This thesis aspires to construct a routing optimization method customized for Volvo Powerstrain?s manufacturing plant in Skövde, Sweden. In order to enforce Volvo?s own understanding and control of there own organization, as well as optimize the utilization of the in-house tow trains, the BRO methodology where created. The main purpose of this study was to inquire into personality and the state anxiety in relation to career decidedness scale among students in upper secondary school. The participants were 124 students in three grades and respectively non vocationally oriented classes. The participants were asked to grade themselves on a scale in relation to the statements regarding, state of decidedness for career choice, personality (NEO FFI, Costa & McCrae, 1985. Sweden, Gerontologic Center) and anxiety (AnTI, Wells, 1994). The results showed no significant relationship between personality and state of anxiety that could be connected to the decidedness for career choice.

The question this study aims to examine is: How do audit firms adapt its operating control in order to meet changes in the environment? This question lead to a second question which the study also aims to examine and is How is the abolishment of the statutory auditing influencing the accounting firms goals, measures and focus in the balanced scorecard? The conclusion of this study shows that the abolishment of the statutory auditing has had an influence on the balanced scorecard.

Aim: The analysis model was introduced after several audit-scandals in order to enhance the confidence in the auditors? independence. Our purpose with this essay is to find out if the auditors experience that the stakeholders? confidence in their review of the financial information has increased as a result of the analysis model. We also strive to describe the function of the analysis model in order to give the reader a deeper understanding in this subject.Method: The scientific approch we have used in this essay is a qualitative survey method, in order to find out the auditors opinion and attitude regarding the analysis model and whether the stakeholders? confidence in the financial information has increased as a result of its introduction.

The starting point of this work has been to get knowledge about teachers working in a mathematical workshop with the students. I also wanted to investigate what students think about math, both within the workshop and in traditional teaching.To achieve this I chose to interview a teacher in charge within the framework of a mathematical workshop, and six students in the 5th grade. I also did a lesson observation with the purpose to see how well the teacher?s tutoring agrees with the results of the interview.In this study I have discovered that the lessons in the mathematical workshop are planned after what the students are working with in the textbook. The teacher opens the lessons with the whole class and then splits it up in groups.

Studien grundar sig i att undersöka varför vissa elever ?nöjer sig med godkänt?. Varför väljer vissa elever att sträva mot betyget E och andra mot A i samband med teoretiska prov? Fyra elever på ett yrkesförberedande gymnasieprogram har intervjuats i denna kvalitativa studie för att förstå vilka motivationsaspekter som kan påverka elever i sina studier. Resultatet visar bland annat att elever värderar betyg olika, någon elev tvivlar på sin förmåga att kunna prestera ett A, samt att eleverna påverkas av sina klasskamraters studiemotivation.
