Är läkemedelsberoende en fråga för socialtjänsten?
The purpose of this thesis was to increase our understanding of how the social service in Sweden deals with reported incidents of addiction to medicines. Another purpose was to point out the different opinions concerning addiction to medicines amongst actors as well as possible ways to handle the problem.We have conducted a quantitative and qualitative e-mail survey targeting all communities in Sweden, with the ambition of gaining further knowledge about the role and responsibility of the social service concerning reports of addiction to medicines. Two quantitative questions were one asked about how many clients requested/were reported for needing help with their drug abuse alone, and the second question about how many clients needing help for drug abuse as a part of a wider addiction.The survey revealed that the social services judge their role/responsibility differently; some take the main responsibility while others think that drug abuse is created by the general health care and should be handled by this organization as well. In relation to the estimated amount of drug addicts in Sweden only a small part are in contact with the social service..
Utveckling av en Quadcopter
Examensarbetets mål är att bygga en Quadcopter som kan flyga och styras via en radio-sändare i alla riktningar, stabilisera sig själv i luften, kunna landa autonomt och den skall även motverka krock i framåtgående riktning.För att uppnå grundmålet att kunna flyga så implementerades en PID-kontroller som används för att stabilisera Quadcoptern i luften genom att reglera motorer efter sensor-orientering. Denna sensororientering fås kombinera vinkeldata från en accelerometer och ett gyroskop.För att uppnå målet med autonom landning så användes en ultraljudssensor. En egen algoritm utvecklades för att läsa avstånd från marken. Avståndet från marken användes som grund för att skapa en egen algoritm för den autonoma landningen.Quadcoptern kan i slutprodukten stabilisera sig själv i luften, styras via radio och landa autonomt. Säkerhetsfunktioner som att aktivera autonom landning ifall Quadcoptern kommer utanför radions täckning är implementerade och även en brytare som stänger av motorerna.

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate if there are environments that use
some kind of central authentication system within institutions/schools. The
hypothesis is that an institution not using a form of central authentication
service has more need for maintenance and as such is considered a higher cost
for the organization.

at Blekinge Tekniska Högskola and Linköpings Universitet. Based on the

Relationer på den industriella marknaden - faktorer som inverkar på förtroende
The purpose with this study has been, based on different public and private procurement conditions, to measure if there are any significant differences in the business relations between public- and private institutional kitchens. Furthermore, to observe what important influencing factors there are to maintain and develop a relationship between a producer and customer. The result of the analysis shows that there are important factors that influences on the trust in the relationship between a producer and customer. These factors are product- and service exchange, communication, strategic purchase and social exchange. In this examination we have showed that there are differences in the relationship between public- and private customers.

My aim is to examine the special form of interaction between users of the shut-in service and the responsible librarians. My purpose is to examine how mediating of literature can be pictured in correlation with shut-in services. How do librarians describe their experiences of the shut-in service? What roles of mediating can be perceived? How can interaction interpreted in the context of the shut-in service?The material was acquired by doing qualitative interviews of five librarians who works with shut-in service. This study is based on the theory of Åse Kristine Tveit.

Service Design is a relatively new, unexplored and exciting phenomenon that through an interdisciplinary work methodology designs services. A discussion has been going on for a long time regarding whether there is a difference between products and services. Services are often classified as immaterial, heterogeneous, non-storable and inseparable in relation to products. A question that arises is if something specific characterises the work methodology used regarding service design. The aim with this paper is thus to explain the work methodology when working with service design.
Trådlös, beröringsfri temperatursensor med insamlingssystem: Förbättring/vidareutveckling av prototyp
Mitt uppdrag var att undersöka om det fanns potential att förbättra en befintlig prototyp som Actegra AB hade utvecklat. Prototypen är ett system för att övervaka delar i konstruktioner, t.ex. takstolar, broar med mera. Detta sker genom avläsning av en rad trådlösa givare som sedan skickar data till en gateway som är ansluten till Internet. Gatewayen har i sin tur en websida där användaren enkelt kan läsa av datat via dator eller t.ex.
HRM i Mikrotjänsteföretag
The purpose of this essay was to find out how leaders in micro service firms practice HRM and identify which HRM related problems they experience in their leadership. A case study consisting two cases was carried out. The study has shown that leaders in micro service firms use a highly personalised, informal management and involve their employees in the firm?s development. The findings were that leaders of micro service firms do not have any theoretical knowledge of HRM practises because of lack of education.
Spelberoende i Västra Götaland, kommunernas inställning till ansvar, hjälp och egen kunskap.
The aim of this essey was to find out what kind of help problem gamblers can get at social service offices in the region Västra Götaland in Sweden. We also examined the knowledge regarding gambling problems at social sevice offices and who the head of the social service offices regarded having the responsibility for the question of helping problem gamblers. As a last question we wanted to know if the size of the population in the community had an impact on these questions. Central questions in our essey asked are:How much help does the social service offices in the region Väsra Götaland offer problem gamblers? Who has the responsabilety to help problem gamblers according to social service offices?What knowledge does the social service offices have concerning problem gambling?Does the population of the community have an impact on theese questions?This is a quantitative study made as a webbservey to the head of the social service offices in the region Västra Götaland.
Vet du vad du tittar på? - En receptionsstudie om undgdomars syn på public service och kommersiella kanaler
Syftet med studien var att ta reda på om ungdomar vet skillnaden mellan public service och kommersiella kanaler. Vi ville även ta reda på vad det är som skiljer public service och kommersiella kanaler åt i medvetandet hos ungdomarna, som speglas ireceptionen av olika typer av serier?I studien har vi tillämpat kvalitativ metod i form av receptionsforskning, där intervjuer och observationer har utförts.Resultatet av studien visar att 20 av 25 respondenter tillhörde kategorierna: respondent medveten samt respondent något medveten. Resultaten visar att ungdomar är medvetna om vad skillnaden mellan public service och kommersiella kanaler är. De diskuterar ledigt och öppet kring de olika kanalernas programutbud.
Studenters användning av referenstjänster: en användarundersökning vid Lunds universitetsbibliotek UB1, ht 1996
The main purpose of this study was to establish to what extent undergraduate students use reference services, what knowledge they have about those services and what their views of them are.The survey took place at Lund University Library, UB1, the main library responsible for collections in social sciences, humanities, theology and law. A total of 476 undergraduate students were asked to fill in a questionnaire, 273 accepted. The study is quantitative and was carried out during the autumn semester, 1996.The results show that the service used most frequently by undergraduate students is the reference collection. The least used service is the Internet, more than 50 percent of the students never use Internet at the University Library. In general, students are very pleased with the service given by the reference librarians, and with the collection of reference books.

Då uppsatsen skapat ett nytt empirisk begrepp började studierna ute på fältet. Fältarbetet bestod av observationer samt intervjuer med både restaurangchefer och frontlinepersonal på snabbmatsrestauranger.

Vetlanda Vägkrog AB has since 2012 been planning to install manual self-service car wash facility at the back of their restaurant business. The authors mission was to make an analysis in order to examine whether an investment of carwashes are lucrative enough for Vetlanda Vägkrog AB.Aim: The study's main objective was to analyze the profitability of an investment in a self-service car wash facility at Vetlanda Vägkrog AB, based on given data. The authors sub-aim was to clarify which factors in general that had played the greatest part in the establishment of a self-service car wash facility.Method: The authors have used an abductive approach in order to fulfill the aim of the study.

The empirical material has then been analysed by applying a two step method, of first making a summary of the interviews and secondly making a comparison with a model of Lennart Weibull ?a typology of the Swedish mediasystem from an audience perspectiv? .Main results:Two different types of ideal media users can be drawn from the empirical research, the ?Investigator? and the ?Updater?. The updater search for news to stay updated and relies on the Internet as main source of information.
Den kommersiella mångfalden : En kvantitativ undersökning av mångfalden hos Sveriges Radios externa produktionsbolag
Denna studie syftar till att ge en uppdaterad bild av mångfalden på Sveriges Radio då denna undersökning omfattar en växande del av mediemarknaden som ännu ej blivit undersökt: produktionsbolagen. För att avgränsa studien studerades de produktionsbolag som Sveriges Radio samarbetat med under hösten 2013. För att undersöka hur produktionsbolagens sammansättning såg ut analyserades medarbetarna, genom en kvantitativ undersökning, utifrån kön, ålder samt etnicitet. Därefter analyserades ägarförhållanden utifrån samma parametrar och slutligen produktionsbolagens geografiska position. Resultaten jämfördes sedan med hur dessa siffror såg ut inom Sveriges Radio, hur befolkningen i Sverige såg ut under samma tidsperiod och slutligen mot den undersökning som Djerf-Pierre (2007) gjorde 2005 över Sveriges journalistkår.
