This report deals with hard surfaces and the factors which are behind the criteria for dimensioning, also dependent on the level, or volume, of traffic. A test was made on slabs of two kinds of natural stone. This was made to see if the values that were reached for breakload was transferable to the same tables that the concrete industry is using for surface dimensions of slabs and paving stones. The test showed very high values and the result, together with the written study, led to the author?s suggestion for a classification table where slabs of natural stone were divided in to different classes depending on traffic, thickness and durability..

These questions lead to the following essay question; How are IT-incidents managed?Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to describe and discuss how IT incidents can be managed.Method: The writers of this essay have performed a case study at ICA, a Swedish food retail company. Eleven interviews with nine different persons have been carried out. The interviews are analyzed in the chapter called Resultat och analys.Conclusion: Our conclusion is that there are both similarities and differences in Dept.

The purpose of this essay is to analyze and clarify what?s behind the success of artistsin the music sector and what characterizes sustainable success for these. We arecurious about what lies behind the success of an artist and what makes an artist have asustainable career. The essay is based on a qualitative approach where six interviewshave been performed with people in various positions in the Swedish music industry. The interviewees have been selected after their knowledge and experience within thefield.

Syfte: Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur interpersonell beröring från en anställd, i form av ett handslag, förändrar kundens uppfattning av shoppingupplevelsen. Vidare ämnar studien att väcka intresse för ämnet likväl som att ge rekommendationer för vidare forskning av det taktila sinnets och den interpersonella beröringens betydelse i marknadsföringssammanhang.Metodik: Studien är utförd genom en kvantitativ undersökningsmetod med ett deduktivt angreppssätt. Ett teoretiskt ramverk presenteras, utifrån vilket hypoteser i sin tur har formulerats. För att kunna testa de framtagna hypoteserna har ett fältexperiment utförts på Teknikmagasinet i Kalmar. Utifrån analyser av resultaten har generella slutsatser dragits, vilka ligger till grund för rekommendationer för framtida forskning inom ämnet sinnesmarknadsföring med fokus på det taktila sinnet och interpersonell beröring.Resultat: Studiens resultat visar vidare att interpersonell beröring, i form av ett handslag, påverkar shoppingupplevelsen på ett positivt sätt.

Marknadsaktiviteter vid produktlansering är ett samarbete med Haglöfs Scandinavia AB. Våren 2010 utfördes ett samarbetade med Haglöfs då ett underlag för utökat produktsortiment inom konfektion togs fram. AbstractA useful tool for companies to use in their differentiation process is proposed to be employee branding. Employee branding is developed and put forth by the management with the main task to formulate the brands vision and values, and communicate them to the employees. To promote the employee engagement and their relationship with the company, corporate storytelling can be applied, with is an internal communication that strengthens the internal rumour and values that represent the brand. Since engagement and motivation is important factors when creating a strong employee brand, there is a need for further research on how corporate storytelling is used by companies to influence employee engagement and motivation, as corporate storytelling leads to deeper commitment among employees.PurposeThe purpose of this paper is to explore how companies use corporate storytelling to influence their employee branding.MethodologyThe authors conducted a qualitative case study on how the retail organization Boomerang. The empirical material was collected thru semi-structured interviews with Boomerangs management and employees.ConclusionThe conclusion shows that the employees prefers when corporate storytelling and various communication is put in context, this because it?s easier for the employees to understand.

Their existence has made it easier for the customer and reservation can be made anytime and anywhere. The competition has intensified between the three retailers and the traditional alternatives must find new ways to survive.

3nine has developed oil mist separators for the manufacturing industry. They are used in factories and workshops in Sweden as well as many other countries. The basis for this thesis is to investigate the performance of these separators in applied environments under different circumstances and to find factors that influence the performance. It has been shown both theoretically and in laboratory environments that the sizes of the particles in the oil mist influences the performance of separation. This is to be verified under applied circumstances as well.The separators also have in most cases, after the centrifugal separation, HEPA-filters mounted that separates the remaining oil mist.

Avdelningen Forestry på Consultants to Government and Industry (CGI) i Gävle utvecklar många olika programvaror som används i skogsindustrin. Med tiden har det uppstått ett behov av ett förenklat program som kan användas i mobiltelefoner. CGI ville att en prototyp tas fram för utvärdering, samt att en förenklad undersökning görs med avseende på vad som är lämpligast emellan en mobil applikation (s.k. ?app?) eller en mobilanpassad webbapplikation (webbapp).
