Fastighetsmarknaden har visat på ett växande behov av ett hjälpmedel för fastighetsvärderaresom underlättar implementeringen av byggnaders gröna egenskaper i värderingsprocessen,samt för att investerare ska kunna se specifika gröna egenskapers effekt på fastighetsvärdet.Användningen av ett flertal olika miljöklassningssystem på marknaden skapar svårigheter vidjämförelse. RICS har tagit fram ett utkast på en hållbarhetschecklista för att kompletteravärderingsutlåtandet med en utökad beskrivning av fastigheterna med en systematiskredovisning av egenskaper relevanta ur ett hållbarhetsperspektiv. Dess syfte är att tydliggöraskillnader och öka utbudet av tillgänglig transaktionsdata med en påföljande ökad transparenspå fastighetsmarknaden.Studien syftar till att undersöka hur en hållbarhetschecklista kan tas fram, se ut och fungera,samt om den kan implementeras i ett projekt för en samhällsfastighet. Genom att använda migav utkastet från RICS och intervjua aktörer på fastighetsmarknaden har en lista tagits framsom jämförts med miljöklassningssystemen och implementerats på ett specifikt projekt.Utfallet har sedan analyserats och legat till grund för de slutsatser som dragits.Resultatet av studien visar att den lista som utgår från RICS ?Sustainability Checklist? medrelevanta hållbarhetsaspekter kan implementeras även på samhällsfastigheter då dessa inneharliknande egenskaper som de kommersiella fastigheterna, med vissa skillnader, somövergripande beror av: budgetrestriktioner, lokala förhållanden samt regleringar frånkommunen och övriga parter.

It has now passed two years since the new site- and construction law, PBL, went into force. It replaced the previous PBL applicable since 1987, and it involves relatively large changes in many different areas of the construction sector. The ambitions of the new law are for instance to simplify and clarify the legal text, increase efficiency in the permitting processes and improve the quality of construction. To achieve this, a variety of changes was made. Some of the most important are: inserted deadline in the processing of building applications, extended assessment of building applications, revised rules about controlplan and quality manager, a certificate is required to start and end the project, an additional meeting is inserted and the construction management of the municipalities will have to do a mandatory visit at the work scene.

This thesis investigate how energy efficient measures has spread throughout the data centers in Sweden. These questions are put up against a theoretical use of such concepts such as green IT, technological evolution, large technical systems and knowledge dissemination. These theories are used to answer the questions that are encountered during the study, such as how green IT is approached, how big of a role environmental thinking has had in the evolvement of these new technologies. The study has been conducted in a longitudinal manner, it is an observation of the phenomenon that is data centers over a longer period of time. 23 non structured interviews spanning over 27.5 hours of recorded material have been conducted alongside a study of archived material.

Miljonprogram is a Swedish building program from 1964 to 1975. During that time about a million homes were constructed. Now, almost 50 years later, they are in desperate need of renovation. In order to fulfil the Swedish environmental objective to decrease energy consumption 50 per cent until 2050, considerable housing stock built under the Miljonprogram has to be renovated.Focus in this thesis is on the building services and theirs profitability that can decrease energy consumption in households build during the Miljonprogram. Building construction is not considered in this report.

This thesis is a comparative analysis of language policy in the Post-Soviet states Ukraine and Kazakhstan, wherein the states are seen as rational actors using language as an instrument in the nation-building process. With a take-off point in an underframe of theories on the nation, national identity, instrumentalism, power and the particular role of language in the nation-building process, this thesis shows that language is a key instrument used by the two states.The Ukrainian and Kazakhian language policies create and put across a certain image of the nation, by emphasising the titular languages as symbols of the new states. The line of argument in the language policy is a balance act between large-scale promotion of titular languages and a careful and inclusive attitude towards the Russian language. The biggest differences are that Ukraine, compared to Kazakhstan, has a more comprehensive and consequent language policy with a deeply rooted historic rhetoric. The most obvious instruments of the states in language policy is censuses, corpus-planning and the state choosing one official language..

En certifierad byggnad enligtmiljöbyggnad kan erhålla betyg guld, silver eller brons.Fallstudie har gjorts av brf Stenhuggaren, ett bostadsprojekt där 47bostadsrätter ska byggas, där byggherren HSB Göta:s ambition är attcertifiera byggnaden för Miljöklassning nivå Silver, som är ett led i attnå företagets övergripande klimatmiljömål.Arbetet har bestått av litteraturstudier, intervjuer med medverkandekonsulter i projektet, studier av konsulternas resultat av projekteringensamt undersökning av vad entreprenören ska göra i det praktiskagenomförandet av byggnationen för att säkerställa att uppställda målnås. This essay examines what some of the Swedish authorities? argument are for vegetation, what their grounds are for the arguments and why vegetation is important for the human health and experience. I have examined publications and reports from 6 different authorities on state- , regional and communal level. The authorities which publications I have studied are Boverket, Naturvårdsverket, Folkhälsoinstitutet, Miljödepartementet, Länsstyrelsen Skåne och Malmö Kommun. The publications has been analyzed by different themes; Children and young peoples influence of vegetation, Elderly and sick?s influence of vegetation, Human health, wellbeing and experience of vegetation, Vegetation at work, The influence of vegetation on stress and The effect of vegetation in the city.

The purpose of this report is to find a model of statistics for construction and demolition waste, which makes it useful for the local manager at the building site. The intention with the model is that it will be used as a support of the local manager, to direct his project towards reduced strain of the environment. The model will also be used to make it easier to control that the claims from authority and aims for the environment are achieved. To familiarise with the subject waste handling within the building and construction sectorI have done a literature search. I have also been studying rules and regulations regarding the waste handling.

Följande rapport är resultatet av det examensarbete som utförts våren 2011 inom innovativ produktion/logistik vid Mälardalens Högskola. Examensarbete behandlar ämnet Green Production med fokus på skillnader mellan ett produktionssystem som bygger på Lean Production och ett som bygger på Green Production. Områden som berörs i rapporten är de verktyg som används i de olika produktionssystemen, hur arbetet med miljöförbättrande åtgärder kan se ut i praktiken samt vilka svårigheter som finns vid arbete med miljöförbättrande åtgärder i ett företag. Examensarbetet består av en litteraturstudie där aktuell litteratur studerats inom området samt en intervjustudie som genomförts med insatta inom miljöfrågor kopplat till produktion samt operatörer.Bakgrunden till examensarbetet grundar sig i att världen står inför en framtid där många utav de råmaterial som används idag vid produktion inte kommer att kunna nyttjas i framtiden. Detta i kombination med de miljöproblem som människan åsamkat, har bidragit till att många företag insett att miljöaspekter måste vara i åtanke genom hela produktionsprocessen.Den uppfattning som erhållits genom intervjustudierna är att det är viktigt för ett företag att visa att de arbetar med miljöförbättrande åtgärder.

The design of buildings is today considered to be crucial for obtaining sustainable development. Research concerning sustainable building is considered to be a Swedish area of strength and development projects as Hammarby Sjöstad and Bo01 are often pointed out as Swedish prime examples of sustainable building. Some still argue though, that that these projects should not be presented as sustainable, due to its incompetence to meet their objectives. This contradiction has attracted my curiosity. By doing this study I hope to gain understanding about the difficulties Bo01 and Hammarby Sjöstad are surrounded with and its significance for sustainable development.

Building with volume element is relatively new and has started to increase more and more. The regulations that exist to regulate and determine how the transports of volume elements are to be conducted are diffuse and not very well adjusted to address the issues with transporting volume elements. Today there are a number of instances that a company has to turn to in order to get a somewhat different view, what regulations say and interpret it in order to know what applies and not applies regarding the transportation of volume elements. regulations. The rules that are in place make it tough for the volume element producing companies to develop and continue to be active on the market.

The aim of this report was to investigate the economy of passive houses. The work was focused on economy in total and on the economy of different components such as windows, insulation, heat exchanger and the air tightness of the climate shell. No attention was paid on the comfort factor or to the impacts on the environment.Two houses, aspiring to be passive were chosen; A big one and a small one. Hence, comparisons considering the size of the building have been possible to do as well.The comparisons were made by calculating ?break even? between two concepts; passive and BBR- concept.

Förslag på hur Arkitekturskolan kan ritas och programmeras om för att bli en offentlig byggnad i staden som ger mycket tillbaka till Stockholms invånare. Form och program är utformat att ge alla som befinner sig i och utanför byggnaden en ny syn på staden där inte bara gatuplan är offentligt och takplan är privat. In the EU there are EC Directives that Member States of EU should follow. Sweden has undertaken to transpose EC Directives regarding the working environment to Swedish Provisions.  In 4 April 2006, the European Commission had some criticism against the Swedish implementation of the Construction Sites Directive. The Swedish Work Environment Authority has in response to this criticism reworked the Work Environment Act and related provision about building and civil engineering work. The changes came into force 1 January 2009.These changes have resulted in some working methods and even new responsibility subjects must be reviewed. The purpose of this exam project was to investigate if contractors and clients in the construction sector, had have time to update themselves on this front and adapt to these changes.
