarande nytt och innebär att man genom olika metoder försöker påverka kundernas fem sinnen; hörseln, synen, luktsinnet, smaksinnet och känselsinnet, på ett sätt som gör att de omedvetet känner ökad köplust och på så vis konsumerar mera i butiken de befinner sig i. Vi blev intresserade av att se om forskningen inom detta område stämmer överens med konsumenternas egna upplevelser och önskemål när de går in i en butik, eller om de överhuvudtaget påverkas av några yttre faktorer som manipulerar deras sinnen och gör att de känner att de behöver just den där tröjan lite extra idag bara för att en bra låt spelas inne i provhytten. Vi grundade denna rapport på en kvantitativ samt kvalitativ undersökning, som bestod av dels en enkätundersökning med 106 respondenter via det sociala mediet Facebook, där vi ansåg oss nå ut till flest, mest och bäst respondenter i spridda åldrar och relativt jämn könsfördelning. Av de som medverkade var 63 kvinnor och 43 var män.

Syfte: Med detta arbete vill vi fylla de tomrum som finns beträffande vilka fastighetsmäklare som blir varnade samt varför varningar till mäklare utdelas. Vi vill även att denna undersökning blir en grund för vidare forskning inom ämnet samt att arbetet ska fungera som en informationskälla för människor i fastighetsmäklarbranschen.Metod: Vi har genomfört en totalundersökning av de 137 beslut om varningar och avregistreringar som Fastighetsmäklarnämnden avgjort mellan 2005-2007. Dessutom har vi förstärkt undersökningen med en telefon- och en e-mailintervju med en jurist respektive utbildningsansvarig verksamma på Fastighetsmäklarnämnden. Resultat & slutsats: Vilka blir varnade och på vilka underlag delas dessa varningar ut? Det vi har kommit fram till är att den vanligaste grunden för varningar oftast är knutna till olika fel som mäklaren utför vid kontraktsskrivningen.

This work describes the process from sketch to functional textile. Starting points are thoughts about the transition from sketch to fabric, and the possibility to sketch before decisions are made about the quality of the final fabric. The first result of this study is the final product, a hand weaved clothing in thin wool that fulfils set demands. Mek Stans 07 is a machine developed for Tetra Pak in Lund as a 10p candidate theses project at Halmstad University. The commission behind the project involved development of a machine that punches holes in packages for the inspection division at Tetra Pak. The task for the machine was to facilitate the process of making openings for testing in the company?s other equipment. Researches on different methods of cutting, types of automatization and possible designs were made. To implement the project a design and construction from the base where chosen.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka hur elevers lärande influeras av samspel elever emellan i klassrummet. De frågeställningar som har besvarats är följande: Hur skiljer sig lärandet åt beroende på vem eleverna sitter bredvid i klassrummet? Hur tänker pedagogen om lärande, genom samspel elever emellan i klassrummet?. Det empiriska materialet samlades in på en skola, i en tredjeklass. Fem observationstillfällen ägde rum i klassen.

In some criminal cases, the only existing evidence is the verbal statement of a witness or the plaintiff. The typical example is an alleged rape where victim and perpetrator have had some kind of relation, and their records of the incident differ. In these cases, the assessment of the value of the evidence drawn from the plaintiff's story is of crucial importance. On the one hand, a false positive judgment means that a person is wrongly convicted, on the other hand, a failure to correctly identify a truthful claim of rape means that a victim of a severe crime is left without judicial remedy. This thesis explore women?s needs when reentering society after having served a sentence at the female prison Färingsö, outside Stockholm and whether those needs are being met in the reentry strategies that are being provided. Parallel to this the thesis also examines if there, based on nonconformity and gender theories, is a socially constructed representation of women maintained in the rehabilitation work.The method of this thesis applied semi-structured interviews and used snowball sampling to expand the network of informants to obtain the data necessary. Totally five interviews were carried out. Previous research has shown that women in prison have much more complex problems than men and that there is a need for reentry strategies that take gender in account.The results showed that in terms of being able to reenter back in society, women needed help to structure a previously chaotic life.

I denna uppsats undersöktes kvalitén på nio elevbearbetningar av Daniel Boyacioglus dikt ?Skådespel?. Eleverna gick i skolår nio och arbetade i undersökningen induktivt utan konkreta instruktioner. Eleverna informerades om att de skulle bearbeta dikten på valfritt sätt och skriva ner sitt resultat och lämna in. Syftet med undersökningen var att se hur mycket eleverna på egen hand kunde upptäcka i en dikt och hur de valde att genomföra bearbetningarna eftersom min hypotes var att våra elever kan mer än vi tror.

Commonly held dietary guidelines discourage full-fat dairy consumption due its to high levels of saturated fatty acids, which are believed to aversely influence cardiovascular disease risk. Cardiovascular diseases cause more than one third of deaths in the developed world. With dairy often providing a large part of energy and nutrients in Western diets, research into its effects on human health is warranted. Several recent studies have suggested a protective role of dairy in the development of cardiometabolic disease. However, many of these have used imprecise methods of dietary assessment, based on questionnaires or interviews. Biomarkers are emerging as a means of evaluating diet in a more objective way. Currently used dairy fat biomarkers are minor fatty acid constituents of dairy that preferably are unique to dairy and not influenced by endogenous metabolism.

The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of strategy for grouping calves into group pens with automatic milk-feeding systems on the calves' health and growth rate. The usefulness of changes in feeding behavior recorded by the computerized milk-feeder during periods of illness to identify calves with clinical diease was also studied. In the first experiment, 64 calves were moved in and out of group pens in a continuous way, while 46 calves were transferred into group pens until the the pen was considered "full". The calves in the latter groups were then held together until weaning. It was found that calves in the fixed groups grew approximately 100 g / day more compared to the calves in the dynamic groups. Signs of clinical respiratory disease were less frequent in this group, while the incidence of diarrhoea was slightly higher. In the second experiment health parameters, milk consumption and feeding behaviour was recorded daily for 46 calves.
