Det nya speciallärarprogrammet, som infördes 2007, fick en klar inriktning mot det specialpedagogiska förhållningssättet som redan gällde för det befintliga specialpedagogprogrammet. Utöver detta fick speciallärarprogrammet en fördjupad ämneskännedom i läs- och skrivutveckling samt matematikutveckling i ett specialpedagogiskt perspektiv (SFS 2008:132). De båda specialpedagogiska utbildningarna, specialpedagog- samt speciallärarprogrammet, bygger emellertid på examensordningar som till stora delar är samstämmiga. Huvudsyftet med denna studie är att granska hur utbildningsansvariga vid tre lärosäten har förhållit sig till sitt förändrade utbildningsuppdrag. Det görs utifrån studier av dokument och intervjuer, för att undersöka hur de utbildningsansvariga har tolkat examensordningarna för specialpedagoger och speciallärare och sedan utvecklat två specifika utbildningar, samt hur de ser på de båda yrkesrollerna.

Resultaten av testerna presenteras på ett överskådligt sätt.Slutligen dras slutsatser angående resultaten. Resultaten förespråkar inte en specifik metod, den metod somlämpar sig bäst för varje enskild sammanhang avgörs till största del av andra faktorer såsom frekvens avbesökare eller ändringar på innehållet som metoden söker igenom..

Sjuksköterskan kommer i kontakt med patienter som genomgått en hjärtinfarkt i sitt dagliga arbete, en del av dessa patienter är rökare. Syftet med denna beskrivande litteraturstudie var att beskriva rökvanor hos patienter som drabbats av en hjärtinfarkt. Resultatet bygger på vetenskapliga artiklar publicerade mellan 1997 till 2007 ifrån databaserna MedLine, Blackwell Synergy och Science Direct. Den här studien visar på att trots att patienterna har drabbats av en hjärtinfarkt betyder det inte att de slutar röka helt eller fortsätter att vara avhållsamma om de slutar. Ungefär hälften av de patienter som upphör med sin tobakskonsumtion i samband med en hjärtinfarkt har börjat röka igen inom en fyraårs period.

However, there are areas within the storage device that are not part of the organisied structure that a file system gives. The reason for that might be that the information has been erased by intention, a virus destroyed the file system and so on.

AbstractAt the UN Conference on Environment and Development in 1992 the nations stated that traditional environmental policies were not sufficient to handle the multidimensional challenges posed by sustainable development. Governments needed to broaden their political decision making procedures in order to coordinate and integrate environmental, social and economic policies. Therefore a new tool was introduced in Agenda 21, National Strategies for Sustainable Development (NSDS). The aim of an NSDS would be to bring together actors from all parts of society to jointly reach a consensus on how to work towards the vision of a sustainable society. An NSDS would be seen as a strategic tool to help focus national policies for SD.

Studien syftar till att undersöka hur socialsekreterare resonerar kring omhändertagande av gravida missbrukare. I studien undersöks även tillämpning av tvångsvårdslagstiftning i förhållande till gravida missbrukare och socialsekreterares förhållningssätt till etiska aspekter när beslut om tvångsvård av gravida missbrukare tas. Studien är kvalitativ och genomförs med hjälp av intervjuer med socialsekreterare och även med hjälp av officiella dokument från olika myndigheter. I studien används teorier som empowerment och företrädarskap av Ole Petter Askheim (2007) och Malcolm Payne (2008), socialarbetares handlingsutrymme av Karin Svensson m.fl. (2008) och etiska koder i socialt arbete av Erik Blennberger (2006).

Den svenska skatterätten har i reglerna om partiella fissioner fått ett nytt omstruktureringsverktyg. Reglerna infördes den 1 januari 2007 och fick ta plats i 38 a kapitlet i inkomstskattelagen. Det finns redan tidigare en rad omstruktureringsmöjligheter och uppsatsen syftar till att avgöra huruvida partiella fissioner innebär någon nyhet i svensk skatterätt samt att undersöka verktygets användbarhet. Reglerna i inkomstskattelagen har en motsvarighet i reglerna om partiella delningar i aktiebolagslagen. För att kunna bedöma verktygets nyhetsvärde och användbarhet krävs att man tittar på den bolagsrättsliga regleringen och vilka konsekvenser ett genomförande kan få.

Uppsatsen bygger på en analys av en exit-nod i Tor-nätverket i syfte att efterlikna ett tidigare experiment från 2007. Experimentet går ut på att analysera den information som kommer genom nätverket för att leta efter okrypterade lösenord. Experimentet görs i syfte att påvisa de brister som finns i nätverket och i användarnas säkerhetsmedvetande. Arbetet utgår från frågeställningarna:Går det att utvinna känslig information från en exit-nod i Tor-nätverket.-       Går det att utvinna okrypterade lösenord från en exit-nod i nätverket?-       Vilka typer av tjänster tillhör lösenorden som uppkommer i analysen av den insamlade data?För att kunna besvara mina tre frågeställningar har jag valt att göra ett experimentellt arbete för att ta reda på om användarna skickar okrypterade lösenord, och till vilka tjänster lösenorden tillhör.

This thesis analyses the 2005 UK presidency of the Council, and more particularly the negotiations on the future financing of the European Union. The purpose of the study is to discuss whether the holding of the presidency implies political influence for the member state. To analyse the power of the country holding the chair the thesis focuses on the presidency functions of brokering and leadership. The theory suggests that the influence of the presidency is derived from informational and procedural power resources, as well as some leadership resources, such as coercion and reward. A case study was used to analyse whether these power resources were used by the British presidency.

This report summarizes a Bachelor Degree Project in Integrated Product Development,carried out during the spring semester in 2007 by three students at the Product Design Engineering programme at the University of Skövde. The project was performed as an assignment for KinBag ab, a sister subsidiary to Kinnegrip ab in Lidköping, who develop,manufacture and market the golf bag KinBag, a bag with an integrated wheel carriage system. The purpose of the project was to redesign the golf bag to attract a target group consisting of golfers aged between 20 and 40.The layout of the project was as follows: The project began with a feasibility study where different problems were identified with the basis of a market research which eventually was summarized in a dynamic specification of requirements. The feasibility study was followed by a generation of ideas which contained everything from sketches to simple mock-ups with an intensive amount of thoughtful brainwork and information gathering in between. This ledto the development of a number of design concepts, both on an overall level and on different parts of the golf bag.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to examine what expectations young adults have of the public library andthereby determine the relevance of the library guidelines, Påbarns och ungdomars villkor (2003), for young adults. The empirical data is gathered through focus group interviews consisting of 18 participants between the ages of 16 and 17. The conceptual framework for this study is based on Lee´s motivation model for customers in the public library (2007). The model focuses on three conditions for motivation: expectation, instrumentality and valence.The results reveal that young adults in this study have low expectations of the public library. They express little need for public library services because they see the possibility of finding the same things that the library offers through other alternatives, such as the Internet.
