I detta arbete har jag undersökt hur pedagoger i förskolan följer barns utveckling och hur de hanterar läroplanen för förskolans intentioner om att det inte är det enskilda barnet som ska utvärderas utan att det är verksamheten som ska utvärderas.Metoden har varit litteraturstudier och intervjuer av pedagoger som arbetar på förskolor.Resultatet av studien visar att pedagoger gör bedömningar av barns utveckling inför utvecklingssamtal och upprättandet av individuella utvecklingsplaner. Trots att läroplanen för förskolan säger att det inte ska finnas några uppnåendemål för det enskilda barnet blir det mer och mer vanligt att även förskolor upprättar individuella utvecklingsplaner med uppnåendemål för varje barn. Den mesta av litteraturen avspeglar inte resultatet av mina intervjuer. Pedagogerna skrev inte några uppnåendemål utan var väl medvetna om att det var verksamheten som de skulle skriva mål för.I diskussionen berörs olika sätt att följa barns utveckling utan att bedöma. Sammanfattningsvis blir min slutsats att pedagogerna kan undvika att göra en bedömning av det enskilda barnets resultat, men för att kunna föra förskoleverksamheten framåt och utmana barnet till utveckling måste en bedömning av barnen göras.

 The purpose with my study was primarily to illuminate the students' expectations on gained knowledge during their studies at the upper secondary school Hotel- and Restaurant program, and to what extent these expectations were fulfilled. Secondarily, the purpose was to compare the students' expected and perceived knowledge with the program goals set by the Swedish government and the knowledge requirements expressed in a pilot study made by the Education council of the Hotel and restaurant business (UHR, 2007).I chose a quantative approach and I used an anonymous group enquiry among students at the Hotel- and Restaurant program at two different upper secondary schools to carry out my study.Tendencies in the result suggested that the students at the Hotel- and Restaurant program expected high knowledge level within the competence areas of Guest reception and communication, Cleaning and hygiene, Cooking of cold and hot dishes and Waiting. The expectations were not big within the areas Computers and Internet and Business economics and management.Fulfillment of expected knowledge tended to be high within the areas where the expectations were big. It might therefore be a good investment for schools to work on the student expectations to increase motivation within the low expectation areas.A confrontation of the tendencies in the result with the program goals and the competence requirements expressed in the UHR study, suggested that the upper secondary Hotel- and Restaurant education might focus some more the areas of Guest reception and communication, Beverages and Organization of banquets. Business economics and management should be given much more weight..

The purpose of this study is to examine whether personality traits, self-esteem, performance-based self-esteem and demographic data relate to, and can explain the variation in psychological ill-health among students at Lund University. A questionnaire was distributed to students attending the Psychology program, Bio-technology program, Theologian program and Law program. There were 247 respondents to the questionnaire, mainly attending their second or third semester. General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-12), Rosenberg's Self- Esteem scale, Hallstens scale measuring performance-based self-esteem, questions relating to demographic data and a short version of the personality inventory scale Big Five were included in the questionnaire. Positive correlations were found between psychological ill-health and the variables neuroticism and performance-based self-esteem.

Background: Chronic pain is a condition that approximately 18% of the Swedish population suffers from. This condition affects many aspects of a person´s life and causes psychological, physiological and social suffering. Multimodal treatment is considered the most effective treatment for patients with chronic pain. Patient participation and motivation are very important to treatment. Aim: The aim of this study was to explore patients´ experience of a multimodal chronic pain treatment program regarding their experience of patient participation and interaction with the rehabilitation team.

Denna rapporten är en jämförelse av forensiska verktyg, i detta fallet är verktygen EnCase och BackTrack. Vi kommer i den här rapporten att jämföra vissa utvalda verktyg som representeras i båda programmen, och analysera resultatet av detta. Analysen och jämförelsen kommer därefter ligga till grund för om man kan få fram lika bra resultat med ett open-source program som med ett program man betalar för. Vi kommer att utföra analysen genom att använda en bevisfil och utföra tester på den i både BackTrack och EnCase. Resultatet kommer att diskuteras och presenteras i denna rapport.För att få fram bästa möjliga resultat kommer vi även att intervjua vissa utvalda personer med erfarenhet utav att arbeta med dessa program, för att få fram deras synpunkter.

The problem presented in this report is that of finding a method to calculate the lift force from a single-element airfoil of arbitrary shape. A number of restrictions are used in order to simplify calculations while retaining reasonable accuracy. The problem is solved for the two-dimensional case only and no finite-wing effects are taken into account. Furthermore, inviscid and incompressible flow is assumed. The method used to solve the problem is the vortex panel method, with vortex singularities distributed over simplified airfoil geometry.

The aim of this thesis is to illustrate the content of the democratic values tolerance, personal development and political equality, in relation to the Swedish school?s systems fundamental values, and from there problematize the schools approach towards the Sweden Democrats. By using a qualitative text analysis upon the party program of Sweden Democrats, we have been able to fulfill the aim of the thesis. We have motivated and defined our chosen democracy values from the schools fundamental values and from democracy theory. With the use of an analyze schedule we have been able to go through with the interpretation and analyze of the party program of the Sweden Democrats.

Sweden is known to be one of the world?s most equal countries. Nevertheless, out  of  Sweden?s 262 listed companies, only seven  of  them  has  a  female  president, which  is  equal  to  3,4  percent. To  counteract  these  numbers  there  are  several  possibilities.  One  arrangement  that  is  highly  controversial     is  affirmative  actions.  But  there  are  other  options,  for  instance  more  and  more female  networks  are  starting  to  rise  and  many  of  them  also  offers  a  mentoring  program  where  the  mentee  gets  the  opportunity  to  learn  from  someone  with  more  experience.The  purpose  of  this  study  is  to  examine  what  difference  the  female  network  Q80,  with  focus  on  its  mentoring  program,  is  doing  for  the  mentee.  As  an  underlying  purpose  the  study  is  also  examining  what  visions  and  attitudes  the  management  and  the  mentors  is  communicating  within  Q80.  The  focus  is  mainly  on  the  visions  of  Q80,  menas  mentors  and  business  exceeding mentorship.  A  survey  has  been  carried  out  among  mentees  from  three  different  seats of mentoring  programs  where  they  have  answered  19  different  questions  regarding  their  time  as  a  mentee.  Furthermore  interviews  have  taken  place  with the management  of Q80  and  two  mentors.  The  results  are  analyzed  based  on  theories  about  gender,  women  in   management,  leadership,  mentoring  program  and  organizational structure.  The  result  shows  that  Q80i  as  a  source  of  inspiration  and  a  support  for  the  category  of  "career  women"  with  its  core  mission  to  strengthen  the  participation of  individuals  on  a  personal  level  more than  to  work  to  even  out  the  gap  in  the  Swedish  labor market.

Syftet med arbetet är att undersöka hur lärare, studie- och yrkesvägledare och elever upplever att IV programmet (Individuella Programmet) i Helsingborg fungerar. Numera finns IV programmet på alla gymnasieskolor i staden. Tidigare gick alla IV elever på samma skola, Ungdomscentrum (UC). Orsaken till omorganisationen var att många IV elever hoppade av IV programmet och att man av den anledningen, för att minska avhoppen, ville inkludera alla IV elever till den vanliga gymnasieskolan,. Detta har medfört att lärare, studie- och yrkesvägledare och elever har flyttat ut till de övriga gymnasieskolorna i Helsingborg.

Förskolan, det första steget i Sveriges utbildningssystem, bygger på strävansmål för verksamheten och i Förskolans läroplan, Lpfö 98, finns inga krav på individuella utvecklingsplaner. Bedömningar skall göras av verksamheten och inte av enskilda barn. Enligt aktuella studier tenderar utvecklingssamtalen att inriktas på bedömning av individen, samtidigt som andelen barn i behov av särskilt stöd har ökat i förskolan. Syftet med vår studie är att undersöka hur individuella utvecklingsplaner uppfattas och används i förskolorna, samt om de som deltar i studien anser att andelen barn i behov av särskilt stöd har ökat i förskolan. För att få svar på våra frågeställningar har vi arbetat med såväl intervjuer som enkäter.

Examensarbetet bygger på 10 intervjuer av verksamma pedagogerna ifrån två skolor som finns i två medelstora kommuner i Skåne. Jag har valt pedagoger i två skolor för att se om det finns skillnad i var och hur man tillämpar arbetet med individuell inlärning utifrån vad som står i läroplanen, Lpo 94. Undersökningen bygger på svar om hur pedagoger arbetar med den individuella inlärningen hos eleverna. I studien framkommer varierande resultat i hur pedagoger använder sig av olika individuella inlärningsstilar i sin undervisning. Det var oftast fler hinder än möjligheter som gjorde att arbetet med individuell inlärning var svår att genomföra enligt de intervjuade pedagogerna.

Varje år tar två sjökaptensprogram, ett fyraårigt program med fartygsförlagd utbildning och ett treårigt program som kräver att studenten har tidigare erfarenhet av arbete som matros, examen från Sjöfartshögskolan i Kalmar. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka hur de nyutexaminerade styrmännen upplevde sin första tid i yrket som styrman, om de hade de nödvändiga förkunskaperna för att klara av sitt jobb och om det skilde sig mellan styrmännen från de olika programmen. För att undersöka detta användes en kvalitativ metod där personliga intervjuer genomfördes. Tio styrmän, fem från varje program, som tagit examen från Sjöfartshögskolan i Kalmar våren 2012 valdes slumpvis ut för intervjuer. Resultatet från intervjuerna visade att styrmännen var nöjda med sina förkunskaper från Sjöfartshögskolan i Kalmar.

This thesis work resulted in a template for how the thermal spray process can be controlled through robot programs. The robots today and their programs need to be replaced, therefore a new structure which can be matched with the new robot systems is needed. The work is limited to only concern structured programming on the new robots on Thermal Spray Centre (TC) with the programming language Rapid. The basic data for the program was retrieved from interviews with concerned personnel at TC, from studies on process parameters for thermal spray and from existing specifications at Volvo Aero Corporation (VAC). The thesis work briefly describes the process thermal spray and the four methods used at VAC.

It is often challenging to create a new enrichment program for any animal. This is especially true with the additional challenge that I wanted to use only naturalistic enrichment, and I?m working with animals some of which are nocturnal. Even with a many hurdles, a little bit of enrichment can do a big difference and make a big difference in activity levels of the animals. Eskilstuna parkens zoo have a house called the MUSeum housing four kinds of rodents.

Att upprätta individuella utvecklingsplaner blev 2006 obligatoriskt för alla elever i den obligatoriska skolan. Planen ska fungera som ett stöd för elevens lärande och sociala utveckling. Skolinspektionen har i en kvalitetsgranskning av undervisningen i särskolan kommit fram till att många skolor brister när det gäller att utforma individuella utvecklingsplaner med skriftliga omdömen. Syftet med studien är att undersöka innehållet i individuella utvecklingsplaner i särskolan. Fokus har riktats till planernas utformning och målformuleringarnas innehåll.
