Suicid/självmord är idag enligt världshälsoorganisationen WHO en av de 20 vanligaste dödsorsakerna och det är välkänt att risken för suicid ökar vid depression. Psykiatrisjuksköterskor möter dagligen patienter där de är skyldiga att bedöma hur stor risken är att patienten tar sitt liv. Det har hittills funnits lite forskning angående hur psykiatrisjuksköterskorna erfar det är att göra dessa bedömningar och syftet med studien var därför att beskriva psykiatrisjuksköterskors erfarenheter av suicidriskbedömning hos patienter med depressiv ohälsa. Studiens design var av kvalitativ art där intervjuer genomfördes med 10 psykiatrisjuksköterskor inom allmänpsykiatrisk öppenvård. Data analyserades med stöd av kvalitativ innehållsanalys och mynnade ut i ett resultat om fyra huvudkategorier med tillhörande subkategorier.

Dagens och framtidens avancerade vård flyttas alltmer ut i patientens hem. Utskrivning från den slutna vården sker i allt snabbare takt, större krav ställs på hemsjukvården. Överlämning och rapportering av patienten mellan olika funktioner och personal skall ske så att patientens omvårdnadsbehov tillgodoses på ett tillfredsställande sätt. Studiens syfte var att beskriva överlämnande och rapportering i patientens hem från distriktssköterska till ambulanspersonal. Postenkät, med slutna frågor av Likert typ och med möjlighet att motivera svaren, har använts i studien.

After that the number of power plants increased and the competition got more intense, there were higher demands on the reliability. One way to secure the reliability with a good satisfaction at the power plants is to implement a maintenance method named Reliability-Centred Maintenance. RCM is a result of the introduction of the complex aeroplane Boeing 747 in the 1960?s.

With this essay we want to describe the transformation process that the real estate owner has to go through to sell the current rented flats to tenant. We also want to provide an understanding how the valuation is performed in the transformation process and highlight the issues that affects the price in the valuations. In the essay we would like to see if the valuation and the transformation process differ in a public real estate company compared to a private real estate company. Based on this we have asked us the following question to answer: -Is there any differences in how real estate?s are valued in the transformation process between public real estate companies and private real estate companies? We have used a qualitative approach to keep our main question.

This study was made to see too what extent Swedes uses consumptive resources such as berries and mushrooms, game meat and meat from fish in their household on a yearly basis. I have also looked into the difference between rural and urban areas in Sweden. Further aim was to determine what factors that correlates with the participation in berry and mushroom picking and the use of game and fish meat within the household. The study was conducted in form of a mail survey that was sent to randomly chosen persons in every municipality in the six northern most counties in Sweden and in the county of Stockholm. In addition a sample was sent to randomly chosen persons on a national level.The results showed there is a difference in use between rural and urban areas in Sweden in all 4 investigated consumptive resources.

This paper is based on a study seeking answers to questions about how the judges at district courts look at mediation as a way to deal with custody and visitation disputes between parents who do not live together. The questions posed in this study are: When is a mediator appointed? What result do judges expect to mediation? What do the judges say about how a mediator should work? What are the judge?s opinions about the lawyer?s role in these cases? Finally, how do the judges define the children?s needs and how do the judges check that the solution is best for the child? The study also aims to compile theories of mediation, to create new knowledge and to possibly develop new research questions related to mediation. The study is a qualitative case study with law sociological and abductive approach. The interviewed judges all have a lot of experience in family law cases.

AbstractThe purpose of this work is to contribute knowledge about the transition of children from preschool to preschool classes. The experiences of pedagogical staff, parents and children are described, based on four deepening questions. The questions are about what the actors experience as positive and what the difficulties were in the transition process, and they also cover the differences of children and collaboration between actors. The method consists of qualitative interviews with parents, children, and pedagogical staff. The interviews concern the experiences of transition from the different actors.

Bakgrund Inom dialyssjukvården möts dialyssjuksköterskor och patienter regelbundet flera gånger varje vecka, kanske under flera år. Detta medför många möten där relationer uppstår.Syfte Att beskriva dialyssjuksköterskors upplevelser och erfarenheter av långvariga vårdrelationer med personer med kronisk njursjukdom som kräver hemodialysbehandling.Metod Tolv dialyssjuksköterskor i Mellansverige intervjuades. Kvalitativ innehållsanalys genomfördes.Resultat Tillfredsställelsen av långa vårdrelationer med dialyspatienter berikar dialyssjuksköterskan både professionellt och som person. Möten med patienter under lång tid ger många positiva känslor och det är roligt att få följa patienternas utveckling. Upplevelsen av Komplexiteten i långa vårdrelationer, att möta och nötas mot samma patienter över lång tid, ibland över flera år kunde upplevas utmanande att i professionen hantera dessa på ett bra sätt.

Mental health problems among young people - causes and actions Results from several studies indicate that the prevalence of mental illness among young people has increased recently. This paper has a qualitative approach where three counselors and a school nurse was interviewed. The purpose of this study is to try to get an idea of how these staff are working with young people suffering from mental illness at school. The aim is also to examine whether there is an opportunity for the staff to work proactively to promote mental health..

Denna uppsats är en idéanalys av den mediala debatten av friskolor i dag. Vårt syfte med uppsatsen är att förstå den uppsjö av debatter om friskolor som uppkommit de senaste åren. Vi menar att media spelar en stor roll i skapandet av den bild svenska folket har av friskolor. Vår utgångspunkt är att analysera hur skolans funktion och valfrihet diskuterats i media.Tomas Englund, professor i pedagogik menar att synen på skolan har gått från att fokusera på likvärdighet och jämlikhet, till profilering och individuell anpassning.Så vad säger politikerna? Vår studie belyser att debatten om skolan är begränsad utifrån vissa normer, exempelvis att friskolan ska finnas men samtidigt vara under stark statlig kontroll.

This thesis is about how ideology affects the way leadership literature measures good and bad leadership qualities. The paper argues that ideological influences in leadership literature, from a teacher perspective, complicate the understanding of leadership in its practice and theory. The methodological tool used in this thesis is an idea- and ideology analysis approach applied on leadership literature that is used in teacher education. A theoretical discussion about the definition of leadership and its possible ideological connotations sets a frame for measuring ideological influences in the texts. The analysis from the textbooks showed clear signs of ideological influences when talking about leadership.

AbstractDigital media in general and social media in particular are becoming more and more important to businesses across the globe. It is an effective way to reach out to consumers and establish a good relationship with existing customers. Most companies today use digital media in order to market themselves and to establish good public relations. A lot of those companies have also realized the enormous marketing capabilities that social media provides. However, in spite of the plethora of possibilities that comes with social media it can also, in some cases, hinder the companies ? success.

In today's society it is becoming more and more important with direct marketing. Some of the direct marketing is done through e-mail, in which companies see an easy way to advertise himself. I did this thesis work at WebDoc Systems. They have a product that creates web documents directly in your browser, also called CMS. The CMS has a module for sending mass e-mail, but this module does not function properly and WebDoc Systems customers are dissatisfied with that part of the product.
