Samspel i förskolan : - Mötet mellan barn och pedagog
This essay has it purpose to view the assessment and grading in physical education in the Swedish school. Recently published reports from skolverket prove that boys have higher grades in the physical education than girls. Some mean that the reason of this is that the teachers don´t follow the curriculum. The problems we chose to examine are how much do teachers know how to use and connect the curriculum to their teaching? How much of the information and criterion in the curriculum do the teachers use to grade their pupils? And most importantly we wanted to examine why boys gets higher grades then girls, when the curriculum doesn?t seem to suit boys any better than girls.We have interviewed teachers in a certain district and our study shows that the teachers have good knowledge about the curriculum.
Attityd och användning till cannabis bland studenter på Linnéuniversitetet : En kvantitativ undersökning
The aim of this study was to explore the students? use of and attitudes towards cannabis at Linnaeus University. Social psychology and gender perspective was used as theories to explain the use and attitudes among the students? and how the use and attitudes could change through social influence. The study operates from a quantitative approach and is based on an online survey which includes answers from 126 respondents.
Genus och informationsteknik ? En studie av kön/genusrelationer bland bibliotekspersonal
The purpose of this study is to examine sex/gender relations amongst staff in public libraries who have taken part in projects related to information technology. This is done through e-mail surveys and telephone interviews with staff who have participated in the development of the two library websites Mina bibliotek and Biblioteket.se regarding their experiences. The theoretical basis for the analysis is two gender theoretical perspectives with reference to technology. The first perspective is represented by Yvonne Hirdman?s theory concerning the gender system, in which women and men are kept apart and in which there is always a hierarchy where men are higher up, and Hanna Westberg-Wohlgemuth?s theory concerning sex marking of job-tasks.
Marknadseffektivitet - en studie på den svenska fondmarknaden
Huvudsyftet är att undersöka om det existerar väsentliga variabler som kan hjälpa oss att finna framtida vinnarfonder genom att studera historisk information. Studien mäts i förhållande till det existerande utbudet på svenska fondmarknaden. Konkret vill vi kunna få en högre signifikant avkastning under en given period än den genomsnittliga avkastningen för samtliga fonder på den svenska marknaden. Med denna undersökning vill vi bidra till en diskussion om det råder marknadseffektivitet. Variabler som vi studerar för denna undersökning är historisk avkastning, standardavvikelse, Sharpekvot, Stutzer index, fondstorlek, kapitalflöde, relativ volym, trading activity, fondavgifter och slutligen ålder.

Mäta, utvärdera och följa upp implementerandet av FN:s konvention för barnets rättigheter i Sverige
FN:s barnrättskommitté har rekommenderat Sverige att åtgärda skillnader som finns i implementerandet av barnkonventionen i de svenska kommunerna. Som ett led i det arbetet har Sveriges regering initierat framställandet av ett indikatorsystem för att mäta barnets rättigheter. Uppsatsen syftar till att utvärdera om indikatorerna utgör den mest behjälpliga metoden för kommuner i att mäta, utvärdera och följa upp barnets rättigheter och deras rättighetsbaserade arbete. Uppsatsens utvärdering sker via en kvalitativ jämförelse mellan indikatorerna och metoderna Balanserat styrkort, Kollegial granskning och Nöjt barn-index. Bedömningen av de olika metodernas förtjänster och brister utförs genom att identifiera kriterierna för ett rättighetsbaserat arbete, som omfattar mänskliga rättigheters grundläggande principer i relation till ansvaret och förvaltningsprocessen i kommunerna.

Kartläggning av poäng enligt Maastricht Vital Exhaustion hos personalen på ett bank- och finansbolag i Stockholm
De senaste tre åren har ca 34000 personer i Sverige varit sjukskrivna för någon typ av stressreaktion, under det sammanfattande diagnosnumret F.34, anpassningsstörningar och svår stress, som i verkligheten kan rymma allt från lättare till mycket svåra tillstånd.Ett av de formulär som används vid arbetslivsrehabilitering är Maastricht Vital Exhaustion Index. Det används både vid kartläggning och vid värdering av insats. Det består av 23 frågor rörande förekomst av symtom och besvaras enligt 3-gradiga svarsalternativ (Ja=2, Vet ej=1, Nej=0). I en redan identifierad sjuk grupp har det visat sig att höga poäng (=hög stressnivå) på denna skala gav ökad risk för såväl hjärtinfarkt, depression samt stroke.SyfteAtt kartlägga en personalgrupp enligt Maastricht Vital Exhaustion Index hos personal vid ett bank/finansbolag med kontor i Stockholms innerstad. Metod och undersökt gruppStudien som var en enkätstudie gällde anställda som var i tjänst vecka 7 och 8 2008.Enkäten utdelades till 46 personer.
Index - Den nya faxen : En studie om intern kommunikation och meningsskapande på AB Lindex
Denna studie utgår från fältet organisationskommunikation med inriktning på intern kommunikation i förändringsprocesser. Tidigare forskning inom detta fält har huvudsakligen utgått från ett modernistiskt perspektiv som uppfattar kommunikation i förändringsprocesser som något som kan förmedlas till de passiva organisationsmedlemmarna. Nu har detta perspektiv alltmer förkastats och kommunikation ses istället som meningsskapande processer där organisationsmedlemmarna fungerar som aktiva uttolkare av kommunikationen. Det saknas dock forskning kring detta perspektiv, speciellt gällande en alltmer vanlig organisationsförändring idag, nämligen införandet av ett intranät. Därför ligger denna studies huvudsakliga intresse på medarbetarna i organisationen och studiens mål och syfte blir att försöka bidra till en ökad förståelse för de meningsskapande processerna kring intranät, i hur det uppfattas och används i praktiken.

This thesis examines conceptions of gender revealed by people when assessing texts. The research questions are: What associations can be discerned between gender conceptions and ideas about the quality of texts? What features of content and style are perceived as female or male? The study seeks to develop a method for comparing different people?s assessments of the same text. The material was collected by means of questionnaires in which 114 informants were asked to assess three anonymous student texts and then guess the sex of the writer. The material has been analysed quantitatively by correlating the assessments of the texts with the guesses about the sex of the author, and qualitatively, as the informants? freely worded assessments of the texts were analysed for content and form with the support of assumptions about how assessments are expressed in text.

This paper attempts to display how five teachers of social studies use and relate to the policy documents and their instructions on gender. To penetrate the subject, five teachers were intreviewed. Each interview focused on how the curriculum attempts to guide teachers regarding gender, sex differences and equality of opportunity. The collected information was processed, analyzed and discussed using gender studies and discourse theory.The results show that the interpretation and usage of the curriculum is very subjective and varies greatly between all the interviewed teachers. Their personal interpretation proves to be crucial when it comes to making reality of the stated goals in the curriculum, concerning actively working towards equality of opportunity between sexes.

Introduction: Although life expectancy had increased in Sweden for many decades and several health problems had diminished over time, there was no change in men's risk behaviour regarding for instance high alcohol and tobacco consumption. Many of the gender differences in health that existed in society explained were due to power structures and beliefs about behaviour based on gender; a social construction that resulted in the relatively high valuation of men with a more masculine behaviour. Aim: This literature review aimed to study and identify the scientific knowledge regarding paternity leave and its impact on men's health. Method: A literature- based study design was used and the material consisted of peer-reviewed articles from which six themes were identified: alcohol, tobacco, stress, isolation, social support and mortality risk. Results: Divided into three parts, the results described the socioeconomic background of the men who took paternity leave, as well as the impact of paternity leave and masculinity as an impact on men's health.
Mot alla odds : en studie om Kristina av Sverige ur ett genusperspektiv
Queen Kristina of Sweden (1626-1689) was in many ways an interesting, fascinating but also a very complicated woman, who has been studied widely by historians and other scholars throughout the years. However, there are few people who have considered the queens attitude towards the male norm which characterize Sweden, and most of Europe, during the seventeenth century.My purpose with this essay is therefore to apply the historian and gender expert Yvonne Hirdman´s theory about the gender system and the hierarchical order, where the male is the norm and representative of what is considered to be normal in the society, on literature regarding Queen Kristina of Sweden. The historical method of this essay will be historiography, as a result of the fact that my study is based on other historians and scholars research. Moreover, my intention is to include Kristina´s entire life in Sweden, from her birth as far as to her abdication from the Swedish throne and study this through the gender perspective introduced above. With this mentioned my essay therefore is named Against All Odds.
