The purpose of this study was to analyze and develop a workflow for assessing and representing the value of ecosystems to professionals involved in municipal planning. A thorough literature review was conducted and supplemented by interviews and observations. Frameworks for ecosystem service assessments were analyzed and combined with methods in urban planning in order to assess social and ecological conditions. A workflow was set up and methods were evaluated by applying them to a case study in the area ÅstrĂ„ket in Uppsala. Experience from the case study was compiled in order to improve the workflow.Complex assessments were identified and simplified for the method to be useful for practitioners.

Section 25-27, i.e. the rights of priority of the Employment Protection Act, is a form of post-employment protection which exists to support those employed on a part-time basis and former employees. When a vacancy arises an employer should first and foremost offer part-time employees employment at a higher level of occupation or offer employment to former employees. The various types of employment contracts, other than those valid for an indefinite term, have increased during the last decades on the Swedish labour market. Labour hire has become more common and therefore we find it interesting to investigate how the rights of priority apply.The purpose of this thesis is to describe and analyze the law with regards to labour hire when people with rights of priority are available.

EU, IAASB och PCAOB har under senaste tiden belyst behovet av att vÀsentligen förÀndra innehÄllet i dagens revisionsberÀttelse, detta genom att utarbeta en mÀngd förslag pÄ vad revisionsberÀttelsen bör innehÄlla. Förslagen har vÀckt stora debatter dÀr dessa framförallt kritiseras för att vara vÀldigt omfattande och krÄngliga. Vi saknar tidigare studier som utreder vilken information revisionsberÀttelsen bör innehÄlla och söker dÀrför, i denna studie svaret pÄ den frÄgan ur privata investerares perspektiv. FÄr att nÄ dit utreder vi privata investerares förstÄelse och tillÀmpning av dagens revisionsberÀttelse, vilka förvÀntningar privata investerare har pÄ revisorns roll och ansvarsomrÄden samt utreder hur privata investerare vÀrderar olika förslag pÄ ny information i revisionsberÀttelsen. Avslutningsvis utreder vi vilken effekt utbildning, i synnerhet en större teoretisk kunskap om revision har pÄ uppfattningen, detta genom att dels studera privata investerare, i form av medlemmar frÄn aktiespararna, men Àven genom att studera revisionsstudenter.Studien genomförs genom tvÄ enkÀtundersökningar.

Abstract Spiritual gardening, historical perspective and epistemology, - how do these concepts connect? A review of the ideologies of four pragmatic growers. The purpose of this thesis is: ? to present an alternative forthcoming perspective on knowledge, that may be of significance for future theories and knowledge about growing and gardening. ? to lift experiences with Nature Spirits into an academic context, that permits us a closer look at the phenomenon. ? to contribute to an academic platform connecting humanistic and natural sciences. The intention of this text is to bridge the differences between the strictly rational traditions of knowledge and those more experience based ones. The thesis wants to show that much can be won if feeling based and mental reflections once again are approached as equal sources of knowledge. The aim is to give an orientation about the subject of Nature Spirits. The interesting fact is not whether (that) one can talk to nature, but how one does it and that more can be understood about nature and the reality that the established sciences study. The form for this study of literature is a describing presentation; to put names on and give wording to the phenomena of Nature Spirits and Plantdevas. The sources of literature are four pragmatic practitioners of spiritual gardening who have written extensively about their own work.

If not developing their gross motor skill children tends to avoid taking part in games and sports. The benefits of sports and outdoor activities such as social and health benefits can therefore be missed.

För att nÄ undersökningens syfte kommer historielÀrarnas perspektiv pÄ temat samt deras erfarenhet i arbetet med kulturarv att analyseras. Undersökningen Àr avgrÀnsad till gymnasieskolor i VÀstsverige, huvudsakligen i Kungsbackas och Göteborgs kommuner. Ytterligare ett syfte med uppsatsen Àr att föreslÄ möjliga aktiviteter och genomförbara projekt för att belysa kulturarvet i gymnasieskolan.TeoriI uppsatsen betraktas skolan och det pedagogiska perspektivet samt lÀrandet och bildning utifrÄn en sociokulturell synvinkel. Den hÀr studien argumenterar för vikten av meningsskapande och arbetet med detta i den in-ledande fasen i projektorganisation. Det handlar om meningsskapande i en tillfÀllig projektor-ganisation, nÀmligen det lokalutredningsprojekt som skapats inom VÀxjö kommun för att ut-reda de kommunala gymnasieskolornas och Komvux lokaler och verksamheter. Det teoretiska ramverket grundas i Weicks teorier om den meningsskapande processen. Inspiration har sedan hÀmtats frÄn nutida forskare som von Platen, Simonsson och Ericson. In this essay I present an outline and examination of the Finnish Luther research, withan aim to learn more about some different aspects of Luther?s teaching on justificationas sanctification, and sanctification as the growth of the new man. I will also draw myattention to the formal language of metaphysics, as it is continuously employed by Luther to depict the issues and the content of his reformation theology. Apart from the program of research in Helsinki, I have turned to the writings of Luther himself; and I have as well tried to engage in a broader survey of Luther-scholars, some of which seem to, or in fact, support the Finnish interpretation, others which raise a critical stance towards it. The later portion of the essay picks up on the Finnish critique of dominant 19th and 20th century German Lutheran theologians, such as Albrecht Ritschl and Gerhard Ebeling.
