Denna uppsats syfte a?r att underso?ka vilken nytta och mo?jligheter ljud- och videokommunikation kombinerat med samtidig visning av webbplatsen Onkonnect kan erbjuda patienter och va?rdgivare under cancerra?dgivning. Som mo?jliggo?rande teknik fo?r denna kommunikation anva?nds WebRTC.

Syftet med denna studie är att nå ökad kunskap om hur arbetsuppgifter kan se ut för en ny examinerad vägledare på olika arbetsplatser. I undersökningen ges också en blick över vägledarnas upplevelser när det gäller relationen mellan deras kompetens och arbetsuppgifter. Genom kvalitativ metod där fem intervjuer med studie- och yrkesvägledare i Stockholms län har analyserats. Vi har kommit fram till att dessa studie- och yrkesvägledare har haft ett arbete efter avslutad examen inom skolväsendet. Alla vägledarna ser ett samband mellan den kompetens de har fått från utbildningen och deras arbetsuppgifter och yrkesroller.

This thesis focuses on employers? use of non-­?solicitation of employees in commercial contracts within the union?s internal market and how this can result in restrictive practices in violation of European law. Using legal method, legal economic considerations, and guidance from modern American legal development in antitrust law, this thesis is aiming to investigate how this kind of anticompetitive cooperation in the European labor market should be assessed. The result seems to be that despite a distinct and pronounced restrictive approach to the application of EU competition rules in the labor market, there are strong incentives and not any legal impediment to apply Article 101 TFEU on no cold call agreements between employers. .

This study is investigating what conditions can strengthen an alliance and which obstacles there are. Coercion aspects can also influence an alliance and are therefore also written about. The asymmetrical relationship between the social worker and the juvenile delinquent is investigated also with in regards to the tacit and explicit coercion when they are entering care. The study is focusing on the consequence/influence programs that the juvenile delinquents can be sentenced to because of their crimes. Counseling is a major part in these programs.

The aim of this study was to provide an understanding of the situation of an often forgotten group in foster care, the carers? own children. Our main focus was to explore this group?s experience of foster care, their experience of participating in caring for the foster children and their possible need of support and help. Our chosen method was qualitative interviews with six adult children of foster carers, two men and four women.

Syftet med denna kvalitativa studie i form av sju semistrukturerade intervjuer var att undersökahur olika aktörer arbetar för att stödja sina klienter mot en positiv framtid. Avsikten var att belysa klienternas behov, hur väl dessa stämmer överens med det stöd aktörerna erbjuder samt att undersöka om detta stöd har likheter med det sätt på vilket studie- och yrkesvägledare arbetar. Resultatet visar att klienternas behov är komplexa men till stor del handlar om stöd i att skapa en bättre självbild och stöd i samverkan mellan olika instanser. Detta stämmer väl överrens med det stöd verksamheterna erbjuder. Inom samtliga verksamheter används också för studie- och yrkesvägledare `typiska´ aktiviteter.

Då en människa drabbas av en kris kan utomstående hjälp krävas för att hantera och bearbeta de existentiella frågor som uppkommer. Ett allvarligt hot mot kvinnors hälsa är våld i nära relationer. Föreliggande studie har undersökt jourkvinnors stödsamtal med våldsutsatta kvinnor på kvinnojourer. Syftet var att undersöka vilken typ av existentiella frågor som personalen möter i stödsamtalen, samt att studera om och i så fall på vilket sätt utrymmet för dessa frågor i stödsamtal bidrar till ett ökat välmående för kvinnor utsatta för mäns våld. Semistrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes med sex jourkvinnor runt om i landet.

The purpose of the study was to examine if Talking Mats® couldsupport communication and participation for people with Huntington?sdisease, carers and a dental hygienist in conversation about oral care. Elevendyads, a person with Huntington's disease and a carer, participated.Conversations with and without mats were video recorded and compared.Each participant responded to a questionnaire about how they experiencedthe conversations. Analysis with Effectiveness Framework of FunctionalCommunication showed that two participants increased their communicativeeffectiveness using Talking Mats®. Feelings of participation increased forall participants and were significantly higher for participants withHuntington's disease.

The aim of this essay is to problematize the role of living support in a group home and to examine staff reflections about the users' opportunities for and possibly limits to self determination and, in addition to this, how they work towards supporting this right. The study is conducted through seven semi-structured qualitative interviews. The theoretical points of departure are theories of empowerment and paternalism. We have analysed the study results from the vantage point of these theories. The results are consistent with earlier research showing lack of guidance for supporters and also a lack of common approach towards users..

I den här studien undersöks hur vägledning av nyanlända elever på grundskolan går till utifrån ett vägledarperspektiv. Undersökningen är förlagd till grundskolor i Stockholms stad som har förberedelseklasser på högstadienivå. Genom en kvalitativ metod har studie- och yrkesvägledare intervjuats om arbetssätt, syn på användande av tolk vid samtal och hur de själva ser på sina styrkor och svagheter som vägledare. Resultatet visar att i de flesta fall blir det samtal som är baserade på information istället för vägledning. Informationen handlar om IVIK och vägen dit.

The study deals with young people with visual impairment and their choices of upper secondary school, what is behind and how they are affected by other aspects and other people around them. It also describes how these students experience the career counseling they received for the election. This has been the purpose of the study and was examined through qualitative method and interviews with five young people aged 15 to 21 years with severe visual impairment or blindness. The results and conclusion is that these young people are greatly affected by their parents in choice of upper secondary school and that the school?s attitude to the pupil has a major impact on whether the pupil chooses the school.

This study explores Environmental Storytelling techniques and whether these can beused in combination with each other to lead a player through a game scene in aspecific pattern, affect the player?s narrative and exploratory view and explorewhether Self-paced Exploration can be combined with these techniques.It is a qualitative study conducted by six gaming sessions with accompanyinginterviews in which six people get to play one of three versions of the same gamescene. The only differences between the scenes are the different guidance techniquesused. The informants' movement patterns are identified and interviews recorded byaudio, as well as screen recording. Companies and organizations are expected to a greater extent communicate their environmental work to the world surrounding them in a trustworthy and structured way. Lack of information or information that is incorrect may bring farreaching consequences. Communication is mentioned in several of the ISO 14001-standards. But what is missing is a guideline how companies should act to create and be sure of the quality of the data that can be used in the environmental communication.
