Som konsult gör man oftast en punktinsats och går sedan vidare. Hur ska man gå tillväga för att försäkra sig om att sin insats fortsätter att ha påverkan även efter att man har lämnat organisationen? I denna studie har fyra olika målstyrningsprojekt kvalitativt undersökts. Gemensamt för projekten har varit att de är hämtade från verkligheten och är nyligen avslutade. I studie insamlades 14 enkätsvar och 15 intervjuer utfördes med folk från projektledarroller i projekten.

Densification is one of the urban visions for sustainable development - a vision that has become a part of the solution to the unsustainable sake dilemma. With the dense city land will be saved, energy consumption reduced and social cohesion improved. The dense city is considered to be ecologically, economically and socially sustainable. Applying an urban design concept has thus proven to be problematic. Density has been found to be a complex concept which is far more complicated than measuring how much built surface that needs to be covered. It is also not disputed what different degrees of densification mean and whether densification in itself is sustainable.

During my studies to become a guitar builder at Carl Malmsten CTD, I have found an interest in the construction of the classical guitar. I am fascinated by the simplicity of its construction. A simplicity that becomes more complex when you start to study it in detail.In my final thesis I will not try to explain this complexity. The subject is to investigate two different principles regarding its construction. I would like to find out if the sayings concerning one of the principles will yield a guitar with greater ability to produce volume and projection.At a close distance the difference between the guitar?s volumes is not to speak of, but a significant difference can be seen regarding one of the guitars ability to project its sound.

AbstractThe purpose of this paper is to examine how the religious education is implemented in junior and grammar school. As a base for my examination I used two private schools and two municipal schools. My main goal was to get a better view of the content of the education, the treatment of the students and the conditions for the students to get a greater understanding and respect for others? religious beliefs and opinions through education. To reach this goal I did interviews and field studies which means that the paper has a qualitative approach.The examination showed clearly that the private schools spend a lot more education time on their respective religions while the municipal schools have a more comprehensive education.

The purpose of this report is to investigate teachers views of whether pupils with Asperger Syndrome, autistic symptoms or ADHD shall go in ordinary classes or special groups. The study tells you about what difficulties these pupils often have, what adjustments they need in their schoolsituation and the positive and negative effects of joining a special group.A teacher for special needs, two teachers in special groups and two teachers in ordinary classes have been intervjued and earlier made researches have been studied.The conclusions of this study are that the decision of whether a pupil shall go in a normal class or a special group must be made individually. Most pupils who are capable to profit from the training in a normal class and pass their examination, shall go in a normal class. The greater part of the recommended adjustments are possible to do in a normal class. But it requires more resourses and teachers with better knowledges about theese handicaps..

Sociala medier utgår från en tvåvägskommunikation, vilket innebär att mottagaren har möjlighet att integrera med företag. Denna sorts marknadsföring har utvecklats och utgör en stor del av hotellens marknadsföring, via denna sorts kommunikation kan hotellet utveckla en starkare relation med gästen.Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka hur interaktionen via sociala medier kan stärka relationen mellan gäst och hotell.      Uppsatsen är en litteraturstudie baserad på fem vetenskapliga artiklar, de valdes ut för att besvara uppsatsens syfte. Resultatet tar upp vikten av att vara medveten om möjligheter och risker med sociala medier för hotell. Sociala medier ger möjligheten till att förmedla sin vision till en bredare publik, och via detta stärka sitt varumärke.

This essay follows a Media Teacher in her work as a coordinator and an artistic leader for a European project called Legalopoli concerning laws and ethics in a senior level school for 13-16 year-olds in Mora, Sweden. The students write film stories about how their characters have to make choices in ethical dilemma situations. Then the learners create interactive computer games together through practical film work. At the same time we can see how the educator also gets into difficult ethical situations, when she is working with the students. This forces her to self-reflection.

24-timmarsmyndigheten är en vision om att myndigheter skall erbjuda medborgare och företag e-tjänster över Internet dygnet runt. De e-tjänster, inom ramen för 24 timmarsmyndigheten, som föreslås finnas på en kommuns webbplats är föreslagna utifrån ett producentperspektiv, alltså utifrån kommunernas egna förvaltningar. Det finns inga, eller få, undersökningar som visar på vilka e-tjänster som föreslås eller prioriteras utifrån ett konsumentperspektiv, alltså från kommuninvånare och företag.I arbetet undersöks vilka förslag på e-tjänster som föreslås utifrån ett konsumentperspektiv, om de e-tjänster som framkommit skiljer sig mot de e-tjänster som föreslagits utifrån ett producentperspektiv samt om e-tjänster prioriteras lika utifrån de båda perspektiven.Efter intervjuer med både kommuninvånare och företag dras slutsatsen att det finns skillnader mellan ett konsumentperspektiv och ett producentperspektiv när det gäller e-tjänster. Även om likheterna är större finns det skillnader både när det gäller föreslagna e-tjänster och prioritering av dessa. Alltså behövs ett konsumentperspektiv tas i beaktande vid utveckling av e-tjänster på kommuners webbplatser..

The aim of this Masters thesis is to examine the accessibility in public libraries for persons with dyslexia and visually impaired persons. In order to do this, library services, information and attitudes have been studied. Data have been collected through interviews and studies of documents, in particular guidelines for library service to disabled persons. The theoretical starting point of the analysis is Professor Michael Bucklands different aspects of access to information. He discusses six types of barriers that must be overcome if access is to be achieved.

Leber´s hereditary optic neuropathy (LHON), a disease affecting vision, is caused by several point mutations in mitochondrial DNA. Mutations leading to a defect NADH ubiquinone oxidoreductase protein will affect the respiratory chain and cause a disturbed ATP production. It is still unknown why this defect leads to the degeneration of retinal ganglion cells and cells in the opticus nerve as well as demyelination of axons in these areas. Analysis of mitochondrial DNA is an important tool in the diagnosis of the disease. At the present time analysis is based on cleavage by restriction enzymes, which only detects two of the most frequent mutations: m.3460G>A and m.11778G>A.

The purpose of the essay is to discuss from the theory about the established and the Outsiders if the Culture Centre Blå Stället can serve as a meeting point between the majority of the people and the minority of the people in Gothenburg. The idea of Blå Stället is that it shall work as a house available for everyone and as a cultural meeting point between people in and outside Angered. I argue if Blå Stället really is a place where people from Gothenburg as a whole go or if there are some hindrances for their visions. My study is comprised of interviews with three of the staff at Blå Stället. With the theory about the established and the outsiders I want to show that the division in the city between ?them? and ?us? has to do with differences of power.

Information technology has become an integral part of our everyday lives. The Web is an important part of this development, however, web pages can be inaccessible to many groups of users. The purpose of this thesis is to examine the accessibility of Swedish public library websites. Besides examining the general accessibility, this study also covers whether any specific aspect of accessibility is particularly poor and if so which groups may be affected. In addition, this study also examines whether a correlation can be found between the degree of accessibility and the size of the website.
