Att vara sjuksköterskestudent innebär mycket klinisk praktik. Möjlighet erbjuds att känna på hur det dagliga arbetet organiseras på klinikerna. Erfarenheter av detta gav inspiration till denna studie. Hur upplever människor att vara del av en organisation? Syftet med studien var att sammanställa beskrivningar av upplevelser från beprövade sätt att organisera omvårdnadsarbetet inom sjuksköterskans område.

Fighting against accidents with elderly involved have come to be one of the west world's greatest challenges together with the climate changes and epidemics, and in order to fight against these accidents SDF Centre, Gothenburg appointed a man to the post as a caretaker.The aim of this master thesis is to analyse whether the implementation process and the systematic work correspond with Vedungs implementation theory and also put forward arguments for and against a masculine entrance into promotion old-age care; if it strengthens or is a take-off from the classical sexual roles.The thesis main theory is Evert Vedungs theory of implementation, which is constituted of eight factors which facilitates an implementation process. In order to theorise the sexual roles I have appropriated a gender perspective, constituted of multiple researchers and authors.The conclusion I have received through the qualitative interviews carried out with actors involved in the implementation process, is that the security services implementation correspond well with Vedungs implementation theory, hence the implementation has proceeded efficiently. The classical sexual roles is on one hand strengthened through a masculine possession of the security service, and on the other hand can the masculine entrance in the old-age care entail that more men apply for promotion old-age care work..

Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur man utformar en effektiv alfabetiseringsundervisning för vuxna andra-språksinlärare inom ramen för sfi. Studien syftar till att ta reda på vad det innebär att arbeta med analfabeter och vad man didaktiskt, samt organisatoriskt på styrningsnivå, kan göra för att effektivisera undervisningen. Studien har en kvalitativ utgångspunkt och ett induktivt angreppssätt som utgår från den iterativa teorin grundad teori. Resultatet bygger på semistrukturerade kvalitativa intervjuer av sex informanter. Fyra av informanterna i studien är verksamma alfabetiseringslärare, som alla arbetar på kommunala skolor i stora städer i Sverige, och två av informanterna är experter, eller så kallade eliter, inom ämnet.

The aim of this study is to illuminate and discuss a case of political steering, specifically Managment-By-Objectives (MBO) in Swedish municipalities, from a democratic perspective. The essay examines a discrepancy between MBO in the Swedish municipalities and democratic theory.To fulfil the aim of the study one leading politician and one leading civil servant from five municipalities have been interviewed on this matter. This material is discussed in the light of a democratic theory constructed specifically for this essay. The democratic theory consists of three main democratic values in the democratic process: debate, transparence and the ability to demand political accountability.The main conclusion is that there is a contradiction in the use of MBO and the democratic values of debate, transparence and the ability to demand political accountability. MBO has resulted in a lack of debate and transparency and furthermore, it has made it increasingly more difficult to demand political accountability..

Med dagens låga ränta lånar privatpersoner mer än någonsin för att finansiera sina bostadsköp. Denna uppsats behandlar ränterisken en privatperson utsätter sig för vid bostadsköp då denne skall ta lån med fast ränta. Vanligtvis brukar det ta tre månader (90 dagar) från det att köpekontrakt skrivits på till att köpet genomförts. Genom att anta att ränteförändringarna är lognormalfördelade har jag kommit fram till att tvåårs och femårs räntan inte stiger betydande under 90 dagar. Slutsatsen jag dragit är att ränterisken är låg med dagens låga ränta..

Uppsatsens syfte är att undersöka den svenska regleringen på spelmarknaden inom Sveriges gränser. Dels vilket motiv som ligger bakom regleringen och vad det har fått för effekter på marknaden och samhället. Detta jämförs med om man skulle ha haft en helt oreglerad marknad med hjälp av grundläggande nationalekonomisk mikroekonomisk teori. Uppsatsens slutsatser är att regleringen motiveras främst av sociala skäl från statligt håll p g a av problemet med externa effekter, asymmetrisk information (konsumentsäkerhet) och ur omfördelningssynpunkt. The purpose of my study is to question the model service marketing triangle and propose an alternative ways of looking at service marketing. The study is based on a deep, qualitative research. In the research of the material an abductive approach has been used. The primary information sources are interviews with project workers, which are being analyzed together with the theoretical background in part argumentations in the course of the thesis. The past years in Sweden has been infected by a discussion about immigration and immigrants, both spoken in politics and media. The aim of this essay is to study the attitude about immigrants in the third period of immigration in Sweden found in the local press. And also what image the press gave of immigrants. Today older people?s health and life quality are current topics of conversation in society. The number of old people is increasing and their health is deteriorating, that is why there is a need of new ways of meeting their necessities. In this study we have tried to illustrate heads of districts reasoning concerning pets? significance for old people in special housing.

The purpose with this work is to describe the language that is built around the chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) in Sweden. Our questions are: What does the professional field look like; who writes, about what and for which kind of readers? How do they describe the expressions and the upcoming of CFS? For which reasons can CFS be considered as a medical diagnosis/illness? How can CFS be understood from a social perspective? Our theoretical starting point is a social constructive theory and also Karin Johannisson's theory about medicalization and Foucault?s theory about power. We have from a literature-exposition of Swedish articles from 1989 to 2006, done a social constructive discourse analysis with help from Laclau & Mouffe's discourse theory, and Fairclough's model of social practices. In our textual analysis we found three dominating discourses: A medical discourse, a social/cultural discourse and a general/popular discourse.

Festivalen gjorde ekonomisk förlust och föreningen kunde inte betala alla sina räkningar. (Enligt årsbokslutet gick man back med 3,9 miljoner kronor.) Man kan tänka sig att en sådan situation hotar förtroendet för Stockholm Pride hos festivalens besökare, volontärer, sponsorer, artister, olika aktörer och intressenter. Frågan hur man försöker återvinna förtroendet blir intressant. Hur kommunicerar Stockholm Pride? Hur försöker Stockholm Pride återskapa förtroende?TEORI Att återskapa förtroende är centralt för en organisation i kris.

Uppsatsen avhandlar en kombination mellan situationsteorin och utformningsprocessen av ett balanserat styrkort. Grundidén med situationsteorin är att valen som görs är drivna av ett rationellt handlande som ett svar på den situation som råder. Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka om omgivning, storlek, struktur och strategi kan vara viktiga påverkansfaktorer vid utformningsprocessen av ett balanserat styrkort och i så fall på vilket sätt. För att besvara detta har vi använt oss av relevant teori inom området för balanserad styrning samt situationsteori kopplat till situationsfaktorerna. Fallstudier har genomförts på Luleå kommun och SSAB Tunnplåt där respondenterna har varit personer som haft en god inblick i processen.

The main purpose of this paper is to examine and compare the democratic situation and developement in Malung and Nyköping, through a perspective of participatory and deliberative democratic theories. The questions I?ve examined are On what priorities the actions of developing democracy are built? Which positive effects have been reached and what problems have arisen? What are the solutions they have found to the problems? How does one experience the results of the experiments and actions taken? What are the similarities and differences between the two cases? and What is their relationship to the theories mentioned above?The questions are answered through interviews with four central actors in each case and examined in relation to participatory and deliberative democratic theories and in comparison of the two cases.The results have been that even if none of the cases respond to one theoretical ideal, they have touches of both theories as well as representative theory. It shows, however, that in Malung the representative democracy theory is the strongest represented in actions and politics, while in Nyköping the participatory democratic theory is stronger. In short, the most positive and negative effects respond well to the theories..

The theoretical aspects of rape were first discussed in the 1970?s mainly from the viewpoints of Susan Brownmiller and Michel Foucault. The aim of this literature study is to investigate the different perspectives on whether rape should be viewed as sex or violence, how the controversy has developed and what the authors claim that the different perspectives result in.
