Syftet med detta examensarbete är att undersöka klämkraftens betydelse för ensilagekvalitetenför rundbalar. Därför gjordes ett försök på Svalövs Naturbruksgymnasium i maj 2008. Vårstudie var en del i ett större försök med fler olika led. Vårt försök bestod av 4 olika led: 25 ?mplast med 100 bars klämtryck, 25 ?m plast med 140 bars klämtryck, 19 ?m plast med 100bars klämtryck och 19 ?m plast med 140 bars klämtryck.

Cannabis är narkotika och omdiskuterat, särskilt när det gäller dess medicinska användning. Många rykten florerar om mot vad det kan användas till och ett flertal individer med olika sjukdomsbakgrund självmedicinerar sig med Cannabis. Cannabinoider som extraheras från Cannabis kan vara användbara för behandling av en rad olika sjukdomar. Detta arbete fokuserar på att ge en exposé av Cannabisalkaloidernas medicinska värde för personer som upplever smärttillstånd och dess terapeutiska effekt vid sjukdomarna Multipel Skleros (MS) och Parkinsons. Metoden som användes var en litteraturstudie och databaserna PubMed och Cochrane har använts för att ta fram informationen.Studien är baserad på fem artiklar, av vilka två fokuserar på smärtlindring, en på muskelstelhet i samband med MS, en på dyskinesi hos patienter med Parkinsons och en på tics hos individer med Tourettes syndrom.Smärtlindring noterades både i studien där patienterna led av HIV-orsakad smärta och i den neuropatiska smärtstudien.

Uppsatsen utgår från en aforism (§327) i Den Glada Vetenskapen av Friedrich Nietzche. Den tar sig an frågan om förhållandet mellan skratt, glädje och vetande i framförallt Nietzches tänkande. Det är dock inte en regelrätt Nietzche-studie som försöker härleda och urskilja dessa specifka begrepp. Istället utgör uppsatsen, med visst stöd i Gilles Deleuze, en fri undersökning av en serie Nietzchianska teman som knyts samman i frågan om vad ett glatt vetande kan betyda. Uppstatsen belyser hur Nietzches idé om glad vetenskap förhåller sig till befintliga teorier om humor - och hur vetandet självt har en "humoristisk dimension"..

In what French philosopher Gilles Deleuze labelled Control Societies, mechanisms reminiscent of censorship ? that is, restriction of information that administrators of power wish to regulate the spreading of ? are present in the concept of copyright. This kind of censorship has theadvantage of not being scrutinized by public eyes in the way that the work of institutionalized censorship agencies such as the Swedish Statens Biografbyrå was. It is not unlikely that expanded possibilities for punishing anyone who spreads copyrighted material will result in larger and larger areas that may not be accessed, as the avoiding of conflict and repressive actions will emphasize the behaviour to take detours around information that is deemed taboo and therefore suspicious and dangerous.The ACTA trade agreement is one proposed tool for such extended possibilities for punishment. This essay does not however claim that copyright and censorship are the same ? but rather that the institutional execution of power that was previously a matter of state censorship has a lot of similarities with current and prognosticated application of copyright laws by corporations.While claiming to protect the individual, the disciplinary power executed actually aims to protect the one executing it; the purpose of the power structure is to replicate itself..

All writing is determined by the social hierarchies that exist in a society, and thus the essay shows how Lispector uses a specific literary strategy in order to give voice to a character that would otherwise be invisible. Using the philosophy of Michel Foucault and Gilles Deleuze as a means of contextualization, the essay further discusses the social and political impact of Lispectors novel.Through a thematic close reading of the novel The Hour of the Star the essay aims to deepen the understanding of the unique characterization in the novel and its implications. The first chapter is devoted to an analysis of the first person narrative in the novel and its development into a extra diegetic narrative. Denna uppsats studerar kultserien Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997?2003) utifrån ett schizoanalytiskt perspektiv genom att applicera tre huvudsakliga begrepp inom Gilles Deleuzes och Félix Guattaris teorier på sju avsnitt, en från varje säsong; dessa begrepp är Anti-Oidipus, begärsmaskinen och krigsmaskinen. Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka huruvida vännerna i serien först och främst är en anti-oidipal familj. Den utgår från tre analysfrågor: Är de som en grupp en begärsmaskin? Är gruppen ?schizofren?? Utgör de tillsammans en krigsmaskin? Studien visar på karaktärernas samspel och sammanhållning som en grupp på ett sätt som visar att begreppet familj inte endast kan definieras av blodsrelationer utan av sammankopplingar vilka snarast är att beskriva som maskiner.

The aim of the thesis is to identify and investigate central themes in two video artworks, Poliisi and Pink Ball, by Swedish artist Annika Larsson. Moreover it is an investigation of the configurations of violence, and an enquiring whether these works have a social-minded intention.Elements in scenery, framing and narration are analysed with the term ?crystalline regime? (régim cristallin), described by French philosopher Gilles Deleuze, which defines the artificial as opposed to the purely representational. Processes within the narrations of the two works are analysed as rituals, which leads to an investigation of an internal sign-system and to the question whether the rituals in these works have a function. Theory by French philosopher Georges Bataille is used to analyse the ritual with no external purpose, which aims at an intense experience of life.

My essay is an examination of the poet Mina Loy and two poems that are essential in her authorship, these poems also represents a thematic entrance to Loys life and literary concepts. On the basis of Gunnar Harding preface and translation of selected poems from the collection Lunar Baedeker, I have chosen to look further at the poems Lunar Baedeker and Songs to Joanne, poems that accommodate contexts of an esthetical and linguistic complexion.Using terminology from the philosopher Gilles Deleuze as method for analysis, enabling an examination which proceeds from the concepts of nomadism, deterritorialization and line of flight. Sedan den första november 2009 ges alla homosexuella par som vill rätten att vigas i Svenska kyrkan. Lagen har varit omdiskuterad inom såväl Svenska kyrkan som bland partierna i riksdagen och tidigare har flera ställt sig klart negativa till homovigslar i Svenska kyrkan. I och med att Svenska kyrkan underordnar sig denna lag har den intagit en officiell ställning, men då debatten varit stor och oense har rått bland kyrkans verksamma tyder det på att det, bland annat, finns präster vars personliga inställning motsätter sig kyrkans.Svenska kyrkan skall vara öppen för alla och motarbeta diskriminering men samtidigt kan det, för den enskilde, var svårt att finna stöd i Bibeln, beroende på hur man tolkar den, för vigsel av homosexuella par i Svenska kyrkan. Att det här på många sätt är en tolkningsfråga som baseras på den enskildes tro och etiska förhållningssätt gör det svårt eller kanske till och med omöjligt att finna ett svar som alla berörda kan ställa sig bakom. Därför vill jag i min uppsats försöka belysa de skillnader som upplevs finnas inom Svenska kyrkan, vilka argument som används som stöd för de olika åsikterna samt hur det kommer sig att de berörda tycker och tror som de gör..

Abstract   Cinematic time is the most complex of all: it is composed of public time (clock), personal time (experienced) and in addition, it can run backwards, be contingent, stored and (re)created. The present study examines some aspects of cinematic time, with special reference to the instant, the moment and the present. The strictly defined instant or moment does not exist. It is a passage between the past and the future and it is impossible to record on film or a photograph. One example is the moment of death, which is an abstraction with zero duration.

Jag har i den här uppsatsen undersökt hur själva klassrummet som både materiellt och diskursivt rum är delaktigt i den subjektsskapande processen. I detta har jag använt mig av olika inspirationskällor. Dels har jag inspirerats av fysikern Karen Barards onto-epistemoligiska teori i vilken det materiella tillskrivs en påverkansmöjlighet i hur vi förstår oss själva och vad som händer med oss och dels Gilles Deleuze idéer kring flöden och tillblivelser för att försöka förstå hur ett klassrum kan skapa olika möjligheter och begränsningar. Dessutom har jag använt Michel Foucaults tankar om hur rummet kan förstås som en diskursiv kontrollmekanism, tankar som han utvecklat i texten ?Fogliga kroppar?.
