Photovoltaic Systems in Sweden has longbeen heavily dependent on subsidies and grants to bring in a profit for the investor. Production of excess electricity is a major reason for this as the compensation for excess electricity today is low. However, there are businesses that have an electricityneed that are particularly suitable for solar electricity. These businesses have an electricity demand when the sun shines the brightest and if the Photovoltaic System is properly scaled, the excess electricity can be minimized. A golf club is that kind of a business and this thesis aims to examinate the solar power potential for golf businesses in Sweden.Nine golf clubs was selected from different locations in Sweden.

Bakgrund: Andelen äldre ökar och allt fler blir äldre äldre. Kvinnor lever längre än män. Fysisk aktivitet bidrar till att vara oberoende långt upp i hög ålder och ett friskare liv. Inom golfidrotten har andelen äldre kvinnor ökat och det föranleder denna studie. Syfte: Belysa vad golfen betyder för kvinnor 65+ och äldre utifrån ett hälsofrämjande perspektiv och hur golf påverkar deras livskvalitet.

Syftet med studien har varit att undersöka faktorer som påverkar eleven vid val till lokalt idrottsgymnasium eller riksidrottsgymnasium inom idrotterna fotboll och golf samt undersöka hur eleverna upplever kombinationen skola/idrott och deras framtida målsättningar med sin idrott och sina studier.Undersökningen bestod av en enkät, vilken besvarades av 48 elever som studerade i årskurs 3 läsåret 2004/2005 på det lokala idrottsgymnasiet Borgarskolan i Gävle, riksidrottsgymnasiet golf i Perstorp och riksidrottsgymnasierna fotboll i Västerås och Norrköping. Undersökningen kompletterades med sex intervjuer, en instruktör, en lärare och fyra elever.Valet av idrottsgymnasium inom golf styrs, enligt denna undersökning, av bra träningsförhållanden samt en duktig instruktör. Att träningsgruppen håller hög kvalité har också betydelse. Föräldrarna har större påverkan vid val till riksidrottsgymnasium än vid val till lokalt idrottsgymnasium i både fotboll och golf. Vid val av idrottsgymnasium inom fotboll tycks valet främst påverkas av träningsförhållanden och kvalitén på träningsgruppen .

The purose of the study is to increase knowledge regarding systematic enviromentarl work in an organization that works with road services. Work on the road is done in a hazardous environment with constant danger regarding the life of the individual. The site of the work varies in accordance with where the needs ae . This requires skilled workers capable of working independently and that they are experienced din doing their own risk assessments in accordance with the individual believes that the situation calls for work to be performed safely. The study was conducted with a qualitative research approach in which four employees of different positions, knowledge, experience and vision to work in a hazardous environment were interviewed. The focus rests on the organization, management, and individual aspirations for a safe and secure working environment. The study adds weight to the relationship between the purchaser of the work and the organization as a prime contractor due to the compexity of the organization.

This essay describes how Örebro läns landsting operate concerning the delegation of work environment tasks in their organization. In the essay we review present law, with the focus on the delegation of work environment tasks. The purpose is to see if Örebro läns landsting are following the law in a correct way.Through interviews with people responsible for the work environment, and representatives for the workers in these questions, we could see how Örebro läns landsting were fulfilling there obligations in the role of employer. The result described how they were motivated and how they systematically worked with work environment issues. However, we could also see that the structure of the division of work environment tasks were inadequate.

My essay is on the subject of teachers work environment with focus on noise and communication. In the essay questions are raised on how a teacher can influence his or hers noisy work environment. A school is a large work place with many employees and is owned and administered by the county municipality which is an even bigger workplace. How big an acting space does a teacher have in such a large organization?My methods of research on these questions have been to conduct interviews and analyzing documentation from The Swedish Work Environment Authority.

The theme of this bachelor thesis in sociology has been developed through the perspective of ?grounded theory?, where the writers starting point touched the subject of integration in the organization Samhall in Sweden, an organization that hires disabled individuals that do not have enough working abilities to be hired any place else. From there, the methodology moved into a qualitative research through interviews with first generation immigrants hired at Samhall, where the result presented clear patterns of integration problems such as identification with an organization that does not have a normal way of working, the feelings of security which led to an unwillingness to leave the organization (which actually is the main goal of Samhall) and the stigmatized presumptions of the organization as such that makes it even harder to get a regular job on the open work market. These patterns were then put together with theories of stigma, cultural sociology and organizational identification, which three were the theoretical framework of this thesis. This study has contributed with an enlightenment of how it is to be an immigrant in a state governed organization and the consequences that follow when integrating an immigrant in a work disabled working environment. .

This is a Master´s Thesis based on my own idea instead of that of a company. It is a survey that focuses on finding out more about which part of the development process that is blocking the establishment of electronic scorecards on the golf market. Why has it not been introduced on the market in a larger scale yet, considering the technology we possess today? This question is investigated through interviews with the Swedish Golf association, and three companies that have chosen different paths to implement an electronic scorecard. The interviews focuses on finding out what developers and the association believe to be the main problem, before taking the next step in releasing electronic scorecards on a larger scale.

In this study, we have considered the impact the organization`s implementation of its vision of the psychosocial work enviroment has been for the relations between the employees. We have primarily relied on a hermeneutic approach to understand our empirical data, and when we have interpreted and made a socialpsycological analysis on our collected empirical data. We have used Smith´s Institutional Ethnography, Sheff`s Social bonds and Asplund`s theory of Social responsivity. To collect the empirical data we have combined quantitative and qualtitative methods and a textanalysis at a visiondocument in the aim of capture both the depht and the breadth of our chosen fields of study. The results we have found shows that the psycosocial work environment within the organization can be seen as interplay between individual and enviroment and between individuals as well and that this interaction is influenced by the organizational culture that is created by the organization`s political vision.

Syfte och frågeställningarSyftet var att undersöka om golf är en fysisk aktivitet som kan bidra till bättre hälsa hos äldre och kunna ordineras av läkare som fysisk aktivitet på recept vid åldersrelaterade välfärdssjukdomar. De frågeställningar som besvarades var om det förelåg någon skillnad i upplevd hälsa, levnadsvanor och faktisk hälsa mellan äldre kvinnor som spelar golf och äldre icke golfande kvinnor.MetodI studien deltog 36 kvinnliga golfare och 17 icke golfande kvinnor som var 65 år och äldre.Golfarna togs fram genom slumpmässigt urval bland medlemmar i golfklubbar i Stockholms län. Försökspersonerna rekryterade en anhörig vilken ingick i en kontrollgrupp. Ett frågeformulär med frågor om subjektiv hälsa och levnadsvanor besvarades av deltagarna. Därefter genomfördes ett styrketest, blodtrycksmätning, registrering av vikt och längd på undersökningsdeltagarna.ResultatDet framkom ingen skillnad mellan de båda grupperna i deras upplevda totala hälsa.

Att det har hänt väldigt mycket inom idrotten sedan dess start vet vi, men frågan är hur idrotten kommer att utvecklas i framtiden? Ett begrepp som blivit alltmer modernt inom svensk idrott på senare år är Sport management. Med tanke på att management eller sport inte är några nya företeelser så är sport management eller management of sport heller inga nya företeelser. För flera tusen år sedan anordnades matcher och tävlingar som arrangerades av managers. Idag har kommersialiseringen och professionaliseringen ökat och vuxit sig allt starkare inom den nationella idrottssektorn.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka socialt stöd hos svenska professionella golfspelare. För att besvara syftet undersöktes följande frågeställningar: (1) Hur upplever svenska professionella golfspelare socialt stöd? (2) Hur beskriver svenska professionella golfspelare socialt stöd? En intervjuguide baserad på Social Support Scale skapades och intervjuerna genomfördes på (N=10) professionella golfspelare. De var mellan 20-27 år och hade tävlat i golf mellan 6-14 år på både en nationell och internationell nivå. För att analysera resultatet användes en kvalitativ innehållsanalys med deduktiv ansats.

The aim of this thesis is to explore how a bookstore chain and a public library meet the needs of their customers through environmental scanning. The empirical material is derived from six semi-structured interviews with six informants, three from each organization, together with an analysis of internal documents. The method used is a case study and the theoretical framework is based on models used in the process of environmental scanning, as described by Choo, Hamrefors and Hedin & Sandström among others, and which facilitate a comparison of the environmental scanning of the two organizations. The results of the study indicate that the library, as a public organization with a mission in society, perceives the environment as society as a whole and all its members as their users, whereas the bookstore concentrates on the sectors of the environment that affect their sales. The consequences of these different views are that the library is more active in the environment and uses surveys as a basic source of information, while the bookstore is more passive, and relies on statistics for information.

Different safety measures are employed and they stem from local rules as well as from regulatory authorities. This work describes the development of a safety promoting tool at Forsmark Power Plant, one of Sweden?s three Nuclear power plants. We describe the development of a computer based system for Pre-Job Briefing and Post-Job Debriefing.

Non-profit organizations gain increasing attention in society but their legitimacy often decrease by scandals in separate organizations. Doctors without borders (MSF) constitutes an exception and has managed to retain their legitimacy. The aim of this study was to examine how MSF built and retained its legitimacy towards institutional actors in their environment, when the branch in general is suffering from a crisis of confidence. In a case study, this was done by identifying the institutional pressures on MSF and examining which strategies MSF uses to handle the pressures. The study was conducted through qualitative interviews with employees at MSF and actors in their environment.
